Does anybody have a clue or want to take a wild guess on how many percent of the 58 million share float are held by people who know wtf is going on here? I mean people like, DB, Herda, Faith, Boris, Frisco, Young etc.
Do they own 10% together? more? less? Isn´t it 5% ownership per person that requires a SEC filing?
Considering that the company gives out discount shares to everyone it owes money to, as a paycheck to employees, staff etc, Bonus to Boris for patents? one would think that these guys are sitting on quite a large percent of the company.
And if they do still own a large chunk of the company why are they letting it fall from the sky like this? Wouldn´t they have an interest in trading between each other to keep the price at acceptible levels?
