I spoke with Yvonne and she told me it was best to wait and travel there around February orMarch of last year with her as she would be an interpreter for me. She said this would give time for new management to get settled in. It all made sense to me so I waited. I kept contacting her asking for timing to go and then she stopped communicating altogether. I have sent her messages every couple of weeks until recently but gotten no replies since last April. I believe she was paid out from the new partnership and then things went south. Would be nice to have some answers for closure. Also since they have not claimed bankruptcy I’m finding it’s hard to even realize the loss. It all makes no sense. I had been invested in them since 2012. Always in the past the communication was good until Covid happened with Yvonne and with the founder Wade Li. I am trying to find legal help both in China and the U.S. I will post here if I get anywhere.

I still scratch my head as to why the kiwa website still functions. Why do Ziqi Wang and the rest of the "leadership team" still have their profiles on the website since now they are associated with the ticker getting revoked by the SEC. Why would they want to be associated with that if they gonna continue with their careers?
I'd like to know kiwas responses to the SEC investigation. It ended with revocation but if memory serves the sec letter worded it something like it was part of the deal put forth by the respondent (Kiwa)
