As mentioned via twitter a week or so ago, we are adjusting the harvest season for simplicity purposes. The main issue being skilled workers for the harvest and our inability to bring them timely for the first harvest from Ecuador and Mexico.

Thomas sat-on-ass from Sept 2022 and did nothing to prep the ponds until May 2023! The first crop should have been planted March/April.
Thomas played the "broke motor" card for further delay.
Finally in August, 4.5mil out of the "projected" 50mil shrimp were planted. That's 91% reduction in business plan!
There may be a "token" crop but there will not be a cash crop. First quarter alone spent $384k!
Do the math. If 4mil are harvested at 40 shrimp per pound = 100k pounds
If 4mil are harvested at 20 shrimp per pound = 200k pounds
Apply any profit per pound you think is reasonable and you will find
It's only a "token" crop!

The pump pics are about a year late! grps WASTED HALF the season just getting the pumps installed. Shrimp weren't planted until August!
Shrimp crop has been REDUCED BY 91% because of the pump blunder, from 50mil shrimp "projected" to 4.5mil actual in pond which will be reduced 20% due to cannibalism/disease/etc..
Where was the alleged 100 year experience management team all year long?

GRPS HAS BEEN PLANNING THE SHAREHOLDER MEETING SINCE LAST NOVEMBER! sEE THE TWEET ON TWITTER.
A few thousand shrimp for loyal shareholders won't even make a dent in the millions harvested.
True 4.5mil is only 9% of the original "projected" harvest of 50mil shrimp because a series of blunders occurred due to poor management, but it is a "token" harvest to help make the company look semi-real.
Heck, four months of grow season was absolutely wasted! 50mil "projection" became 18mil, and then lowered to 4.5mil which will likely become only 3.6mil due to typical 20% loss due to illness/cannibalism/etc so a profitable year is now impossible.
But, shareholders need to see the "MAGNITUDE" of TAA property as grps has advertised this year and last!!!
A year of planning time should make for a stupendous shareholder meeting!
