I don't really have a problem with it. WSRC was going to cost over $6 million. So what, that New Earth Development is a start-up, it will just take longer, and I can wait. Plus, New Earth is strictly for graphene from hemp to sell to the government and rshn will strictly get a slice of profit.

I expect RSHN to establish other partnerships and acquisitions for their CBD production and drinks that will replace the WCFI.

Once the 1-A comes and up to a max of $50 million (Tier 2 RegA) is raised, big things will happen on the other fronts. Grants are supplements.
