KWBT is now a shell and Wade is signing over the rights so someone can scam investors by using buzzwords to promise acquisitions of otherwise worthless "media"... Metaverse! NFTs! Digital Assets! BULL CRAP!

So this confirms that KWBT is a complete scam. Wow.

They never gave an estimate for revenue (that I remember). They did estimate the tons of fertilizer sold. The goal for 2020 was 200K tons. Q1+Q2 sales were roughly around 40k tons. The goal for Q3 was 80K tons. As of September 30th 2020, the Company had completed three-fifths of that quarterly sales plan... So around 48K tons. 1st 3 quarters of 2020 they did approximately 88K tons. If they match the 48K tons from Q3 in Q4, that would bring them to 136K tons for the year (historically, Q4 is not as good as Q3 but 2020 was a weird year). In 2019 they did 162 tons and in 2018 they did 127k tons. The revenue will be close to 2018 revenue. It should be between $25-$35MM, if they have been truthful with what they have said in emails. Mustang's estimate is WAY off and is most likely just wishful thingking. I estimate $30M.

It's the internet, pretty much everything can be fabricated. Chill out. Also, even if he has a legit email, the company has lied in every email it has sent out in the last year regarding when the financials will be ready. No need to get worked up. Believe him or don't.

$30MM. It should be between $25-$35MM, if they have been truthful with what they have said in emails (the ones that have been posted here, not some super secret ones).

I read about that, but it seems weird that both are acting as if they are the official twitter accounts and official webpages for KYNC. I get creating a new twitter and new webpage, but why wouldn't they delete the old account/page. And why would both of them be updating shareholders about KYNC, seemingly with the same information? It's just strange.

I like where this is going, but it is just extremely annoying financials have still not come out. The quarters are in the books, restructuring is not going to change what happened. We all know it is not goiong to be great, so what is the continued hold up? Do the 10 Q's really need to wait?

The goal for this year was 200K tons. Just the facts. I made a post maybe a week ago that was negative on these figures, but they really are not all that bad considering the circumstances. If demand increases in Q4 like it did in 2018, I would not be surprised if they hit 140k+ tons for the year

So it seems like, at max, around 88k tons sold in Q1-Q3 combined. Year 2020 goal was 200k tons. LAST YEAR they did 164k tons. This company should not have been hit this hard, even with all the extenuating circumstances.
