Oh yeah, I´m sure there are a whole of people that have lost o whole lot more $ than I have. Its one thing to invest in a company like say an oil company and they drill a dry hole and you lose because it didn´t work out as hoped but in this case I claim that management has been dishonest, lied and cheated to screw investors. And that I don´t like.

Honestly, I couldn´t care less anymore. It was over a year ago I last visited this message board. I have lost around 15000 USD on this crap load of a scam. Hope ms Barbato and P. Herda are having fun with all the money they screwed out of investors. Maybe if we´re lucky a truck will run a curb.

This company is a joke, a fraud, a scam and all you can do now is laugh about it. If it sounds to good to be true it probably is and in this case it was.

Amazed to see so many familiar posters still hanging here. I have personally given up on this, I have thrown in the towel a long time ago. This is the sorriest excuse for an investment oppertunity an investor could ever come across.

Heck, they could make a Hollywood movie about this one.

Haven´t been to this board for over a month but had to see if something was up when the stocks up 28%. NOPE, Couldn´t even buy a decent car for the amount traded today in Nsol, 68K x .077 = 5440 USD

I see that lots of people still follow this shipwreck of a company. Why? I have given up on this company. This is a write off. They have fooled us with lies and BS from the beginning. Why would anything be different in the future. Morninglight called it.

This peace of sheite will pop again. When you least expect it it will run up 100% or more. I´ve been around long enough to see a few poops in the past, I mean pops. But I´ve seen a lot more of the poops.

Thing is it never goes in the direction you would expect it would after high flying pie in the sky PR´s come out. Maybe initially as new investors buy in to the story. But short after old investors see the opportunity to exit a company that has never produced a single thing but hype. And then we end up in these month long downward spirals. Managements no follow through business scheme has finally been recognized and its getting harder and harder to find new believers.

I for one would probably buy around this level if I hadn´t already been fully invested in other stuff. Still have a few nsol but these will most definatelly be sold on the next pop.

We appreciate that, in considering our proposal, the obligation of your Board of Directors is to examine it from the standpoint of the best interest of NSOL and its shareholders as a whole. With this in mind, may I make clear Inter-Americas, Inc.’s sincere interest in this regard. We would expect that NSOL operate in such a way as to maintain these relationships.


To be absolutely clear, we are prepared to reach an agreement on a transaction that is fair and generous and in the best interest of your company and its shareholders. We believe that if given the opportunity, your board and shareholders would likely vote to accept such a proposal.


IA and its advisors are ready and eager to meet with you and your advisors as soon as possible to begin working on an agreement. Working together, I do not anticipate any difficulties in arranging the details and I am confident that we can develop a definitive agreement very quickly. I would very much appreciate hearing from you today so that we both might discuss how best to proceed. We at IA have already begun extensive due diligence including retaining Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers, LLP to advise IA on proceeding with this offer and subsequently any SEC filings including tender offers. All these steps are necessary for moving this transaction to a successful finalization.

It will be interesting to follow how this plays out in coming weeks. I was out of this company for a couple of weeks but got back in today. Stock has been volatile so trading has been quite profitable in the last few months.

So, was nsol at the wealth expo in NY or not?

If it is in fact LLC´s 10 cent deal that has caused this incredible PPS drop then I would think .33 is also cheap?

But I´m not sure that is the only reason for the drop. The company hasn´t impressed us with results so far and I don´t see any reason to buy more shares at these low levels either.

Does anybody have a clue or want to take a wild guess on how many percent of the 58 million share float are held by people who know wtf is going on here? I mean people like, DB, Herda, Faith, Boris, Frisco, Young etc.

Do they own 10% together? more? less? Isn´t it 5% ownership per person that requires a SEC filing?

Considering that the company gives out discount shares to everyone it owes money to, as a paycheck to employees, staff etc, Bonus to Boris for patents? one would think that these guys are sitting on quite a large percent of the company.

And if they do still own a large chunk of the company why are they letting it fall from the sky like this? Wouldn´t they have an interest in trading between each other to keep the price at acceptible levels?
