When’s crooked Chris doing the next dilution waterfall, and subsequent R/S?

What’s the story on the note conversions here? In the past they repeatedly tanked this with ruthless dilution to no bid and then 2 R/S within a year 1:6000 and then 1:4000.

I still think it’s ridiculous that FINRA approved two RS in less than 12 months from each other.

They also diluted the stock to raise capital when no notes were due. When they told us in PRs that they were already breaking even before the reverse merger.

I’ve been following Tim since 2018 until now and up until this MCGI to FLES nonsense. Tim’s resume and track record looked impeccable.

They hold all the restricted shares that don’t convert in an RS. They will RS then dilute then RS then dilute until the end of time as they have been ever since they went current at the end of 2018. Only common shares convert.

Out of the garbage I’ve seen in the OTC. This one absolutely takes the cake. Tim and Chris. Top white collar Criminals of 2019/2020.
