Any clue what the sentence might be ? I don’t have much criminal justice knowledge… depending on the sentence, it could affect his ability to be part of executive leadership but not necessarily stop the merge?

From previous filings, seems careclix is first of 5 target companies in healthcare sector they are pursuing. Seems as though healthcare will be a priority , at least initially in their super app development.

Is it possible that the 22 reflect only assets and does not include revenue? Unlike 20 and 21

My guess is that the valuation will bE higher then 25million..we will actually get to see the 22 pro forma numbers before 3/31..so that will give us a clearer picture

Trust me, you wanted the careclix deal to go thru.. looks like possibly your people may have jeopardized it. Anyway I’m stuck w LFER shares too now..

No one is going to be able to buy or sell any shares. All shareholder shares are in the trust and will remain there until they find a new path.

Imo there is no way in hell Charles Scott does not try and fix this fast.

It’s a complicated story line, but the more I read the update, the more I wonder about LFER part in this acquisition failure. Of course, there is another side. There’s enough blame for everyone.
