Well, as you know, we have a great team of RSHN shareholders who are doing much more in depth DD than what is available here...

Last week Burkman was contacted by a fellow RSHner via e-mail with the following:

"Dear Mr. Burkman,

Can you confirm the status of one of the 8 Grant's or government assistance applied for. Has the paperwork been sent in?

In Particular the one for Graphene.

Can you please tell me what stage we are at with any and all Grant's or government assistance. Anything you can share would be greatly appreciated. Thank you your time and diligence in this matter."


JB responded that that the items were "submitted and underway". It also said "to be honest we would need Chuck/Randy's permission to discuss--am
sure you understand as technically we represent the company"

We messaged RG asking if he could give Jack permission to answer us.

Goulding responded:
"No. This could lead to a violation of sec rules related to insider info, which jack is not a part of. I’ll be releasing information publicly as it happens"

Based on these conversations which were shared with me, I would say that's proof we are working together.
