Ive seen too many times a company have a golden aura but lead for a share price. Im tired of "trusting" CEOs. They need to start producing!
What it cones down to is so far (and i hope Im wrong and you are right) is that we have been right you have been wrong.
See surfkasts message on the DD board from yesterday. Go ahead post your cheerleading over there and see what happens;)
Pumping on the DD board isn't a good idea. If you're lucky, they won't come over here to show how crappy this stock is.
Was that from Glickman or the filing?
Just wish the company would give us something to talk about. Instead, we get a gradeschool board full of insults.
Wow, and you call people out for being off topic. SMH.
That site has the strangest disclaimer ive ever seen...
Disclaimer: The TipRanks Smart Score performance is based on backtested results. Backtested performance is not an indicator of future actual results. The results reflect performance of a strategy not historically offered to investors and does not represent returns that any investor actually attained. Backtested results are calculated by the retroactive application of a model constructed on the basis of historical data and based on assumptions integral to the model which may or may not be testable and are subject to losses. General assumptions include: XYZ firm would have been able to purchase the securities recommended by the model and the markets were sufficiently liquid to permit all trading. Changes in these assumptions may have a material impact on the backtested returns presented. Certain assumptions have been made for modeling purposes and are unlikely to be realized. No representations and warranties are made as to the reasonableness of the assumptions. This information is provided for illustrative purposes only. Backtested performance is developed with the benefit of hindsight and has inherent limitations. Specifically, backtested results do not reflect actual trading or the effect of material economic and market factors on the decision-making process. Since trades have not actually been executed, results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity, and may not reflect the impact that certain economic or market factors may have had on the decision-making process. Further, backtesting allows the security selection methodology to be adjusted until past returns are maximized. Actual performance may differ significantly from backtested performance. Backtested results are adjusted to reflect the reinvestment of dividends and other income and, except where otherwise indicated, are presented gross-of fees and do not include the effect of backtested transaction costs, management fees, performance fees or expenses, if applicable. Please note all regulatory considerations regarding the presentation of fees must be taken into account. No cash balance or cash flow is included in the calculation.
If you didn't know the history and just read the report, would you buy?
There are two people here that, if you ignore them, the board is much more pleasant.
How is your arm not in a cast!
This thing has been started in the right direction too many times, only to be proven a paint job every time, like today.
It would be interesting to see the share total on the final buy.
Im curious how satellite phones play into the company business.
Lol, as opposed to sandwiches, basketball, squas, and bunnies.
I agree 100%. Lipstick on a pig comes to mind.
Getting information? Im curious what information you got that quells your concerns over the last years performance and lack of transparency.
Do you really think he'll give you info that he wouldn't give all the other callers?
Only thing that will raise the share price is the momentum crew... according to the three year we're due for a pump. That is unless mgmt stops being antisharehoder.
Truth is right.
Class action for breach of fiduciary duty?
3 year chart makes this company look like a scam, complete with pump and dumps. Was hoping the dynamic duo would produce a turn around like the iova 3year chart.
Doing the bare minimum to keep compliant. Reminds me of a few past pink sheet CEOs that are nowhere to be found today.
They make the share structure so they can screw us and there's nothing we can do about it. We can not change the CEO.
With the smell of shrimp, they're beginning to boil. :)
If we are in such a rosey picture, why aren't they saying anything? Its almost as if they are setting up future shareholders (their buddies) at the expense of us.
Are there any dangling carrots left, or are we at the mercy of our info elusive leader?
The runs mean nothing, they were momentum runs from the OTC crews. When the price is in the dollars, there will be no runs of that magnitude. When we are on the big boards, the runs will be miniscule unless they do something blockbuster. It will be decades before this reaches $50.
Employees are gifted free shares, and most employees won't sit on them, especially if said employee follows their stock price trend. Also, they had shares before the first RS, so that point is invalid. Do you guys really think the current non afiliated shareholders are the only ones selling? It would seem that if that's the case, then the street doesn't share the enthusiasm that the cheerleaders share.
I hope that conversation wasn't just a way to pacify shareholders so they won't sell so that the employees can unload all their newly acquired shares before the next RS.
You know damn well your verbage equates to just around the corner. I wouldn't doubt there are/were newbies that bought, and are under water, based on your "everything is fine/good things are coming" rebuttals to our correct visions of the way things are.
Reread the post, he never said all sales were sells. And you're not helping your case when the sells were more than double the buys. Once again, how many just around the corners are you willing to give before you call it like it is? I bet even Serb is skeptical after this insane silence.
Yea right, retail sold at 2.3? The only way i would believe that is if a newbie tried to sell with a market order, not limit order.
Just curious how long it would take for you to stop with "its just around the corner" and realize that we are not in a sharholder freindly company?
Reminds me of Ferris Beuler...hernandez?, hernandez?, hernandez?
It has to be insiders selling. Retail couldn't possibly be selling this "best ticker on the OTC".
Get a hobby. Your obsession isn't healthy!
We shouldnt have to call the company to find out whats going on! They are very sharholder UNfriendly.
The least they could do is come out with a plan. Tell us why they did the reverse split. And how many years before current shareholders will be rewarded.
