Its no secret that there are questions that need answers for those in RSHN.
When a good group of shareholders gets together, they come up with discussion points, questions, and research together. Here are just a few questions that we have come up and discuss daily outside of here.
-What is the status of RSHN's Form 1-A Offering?
-What amount up to the maximum of $50 million will RSHN seek in the 1-A?
-What is the status of Frank DeAngelo as CEO?
-What is VETHealth, referred to in quarterly report? What are the details regarding this investment?
-What is HHS, referred to in quarterly report? What are the details regarding this investment?
-Regarding the Rooshine investment, what are the details on this investment? Why was there a miscommunication regarding involvement?
-Regarding the inital $2million order. Shareholders would like to know what happened.
-For the sake of determining an accurate value of RSHN assets, shareholders need a definitive answer to whether the WSRC deal is off the books or not. It would not be accurate to have this asset on the financials if it has not or will not be closing?
-What percentage of revenue is RSHN to receive from New Earth Development?
-What is the status of the Joint Venture with Apple Rush for Blueberry Apple CBD, which was reported to investors as a "smashing success"?
-What are the details on the issuance of 15,000,000 shares between the quarterly report of 3/31/19 and OTC update as of 5/24/19?

Current Assets: Approximately $9.1m.
RSHN related Grant Proposals:
---Freedom Fleet Initiative by Great Rate Freight - $50m from DHS
---Great Rate Freight - $10m from FHA (Federal Highway Assoc.)
---Truckers Coalition of NA by Chuck B/GRF - $10m from FHA (Federal Highway Assoc.)
Total RSHN related grant proposals: $70m
Tier 2 Regulation A Offering Allows for a raise of up to $50m in a 12 month period. When the 1-A is posted, look at the USE OF PROCEEDS area to see how the money will be used. I expect it will help the various ventures.
Other Partners & Associates:
Rooshine, Inc.
Rhamnolipid, Inc.
Theramu
You're forgetting the respective 1-As by each RSHN and its sister company which can raise up to $50 million each. The amounts they will in fact do are obviously still unknown, but the success of these ventures is not solely reliant on getting grants or funding from govt.
People have held through that run, and are still accumulating because the company is still in the early stages of development, and is backed by reputable MDs and surrounded by other qualified people in the various subsidiaries. When the 1-A comes out, I guarantee that early stage language will still be in there, along with the hundreds of pages of information that will spell it all out for investors.
Patience is the key.
Stocks go up and down. Even when RSHN was decreasing from its high, some took profits from RSHN and put them into GRPS or cash. Then, when the market maker manipulation specials happen on the sister company, profits were helping gain back RSHN shares. People are doubly loaded and averaged down here thanks to all you fools dropping the price. That is true as shown in the accumulation/distribution chart, that people have continued to buy.
RSHN
Actually you're wrong. Goulding loaned $37,772 to GRPS not WSRC
During the year ended December 31, 2018 Richard Goulding, the Chairman of the Board, loaned the Company $37,722 to the company. The loan is set to compound annually based upon the Applicable Federal Rate for short-term loans effective for September 2018 as published by the Internal Revenue Service. As of September 30, 2018, that rate was 2.51%.
https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/215235/content
"only 2 trades in the first hour!!!"
Shares have already been accumulated (cue in that accdist chart), and shares are locked up and being held.
What nobody is buying is the BS being spewed here.
Team RSHN holding long and strong.
I don't really have a problem with it. WSRC was going to cost over $6 million. So what, that New Earth Development is a start-up, it will just take longer, and I can wait. Plus, New Earth is strictly for graphene from hemp to sell to the government and rshn will strictly get a slice of profit.
I expect RSHN to establish other partnerships and acquisitions for their CBD production and drinks that will replace the WCFI.
Once the 1-A comes and up to a max of $50 million (Tier 2 RegA) is raised, big things will happen on the other fronts. Grants are supplements.
RSHN
Most people I talk with who invest money into a company
Want said company to do well...common sense.
Any other reason a person is interested in a public company has other plans and motives.
RSHN
Will be a hell of a lot cheaper than the 6 million for WSRC.
If New Earth gets funded, and in a few years is making millions off selling graphene to the government, RSHN will appear very smart with its much smaller investment.
John Dolkart, Esq is on that list and could very much be the liaison for BOTH RSHN AND GRPS's initiatives. After all, Dolkart Law is the attorney for both companies. The fact that each initiative is not listed separately does not bother me. The lobbying disclosure states that the reason is for SEC policies and banking policies, so I do believe there is some gray-area as to confirming Dolkart is in fact the liaison for all 8 initiatives. The amount of $40k paid by Dolkart closely matches the $37,500 loaned to GRPS by Goulding. Goulding represents both RSHN and GRPS, so it would not be out of the ordinary for the PR to be worded as "at the behest of both RSHN and GRPS". Portions of that are obviously speculation, but enough is connected for me and Team RSHN.
That word document is a link from the national institute of health (NIH), for which NO application is even being submitted, LOL
Furthermore, once again, D&B is no longer contracted with the government. That link is from D&B.
Well, as you know, we have a great team of RSHN shareholders who are doing much more in depth DD than what is available here...
Last week Burkman was contacted by a fellow RSHner via e-mail with the following:
"Dear Mr. Burkman,
Can you confirm the status of one of the 8 Grant's or government assistance applied for. Has the paperwork been sent in?
In Particular the one for Graphene.
Can you please tell me what stage we are at with any and all Grant's or government assistance. Anything you can share would be greatly appreciated. Thank you your time and diligence in this matter."
JB responded that that the items were "submitted and underway". It also said "to be honest we would need Chuck/Randy's permission to discuss--am
sure you understand as technically we represent the company"
We messaged RG asking if he could give Jack permission to answer us.
Goulding responded:
"No. This could lead to a violation of sec rules related to insider info, which jack is not a part of. I’ll be releasing information publicly as it happens"
Based on these conversations which were shared with me, I would say that's proof we are working together.
Team RSHN
Too bad Rushnet, Inc. isn't directly applying/bidding for any of the 8 grants!
LOL
These are the entities requesting funds....
Great Rate Freight
GRF/Freedom Fleet Imitative
GRF/Truckers Coalition of North America
New Earth Development Corp
XYZ Hemp, Inc.
Rhamnolipid, Inc.
JM Burkman and Dolkart, Esq may be associated with these applications, and may or not receive the money on their behalf, who knows, so good to keep an eye on them.
Any one of these companies can apply for a grant, apply for funding, or submit an unsolicited proposal....without a DUNS. There are numerous ways to request funding.
It also said in the article that the government was still working to remove all of the references to the DUNS number across the agencies, so you're highlighting some of the cases where it still referenced.
Nice try.
Team RSHN
Sharing this latest find on behalf of a fellow RSHNer...
Team RSHN will patiently hold and let the company do its thing and release news when its ready.
Right from the grants.gov blog, a post from back in 2017 that states a DUNS is no longer required to use grants.gov.
https://blog.grants.gov/2017/11/21/video-grants-govs-new-registration-process/#more-3315
https://blog.grants.gov/2017/02/27/share-your-feedback-on-the-general-services-administrations-rfi-for-government-wide-entity-identification-and-validation-services/#more-1796
We know these applications were sent after the new year, so as the end of 2018, the government is looking for a new ID and validation service.
We also no the lobbyist is Jack Burkman of J.M. Burkman Associates who has a DUNS.
The following is the Dun & Bradstreet D-U-N-S® number for Burkman & Associates, Llc, J.M.:
D-U-N-S number: 071394240
There are also other methods of seeking funds that are not grants, such as unsolicited proposals, which may not require a DUNS, especially until funding is going to be secured.
Team RSHN
New post on the XYZ Hemp blog appeared today.
http://blog.xyzhemp.com/hemp-cars/
I found this really informative link right here on Ihub pertaining to the trading action of RSHN and its partners.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=41666457
You keep saying that, but these stocks will be in different places come year end, and you know which direction.
Nice st007!! I also just scooped up another 328k at .0029 a little while ago. Got to love the market maker specials on our lovely GRPS.
Go GRPS!
Did anyone else notice that 15,000,000 shares were added to the O/S on between that quarterly report 3/31/19 and OTC 5/24/19?
Wonder if we will get an update pertaining to that.
RSHN
Thanks for that wealth of valuable information and proof that the info is bull crap. Maybe you will offer something relevant in your NEXT post.
Why put it out? Because that was the plan.
PR was out in October. That was before the farm bill was passed in Congress in early December. Farm bill was signed around December 15th, and then Gottlieb came out with his statement on December 20th, just days before the law was to go into effect (the one that everyone thought would legalize CBD without restrictions).
https://www.fda.gov/news-events/press-announcements/statement-fda-commissioner-scott-gottlieb-md-signing-agriculture-improvement-act-and-agencys
Everyone was broadsided by the announcement.
Thank you. Yes, just a typo. I meant WSRC of course.
I would say you're correct/ Based on the latest report, the way I see it, is that WSRC is now on the back burner. I noticed the wording that there is"a tentative agreement to terminate" the deal." Also I noticed the wording stating that New Earth is basically a "new/substitute" venture for that deal, with even more aquifer reserves as well.
No doubt about it, we've needed this deal closed from the day it was announced. Now we need it either off the books or on so people can see the value of the assets.
However, keep in mind, if we can get this deal terminated, and then XYZ has success getting New Earth of the ground, RSHN will have a much smaller and less expensive initial investment ($4,500) than if they keep the $6.2 million deal in place.
All my opinion.
As far as intel about an upcoming news item, who knows what and when is next on the home front, but keep a look out for participating partner Rooshine. They have announcement coming Wednesday. It may or may not be RSHN related, but since there is a company called Rooshine included in RSHN's quarterly report, it could be related to Rooshine/RSHN CBD.
Update coming this Wednesday

Good afternoon XYZ Hemp/GRPS. Just sharing the latest DD I found.
You may recall back in December it was first announced that RSHN and XYZ engaged a prominent DC lobbyist firm for its initiatives. (Link)
The lobbyist's activities were also mentioned in the January annual update and in the most recent PR on 4/30 which outlined the grant initiatives. (Link to PR)
Grant Initiatives:
The following initiatives, by a very high-powered and well-known lobbyist submitted to various well-funded government entities, at the behest of RSHN and GRPS and the payment for such related professional fees borne by RSHN and GRPS, seeking funding for subsidiaries and other companies with which one or both enjoy a strategic alliance:
New Earth Development Corporation Proposal seeks $400,000,000 from the EPA
Freedom Fleet Initiative seeking $50,000,000 from the Department of Homeland Security
Great Rate Freight Inc. seeks $10,000,000 from the Federal Highway Association
Truckers Coalition of North America seeks $10,000,000 from the Federal Highway Association
Rhamnolipid, Inc. seeks $48,000,000 from the Department of Agriculture, including for the Purchase land and Biosurfactant tanks, Installation Drones/robots and software automation for its Sales of Biosurfactants and crop management Power replacement of electricity with Solar
XYZ Hemp, Inc. – seeks $50,000,000 from the Health Resources and Services Administration Development of Free Educational Platform to Alleviate the Shortage of Physicians and Eliminate Medical Student Loan Debt
We are also seeking other funding initiatives which have not yet been filed.
As we know, Dolkart Law (by John E. Dolkart, Esq) is the current counsel for RSHN and XYZ. http://dolkartlaw.com/
(You can refer to all the attorney letters going back to last July)
In searching Google for other businesses and activities associated with Dolkart, I came across this on opensecrets-gov (Link)
Government lobbying is required to be disclosed. Based on these findings, through Dolkart Law, I would reasonably speculate that the prominent lobbyist is Jack Burkman of JM Burkman & Associates. https://jmburkman-associates.com/
Do you want a powerful lobbying source? Do you need realistic representation effectively in Washington DC?
Whatever your business, mission and or vision, we can bring methods into action and custom design specifically the focus in your pursuit that will bring you realistic results to meet your goals.
Here is a sample list of topic areas where we have helped clients with our experience, expertise, and resourced relationships:
· Defense Contracting
· Renewable Energy
· Cyber Security
· Manufacturing Companies
· Information Technology companies
· Non-Profit & Charitable Groups
· Aerospace
· Government relations Firms
& Contractors
No matter what your specific quest is, JMBurkman & Associate firm will guide and mentor you into benchmark plan, and follow that plan through to get you the results you're looking for with Success.
(The bold topic areas would be especially be helpful with the New Earth application where they seek to get government contracts/funds.)
These photos show Dolkart paid $40,000 to JM Burkman & Associates. This jives with the PRs in saying that RSHN and XYZ have borned the costs. (It is also close to the amount Goulding Loaned XYZ $37,500) Unless Dolkart has fronted the retainer, we could see this expense in today's quarterly filing. Secondly, the disclosure was signed by Jack Burkman on 4/20, making the 4/30 PR correct in that it was officially in motion and cost expended.
All government lobbying requires a disclosure such as this one below. You will see the issues on this sheet are listed as "SEC policy issues; House Financial Services Committee; Senate Banking Committee". I doubt they would list the initiatives here. There is likely a more formal internal agreement between JM Burkman and Dolkart on the specific issues retained for, but either way, lobbying for these issues would help RSHN and XYZ.

Canadian markets are closed today. Not that that is the reason for no trades, just informing.
Based on this tweet from Friday, we could see the Attorney Letter up on OTC sometime today, and then Pink Current would soon follow.
"GNCC Capital, Inc. (OTC: GNCP) confirms subsequent event filings and the Quarter Ended March 31, 2019 filed on Sunday May 19, 2019 as promised to shareholders. Attorney Letter required to be PINK CURRENT was promised by Monday May 20, 2019 by the Company's Counsel of record."

"There is no cash or shares with which to offer as consideration for any acquisition. Management have not made any loans to the company or it would be mentioned in the filings.
How can RSHN make any viable acquisition?
Thoughts?
- - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Milton, You are WRONG here. You are misleading investors. Here are the FACTS (which have been posted here before).
RSHN
During the year ended December 31, 2018, shareholders loaned $96,415 to the Company. The loan is set to compound annually based upon the Applicable Federal Rate for short-term loans effective for September 2018 as published by the Internal Revenue Service. As of September 30, 2018, that rate was 2.51%. BTW, retail/regular shareholders wouldn't loan money, Obviously a big cheese or one of the insiders probably loaned it. (Note 6)

GR*S
"During the year ended December 31, 2018 Richard Goulding, the Chairman of the Board, loaned the Company $37,722 to the company. As of September 30, 2018, that rate was 2.51%." (Page 10)
https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/215235/content
As for issuing new shares, you are wrong again. See here from the 2018 Annual Report
"The number of issued and outstanding shares was 7,729,739,834 of .0001 par value for the year, ended December 31, 2018. Additionally, the Company entered into an agreement to issue 1,100,000 shares of common stock to acquire an interest in a joint venture (See Note 8 for
additional information). In December, the Company reached an agreement to sell an additional 50,000,000 shares in exchange for $50,000. As of December 31, 2018, neither of the transactions were completed.
(Note 2) https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/217016/content
While its obviously not ideal to issue more shares, they will be doing so as a few of these acquisitions are closed.
RSHN
It looked liked RSHNs was correct, and yes the other one had XYZ.
Also the new address is interesting. 260 Cagney Lane, #215 Newport Beach. CA doesn't have the owner names accessible on GIS, Tax bills, therefore couldn't find anything in the deeds.

Cool moon shot Milton.
Looks as if its a shot of me with some of my friends about to send you and your friends a moon landing video shout-out from a studio somewhere in Maui.
RSHN will reveal its hand when its ready. That carry-forward deficit will be gone just as fast as the rockets heading to the moon.
A notification of late filing does not mean the company is delinquent in filing. Stop spreading false information.
Yeah, I'm well aware of the soft gels too, but like the topicals, they are straight CBD, not introduced into food, therefore no FDA approval required.
You must seem to think that Bella B is selling beverages or edibles. They are not. Only topicals and tinctures with the standard FDA disclosure listed on their site like all other businesses. FDA approval is not required to sell topicals or tinctures. CVS is selling already.

The Bella Buds Online website has a ton of information on CBD, but the primary content and concept is highlighted here:
Bella Buds Online, in association with approved healthcare partners, now serves as a holistic wellness company that researches, develops, manufactures and markets proprietary-formula, non-GMO, clinically-tested, organic hemp-derived, medical-grade cannabidiol (CBD) over the counter products for “CHIPS”:
-Chronic Pain
-Insomnia
-Physiological disorders & Mental disorders ( anxiety, depression, insomnia)
-Substance Abuse( prescription opioid epidemic, alcohol, etc)
-Cancer- all types
-Health/General Wellness
-PTSD- post traumatic stress disorder
-CHIPS impacts >90% of US population addressable market is from $222B with broader market value in excess of $1 trillion
-The Opioid epidemic is strangling society; every 19 minutes someone dies from prescription drug abuse. Today, there are.more effective, less toxic treatments which are a top priority of the Federal government, fortunately CBD preparations are at the forefront as alternatives for prescription Opioids and the treatment of addition and now becoming more mainstream and acceptable.
People here may recall from a past filing that RSHN/XYZ's source of hemp is WSRC (from the 15 acre farm), Plum Daisy, and Theramu.
From the most recent PR:
“With this acquisition, Steven Parente affords us access to Theramu’s patented Emu oil,” says Chief Medical Officer, Stu Miller, M.D. “Emu is key to the efficient absorption of CBD and tolerance in delivery. It is a fundamental component of some of our new products.”
“Theramu’s Emu oil is what is going to distinguish ours from other products by a large margin,” Dr. Miller adds."
Theramu is also located in the Bakersfield/Cal City area. It was created by Gary and Vickie Lowe, and has a well-known CEO Joel Greengrass. Bella B will be selling Theramu products with a Bella B label, essentially. Other people and companies also source from Theramu.
As other acquisitions are consummated, they too will be announced. Both RushNet and XYZ are very close on several. Only a very small portion of the acquisition costs have been paid in advance, funded by the principals of RushNet and XYZ; the balance of the payments are deferred; yet the acquisitions have been consummated.

RSHN doesn't own the 500,000 acres.
Heck, even New Earth Development doesn't even own 500,000 acres yet. So your points on the 500,000 acres make no sense.
It is a desired plan to own 500,000 acres so that significant amount of farmland helps make enough of an impact on protecting the environment that such a plan would be attractive for govt funding.
The company has stated they are working on (2) TWO 1-As (not 1....two) to get funding for the companies. That could be up to $100 million. You must be aware of that, no?
Consistent with its endeavor to uplist and enhance transparency, the Forms 1-A is nearly complete for each XYZ Hemp Inc. and RushNet Inc., for filing with the SEC. “We look forward to a very robust year ahead,” said Frank DeAngelo, CEO RushNet. “With the Regulation A process underway, we can proceed with our acquisitions and funding of our line of beverages.”

Good morning RSHN
RSHN and its partners will soon show their full hand. I'm waiting patiently on whatever 1-A is coming next, whether its here (RSHN) or there (gr*s). Remember the max amount can be up to $50 million per 12-month period. Also, a 1-A filing will come with audited financials, hence the amount of time its taking, especially if they are working on both at once.
Hope all have a good day.
Thanks Surfn! Best to you as well.
Holding strong and recently joined the milly club over here thanks to the nice fishing. One has to see the bigger picture to fully believe in the potential.
GRPS
Good afternoon GRPS. Nice day here today.
Just wanted to share this DD post I shared last week on the other board.
I have thoroughly researched and put together this list of things going on. It is all based on information provided by the companies in PRs or OTC disclosures, and how it is arranged here is all in my opinion with POTENTIAL figures based on what they have provided.
If anyone wants the links to any of this, just let me know. I have them all.
Western Sierra Resource Corp.
---Western Colorado Farming Initiatives (15 Acre Farm) (Subsidiary)
-----Potential Annual Revenue: $15.6 million per harvest if extracted and sold (1-2 harvests/yr)
