2. Mr. Liu Chong, Secretary of the Board of Directors, introduced the development and application of the company's liquid metal products
Liquid metal, also known as amorphous alloy, is a combination of glass, metal, solid and liquid properties.
of new metal materials. Due to the absence of defects such as dislocations, stacking faults, and grain boundaries, amorphous alloys exhibit special mechanical properties, and their flexural strength, tensile strength, and elastic deformation are superior to those of commonly used materials. Due to the excellent physical and chemical properties of liquid metal materials and a wide range of application scenarios, liquid metal is gradually being used in consumer electronics, new energy vehicle products, medical equipment, etc., and has begun to be used in intelligent manufacturing, high-end sports equipment, musical instruments and aerospace Shows broad application prospects.
In addition to the above-mentioned excellent material properties, the processing characteristics of liquid metal are also better than those of traditional processing methods.
3. Interactive communication (1) What products does the company's overall integrated die casting have, and what are the specific cooperative customers?
A: The company is currently implementing overall integrated applications in new energy vehicle motors, electronic controls, battery packs, instrument panels, steering systems, and car doors. At present, it has cooperated with many well-known international and domestic vehicle manufacturers such as Tesla, BYD, Geely, Great Wall, and GM.
And it has also entered the supply chain of many well-known automotive TIER1 such as Harman, Faurecia, Continental, Bosch and so on.
(5) What are the company's Liquid Metal competitors and profit margins?
A: At present, the liquid metal market has not yet formed a completely competitive pattern, and there are very few companies that can achieve industrialized production. This is why the company has been constantly looking for and cultivating partners. It is difficult to enter the supply chain of well-known companies with only one supplier. We hope to find and support partners to jointly expand the liquid metal market. The profit margin is also different for different products, but as the production process matures and the yield increases, even if the customer's price is adjusted, a good profit can still be maintained.
With the breakthrough of product application, future sales will also show an upward trend.
(7) The prospect of the company's liquid metal in the hinge of folding screen mobile phones?
Answer: The folding screen mobile phone is the development direction of the future mobile phone, and it is also a relatively large innovative change in mobile phones. further increase. The excellent performance of liquid metal itself fully meets the requirements of hinge structural parts for thickness, strength and precision, and liquid metal will have good application prospects in hinge structural parts.

exactly … someone is putting up those large volume 12.5 shares as a road block so real sellers will have to drop their ask and thats how they get cheap shares without driving up the price.
but they are getting caught when last minute buys wipes them out.
so in the end they are going to have to pay more to get them back.
aint karma a bi@tch
jay regarding the AP max results (and thanks so much for doing that work/expense)
below is a cip patent that includes Fe-Cr based bmg.
the patent describes metallic weaves and lists many possible bmg formulas/compositions.
no doubt any bmg ‘feedstock’ formulas listed are not exclusive for use in the patent description
https://patentscope.wipo.int/search/en/detail.jsf;jsessionid=32A04B60DD4C4581CAA3EBA708A83099.wapp1nB?docId=US193704856&tab=NATIONALBIBLIO
regarding the johnson/apple fe based in-situ alloy it only comprises a max of 8% Cr
https://www.freepatentsonline.com/RE47529.html
so the cip patent with Cr at 15% and Fe 60-75% more closely matches the results you got.
speaking of cip the johnson/apple patent above.
games posted that it was amended (see #10 in red) and that it is under the CIP umbrella.

i guess we win one way or the other?
so where is the revenue??
is it being used to pay back the machines investment???
was that part of the apple investment deal with the chinese government???!!!
Thanks for posting some really great articles/patents/news developments.
Thanks also for posting it all out in an easy to understand fashion with relevant quotes and links.
yeah sure only 5 employees who have no family/friends and lets also ignore the 1000s of other employees in the maze.
so just concentrate on that 1 company inside the maze.
how many hurdles do insiders from china have to jump so they send money abroad to invest on the american exchanges?
me thinks not many can.

good point there must be a reason why its being done now after 5 years only a huge customer with lots of power can 'influence' such changes in lqmt.
YOU are right!!
the absurdity of a ceo 'paying on the side' WTF!
this needs to be repeated
Litigation, current or pending, requires disclosure in the 10-Q or 10-K. It was never disclosed. And, yes, if the CEO “paid” it, which is a HUGE conflict of interest (think of the CEO paying legal fees of a publicly traded entity is ridiculous and why would they do that, unless they were culpable) and would NEVER happen, that would really put the CEO in hot water and, WITHOUT A DOUBT, require disclosure. It’s an absolutely ridiculous thought, but hey, if it’s in the financials, it’d be helpful to see that.
apple has been spending money defending and renewing the 'liquidmetal' trademark.
they will name it.
while the patents are crucial and synergies with eon ‘ability to form’ lugee only agreed to the pla if he gained the largest piece of the lqmt pie.
the plan/aspiration lugee has for lqmt (and what cost him 'nearly half his net worth') hinged solely on lugee acquiring 400+ million lqmt stock otherwise there would have been no pla/patents ‘swap’
his win is our win.
the image is from q3 2020 so supposedly those 10k parts per month for zyris should have ended june q2 2021 so those inventory figures could possibly be for someone else.
or zyris have contracted lqmt again but for more volume orders.
or the same zyris order volume of 10k/month PLUS a new customer is responsible for the increased inventory.
regardless of who the customers are those inventory figures along with your deduction/analysis of their implications regarding increasing inventory/gross profit margins looks like next quarter revenue will be the highest yet for lqmt.
the best quarter since 2011 was 597k in q4 2019

sorry my fault i jinxed it at the end.
ill go home now.
work in progress, raw materials costs not representative of actual value of those goods.
finished goods, ready for sale at represented value.
just in time, tim apple? nah…
anything more than that and im out of my depth
oops i spoke too soon, my bad.
anything thats a remotely positive indication must be ignored!!!!
anyway the market seems to be happy with the results
lqmt is in the green and only 1 million traded.
next few weeks would be a good time for TC to scoop up some cheap unrestricted shares for a future profitable flip.....and also to show his confidence in lqmt lolz
exactly! a person would have to have his head in the sand not to see how the pandemic caused the global economies to shut down for a while.
for example just one component that was in short supply due to the pandemic caused car manufactures to cut productions causing used car prices to go up!!
wonder what other products (electronic devices) that have been delayed due to the chip shortages among other essential parts and closed manufacturing.
apple is still having difficulties just getting its r&d staff to come back and work at headquarters.
i hope TC is being truthful when he says lqmt is preparing to take advantage of the global economy resurgence.
When will development projects turn into large scale orders?
good points SC8 its very promising
true TC is hungry for the cash he will get it done one way or another and ASAP!
what a ludicrous comparison i think someone has lost their grip on reality.
thanks games for the work. saw this post via stocktwits.
i remember/know you where the one who brought it to everyones attention.
thanks again games.

yeah that would really put a rocket under the lqmt price.
forget to the moon it will be to the stars!
afternoon rally starting? well that was an exciting morning no matter what. a tiny taste of what will happen on the day a whale gets caught.
agree plus ev/auto/batteries and medical/dental the potential is huge. lqmt is ready now that its r&d partner/contract manufacture yihao has over 90 machines and has already proven volume production of 10,000/month and with lighthouse parts.
that bullish requirement is very doable.
just need that 1 whale order and the rest is history
lolz i know your better on both counts ive seen your witty posts!
maybe a virtual ceo wont cut it if lqmt is about to get an influx of queries or media attention if something big is around the corner and a native english speaker would be needed and more media friendly even if that thinking is not pc.
plus he has big $ incentives to get lqmt listed.
ah i see well thats more confirmation good things are going to happen. let him have his glory and we will cash in on it.
no never met him just know his good at flipping shares need to keep an eye on his transactions.
