MOLLER INTERNATIONAL
We have conveyed this message many times and we think it is appropriate to repeat it at this critical time again. MI’s success is totally dependent on FM’s success. The FM engines are the key technology required for MI to have a marketable product It is logical to focus on FM to ensure its success so MI can come out of its dormant state.
FREEDOM MOTORS
FM has taken several positive steps towards engine production, including adding a number of very qualified people to our staff. Demand for the Rotapower® engine is incredibly strong with requests for nearly 4 million engines from 12 countries. FM is approaching these orders in the following way:
It is always progressive to find the most efficient and effective way of accomplishing a task. This is purely an optional funding play and is one of several funding routes. If one can pick up a million of so shares of a company for a few thousand dollars and one has the technology to boost the shares to where that million shares can become a million dollars then why not. The total time spent on this board and writing a couple of letters to Moller amounts to a grand total of no more than 8 hours (and that's being generous). I would say 8 hours for a million dollars is a fair trade.
It should be obvious that generating a million dollars piggybacking off a stock is better than going out selling equity for a million to get an engine produced. It shows that one does not depend only on one source of financing.
Moller has developed tunnel vision in that his only avenue for success is to get Freedom motors revenue going so that it gets the skycar going. The problem is that after $100 million he still doesn't understand that the rotary engine won't work for the flying car. A progressive CEO would at least announce that they are looking at electric powered flying taxis if not just to stay with the current course of industry and to keep the stock steady. I truly believe that Moller has made a promise with Felix Wankel. Sometimes promises have to be broken.

If you have a real working example of this world changing engine, then why are you wasting your time trying to sell it to losers like Moller International?
There are lots of other companies competing in this space with real programs and real flying aircraft. The limitations of electric propulsion in this area (battery mass, in particular) are well known. Why not try to convince someone that's actually flying (and has a chance to accomplish something), rather than a company that hasn't flown anything in more than fifteen years?
There is belief and there is science. I don't understand why most people on this board keep thinking that if Moller throws a few more million at the skycar it will work. He has said verbally (and you can find it on the web) that he spent $100 million. He has done test after test after test. And not only him but other companies.
Why does not anyone understand that there are only two attributes to every engine that exists. These are rpm (rotational speed) and torque (i.e. weight, g-force). Helicopters have no problem getting off the ground. This is because it has a large rotor area which allows it to have a low rpm. When you shrink that rotor down to the area of the skycar rotors the rotors have to rotate faster. The torque does not change. This increases the required horsepower. Everything is embodied in the equation hp=rpm x torque /5252. You can easily see that if the rpm increases and is multiplied by the same torque the required horsepower doubles, triples, and so on.
Its an engine issue.
This is the SP Engine's law of heavy vertical lift: When the speed of rotation is completely separated from the force that creates said rotation, said force is placed at a moment arm length away from the axis of the rotation, any practical weight can be vertically lifted.
The turbine engine, the wankel rotary engine and the 4 stroke engine all have their phases (air intake, compression, combustion and exhaust) all mechanically linked to one another. This limits rotational speed or if a high rotational speed is achieved the torque is limited. Its a catch 22. There is no way around it. The core designs of these engines are set and cannot be changed except for a few superficial enhancements like metal type, coatings, superchargers, more spark plugs, air-fuel swirl, etc.
Moller had a flawed agenda. He became so focused (obsessed) on making the Wankel engine work in the Skycar he lost sight of the fundamentals of physics. And instead of admitting that the Wankel does not work for this application he says that a few more million dollars and it will work. No it won't. He should have set out to design a new engine according to the problem's need.
$1 a share is an easy target with the right technology. A deal with Moller was on the table and not even a call back. A handful of flying car companies called back and listened and were told about the technology and they said that they were willing to place orders. Even a called back from a company that does 4 billion a year in turbine engine sales, although it is known that they don't want to rock the boat because after all they are making 4 billion a year.
None of the assets of Moller Int are needed, not the prototypes, not the equipment, not the engines, not any patents. Nothing. The only valuable assets that Moller Int has is that the media will readily cover him and that he is on the stock market. It is these two things combined with a new scientifically sound engine that will make the stock go up to a $1. At $1 a share Moller would have funds to completely build the engine. Its just an easy way to generate cash from cheap stocks and get final engine built without coming out of pocket the couple of million thats needed. Its just that simple.
Investors doing something is better than sitting around doing nothing. Moller is no different than any other shareholder, he just has more shares and was the first shareholder. Moller has a legal duty to shareholders and when he failed to keep MI registered as a legal entity and failed to file SEC reports and failed to keep investors in the loop he has essentially abandoned the corporation. There are laws regarding abandonment and applies to businesses as well. Trust me. When a public company is formed you are essentially giving your company to the public. He lost the 50% voting control as laid out in the last Article of Incorp filing.
People can bash me all they want but the fundamental fact is that the Wankel engine has not worked and will not work for a practical flying machine and that a new type of engine is the answer. If Moller did nothing when the company was on the Pink sheets he will definitely do nothing now that its on the gray sheets.

I have to ask. In the very, very, very unlikely scenario of MI being taken over by shareholders, what exactly do you think the shareholders will get?
What does MI have? A couple of fibre glass mock-ups? What else? There are no engines as anything engine related belongs to FM.
And then, if control goes to the shareholders, then what? What happens then?
Moller International is able to be taken over by shareholders. All one has to do is file a complaint in superior court in the county of California claiming incompetence and showing that Moller only owns 17% of the voting shares when 50% is needed. It should cost about $500 in filing fees. If you use a lawyer, write it up yourself have the lawyer edit it and give him $1000. If Moller doesn't answer then its a default and a new President can be put in and the filings brought up to date. If he does answer his only acceptable response is that he is not going to do anything (equivalent to a default) in which case a new president can be put in or he is going to bring the filings up to date.
I've seen companies stay on the gray market for at least 2 years. Anyone willing to wait around for 2 years hoping that he will do right might want to review their own mental state.
Anyone willing to set up a gofundme page. $2,500 will pay for the court filing fee and a lawyer, etc. 50 investors donating $50 each. At the current price of $.002 and going to $1 is a 500x return. Somebody could make off like a bandit.
The reason why Moller is letting the company fall off the stock market may be because he has lost control of it or trying to get back "control".
As of the last SEC filing Form 10-K June 30, 2015 Moller only owned 16,964,728 shares or 17% of the common stock which is the voting stock. If his options of 25,000,000 shares are exercised he would own 41.7%. All the other directors and officers combined owned less than 1% of the common stock. However there are all of those convertible notes which can boost share ownership.
The last Articles of Incorporation filed with California states that a 50% holding of common stock is needed to control the vote. The 10-k states that as of November 2015 there were 605 common shareholders (so since the stock price was 1 cents a share on June 2015 one can assume that the number of shareholders still hovers around 605 - give or take 100)
California Corporations Code 1-1-16-1600 states
A shareholder or shareholders holding at least 5 percent in the aggregate of the outstanding voting shares of a corporation or who hold at least 1 percent of those voting shares and have filed a Schedule 14A with the U.S. SEC shall have an absolute right to do either or both of the following: 1 inspect and copy the record shareholders names and addresses and shareholdings...upon written demand upon the corporation, or 2. obtain from the transfer agent.... a list of the shareholders names and addresses...
So what does this mean?
It means that a few shareholders can communicate with each other and file Schedule 14a and get the names and addresses of all of the shareholders and hold a vote for new president and director and take control of Moller International and possibly introduce new engine technology "I recommend the SP Engine" to get the stock back on tract. Because the stock started at $7.50 a share in 2002 a lot of people have lost a lot of money as attested by the $100 million spent claim. 5% of the outstanding shares based on the 150 million authorized shares is only 7.5 million shares. I assume that at least 7 people on this board and on facebook hold at least 1 million shares each. Or who owns 7.5 million shares.
Conclusion
The bottom line is are shareholders on this forum and on facebook going to keep hoping that Moller does the right thing and bring it current, sit back a watch their investment go up in flames are they going to take action.
P.S. Moller could easily allow the stock to collapse and then come in and buy at $.001 to get voting control back at 50% stock. If he needs 50 million shares to do this then 50 mil x .001 = $50,000. or $25,000 at .0005.
Threats of removing posts referring to the Split Power Engine unless questions are answered are empty threats which will only hurt all of Moller's investors. Here you have a company founder who has
1. Allowed the corporation to fail as a legal corporation by not filing annually with the SOS
2. Not filed SEC reports in 4 years.
3. Stopped communicating with investors.
4. Has secret designs in a vault that "will be revealed in due time".
5. Has Not responded to SEC inquiries.
6. Has allowed the stock to be suspended
7. Has put performance numbers on the Skycar that are mathematically impossible with the rotary engines.
There is nothing to loose on this end. The little money that has been invested came from an energy stock that traded at $.0001 and shot to $.0098, a 98x return, when they switched to a crypto currency company. So free money was invested. You were told long ago about the Split Power Engine and threw ridicule because of no documents. Now you have the documents and now you say no prototype. Next you will see a prototype and then will say its not flying, then you will see it fly then you will say the FAA has not authorized it to fly.
It was never said that a license was trying to be sold to Moller. There are many types of win-win deals that can be structured with Moller. I know his financial state. There are over 150 companies (with money) now in the flying car game and the Split Power Engine can power them directly or as a hybrid-electric as the electric ones are realizing that pure electric is not economically feasible due to the limitations of the battery. Getting Moller to license the engine is a side project that takes very little time and money on this end yet can reap large financial rewards very quickly at even $1 a share.
You should be grateful that the knowledge of a practical engine design was even brought to you and that legal options were given to investors on how to protect your investment and increase your wealth. You may be that Fan Guy of False Hope. Go ahead and block my comments as spam, You will only be hurting yourself and the other investors and guess who they will be angry with. This stock is on its last leg and ready to be delisted and with that your investment will vanish and anger will set in especially when you see Moller start a new flying car company with his secret (but still underpowered) designs.
I hold the key to your wealth as far as this investment is concerned.
So go learn so math, physics and geometry and study the documents of the Split Power Engine

Please answer those questions posed or every post from now on refereeing "split power" will be deemed spam and removed. If you want to sell your product get your own board, or join with MLER and PR it
Moller has been only contacted once and that was by email. Who knows if he actually saw the email. On Monday all three persons were sent the email so the chances are higher that someone will see it.
The patent application documents at www.splitpowerengine.com precisely show the shortcomings of the rotary engine. Moller's secret enhancements to the rotary engine are just that, either corrections or enhancements. This means that the rotary has inherent flaws. Moller's enhancements revolve around a better heat coating, better wearing seals, and turbo charging the air. The first two only will extend maintenance interval time and the last is done to engines already.
The fact that the prototype engine is not published is irrelevant. One skilled in the art of combustion and engines and aircrafts would immediately recognize the operations of an engine.
This is the basis of the Slit Power Engine and determine if you understand the foundation: When the speed of rotation is completely separated from the force which creates said rotation, and said force is placed at a moment arm distance from the axis of rotation, any practical weight can be vertically lifted. We know from jacking up a car that a moment arm (long pole) on a jack allows that 4,000 pound car to be easily lifted.
Everyone already knows that small duct aircrafts require a higher rotational speed due to the fact that the area of the blades is smaller and more air needs to move through the blades per second to match the volume of bigger blades (like a helicopter). The equation for horsepower is torque x rpm / 5252. The torque more or less remains the same which is equal to the weight of the aircraft. For a 3200 pound helicopter the general rpm is about 650. So 4000 x 650 / 5252 = 396 hp This number is proved by the specs of the Bell Ranger 206B-L4 which as a rotor diameter of 33 feet 4 inches and a width of 1 foot for a blade area of 33.3 square feet and an engine of 420 horsepower which is actually reduced to 317 due to drive shaft limitations.
A flying car would have a total duct area of about 8 square feet and all is proportional so 33.3 / 8 = 4.162, x 650 = 2705 rpm. Plug this into the equation and you get 3,200lbs x 2705rpm / 5252 = 1648 hp. 1,648 horsepower just to lift the same weight. One who has a basic understanding can easily see that separating force and rotational speed is the solution to both vertically lifting heavy aircrafts and those with small ducts. I haven't even factored in g-forces so a more powerful engine is needed because its wingless.
Architecture involves concepts, math, physics and geometry on paper based on known environmental forces and material properties. An engine along with fuel properties is no different. A building stands up based on calculations not a prototype, for every building and the acting forces are completely unique.
In summary, enough information has been published that one skilled in the art of combustion engines and flight can make a confident judgment call on the Split Power Engine. It is the engine of all future vertical flight.

I've been following this for a while and you keep posting how the rotary will never work, that you have an engine which will, people should buy Moller stock, Moller should license your engine and you keep contacting Moller but they never respond.
Moller International from the last SEC filing for 2015 showed an accumulated deficit of $57,283,369. This represents $40,328,642 in stock value at a price of 40.4 cents a share and $16,954,727 in cash debt. All of the internet articles says he spent $100 million (I assume with inflation). The only so called "valuable" asset that Moller Int. has is some promissory notes from Freedom Motors and keeping rights to use the Rotapower in aircrafts. Getting a fresh company listed on the OTC has a rough cost of between $200k and $300+k. From a financial perspective it makes sense to just let Moller Int. fail so that all that debt is wiped out. He then could start a new company called say "Moller Vertical Aircrafts Inc." and create a new stock listing. After all, Moller is his name and it is his defense. Because his rotary engine modifications are secret (which technically means the modifications don't exist), when the patent applications are placed in the Patent Office after Moller Int. fails, they are just assigned to "Moller Vertical Aircrafts, Inc." and have not legal connection to Moller Int. At the end of the day even that promissory note for the Rotapower does not exist because Rotopower is nothing more than a trade name and trade names is irrelevant to patents.
My conclusion is that all Moller Int. shareholders are #$%$#! if Moller chooses to do nothing.
Shareholders could however petition a court to place Moller Int. into some sort of receivership and put in place new management and then change the name of the company. The only value that I see that currently exists is that Moller Int is now trading on the stock market meaning that investors have immediate liquidity. This would be best accomplished by an investor living in California as California courts would have jurisdiction. Maybe Federal if your principal investment exceeded $75,000 to obtain diversity jurisdiction. However any investor located anywhere can bring the case, they just have to deal with it from a distance and hop on some cheap flights. The filing fee as a pro-se is less than $500, the lawyers would be the major cost but if you are determined and have the mental skills you can do most of it yourself and consult with an attorney (Judges like to see attorneys getting paid). But all of this can be recouped if it is granted which it has a strong chance due to the non filing and inactivity.
Involuntary bankruptcy filing may be another route as it would instantly stop even SEC actions (such as a delisting) but there are other consequences.
Moller is not out of capital, they may just think they are out of capital. They are holding on so tight they may eventually loose it all. Any company that's on the stock market essentially has a bank in their back office. There are a few ways to approach this.
They could easily sell between $5000 and $10,000 worth of shares at $.0075 per share and fund a quality, broad reaching PR campaign about how they have licensed a new engine technology and listing certain technicals on the errors of the past engines and the solutions solved by the Split Power Engine. Moller already has the name and can easily capitalize on it. As the stock price rises then their capital expenditures get more efficient and cost effective. As of right now the only thing that is holding Moller back from generating capital for the company and shareholders is their loyalty to the Wankel engine, the held on design of the Skycar and the shame of chasing after it for so long. After they free themselves from these "mental" constraints, they will see that the goal is a flying car and the design of it or engine type or how much money and how long they worked on it in the past is irrelevant.
In regards to money to bring the stock current. I've seen financials of OTC companies 3 pages long that have passed muster with the filing requirements. Moller doesn't need to write a book, its all about disclosure. He is around enough people to where they can write up each quarterly filing and have an accountant sign off. In my opinion, all of it is cookie cutter, nothings been done, just change the expense numbers. At the end of the day, the last filing is the most important. Everyone knows the revenues are zero so just make sure the debt numbers either match or exceed the true numbers. Its a fresh start. Pay the accountant with stock or sell stock.
Its either this or everything is loss, for him and the shareholders. Because once Moller is delisted its not coming back. Then because of the large number of investors, it just takes one investor to lobby a personal lawsuit against himself, as some gave money as loans also, I believe. Just fighting those whether they go through or are dismissed cost money (but there is merit), . At the end of the day, it will be cheaper to scrap everything and start fresh with the Split Power Engine and a new Flying Car design.
Also it would be progressive if I took over control of the Moller shell. Moller can sit back and capitalize. This is an option also.

Since they are outta capital, do you have the funds to bring this stock current if they agree to some sort of joint venture? I would believe they may be able to still pursue their own engine under the FM company and have a joint venture under MLER. It appears you are looking for a shell to take over which is already listed on the exchange
Never have received a response. The email I sent yesterday went to Moller's, David Sastry and Jim Toreson email. Asked for a response before the 10 day suspension is up.
One thing is that acknowledging another engine technology is an admission that the rotary engine is not the correct engine for vertical lift flight and an admission of wasted investor resources. For Moller International, the end goal should be the flying car yet I think their end goal is a flying car with the rotary engine.

Did Mler show any interest in your companies contact? I hope you involved David as well, he is a vital part of Mler too.
Corporation of Flight initiated contact with Dr. Moller and Director Jim Toreson today August 5, 2019 to create some type of deal to get Moller Int's stock back on track due to today's 10 day suspension by the SEC. Such a potential deal would naturally incorporate some sort of licensing of the www.splitpowerengine.com or some sort of buyout or operational transfer of Moller Int. COF is currently in communication with the U.S. Army for their Future Vertical Lift initiative.
We have concluded that the likelihood of Moller using his own money to bring financials up to date are ZERO, as he would have done so a long time ago. Additionally Moller Int is suspended as a corporation in California which provides another piece of info. Once the trading is permanently halted and the ticker symbol is taken away I believe that there is no coming back and all stock holdings of investors will be gone for good. Without some "new and practical" engine technology being incorporated into Moller's plan, the whole long term strategy of generating revenue from Freedom Motors to divert to Moller Int is a plan that has already failed.
Whether Moller will do the right thing and "do something" as opposed to doing nothing is anybody's guess.

What is the status of the potential offer to MLER?
I don't understand
Exclusives are not practical. We view the www.splitpowerengine.com as too valuable to be only licensed to one company. Plus the end result would be widespread infringement and money lost trying to protect IP. When all of the savings are added together from a comparison of runway based aircrafts and vertical aircrafts, vertical aircrafts win hands down, from real estate savings, to tire savings to interior space increase and inherent anti-stall design. Although the mathematics shows that this suite of vertical flight technology works, once it passes a partial physical phase it is expected that the long term orders for runway aircrafts would quickly fall off.

Thanks a lot, what about exclusive
Although not set in stone yet, the starting price for a manufacturing license option is $100,000. Then there is a per aircraft completed license fee.
The other benefit is that the www.splitpowerengine.com is not sold to end users but are on a sort of lease. This is due to the 50% efficiency design claim of the engine where a portion of the efficiency savings relative to existing engines goes to the engine manufacturer, aircraft manufacturer and some other parties. There is a valid reason for doing this. Most technology exhibits a race to the bottom where, through competition the price is made lower and lower until American manufacturing becomes unsustainable and offshoring occurs. Corporation of Flight sets bottom prices to ensure profitability for all licensees.

How much would it cost to buy the license
Soon as its put on paper. May post some drafts of it starting next week and then seek to contact. Because MI debts and liabilities are unknown it may have to be drafted as MI as the beneficiary and Dr. Moller or his Group of Executives as the Licensee.
It will be sent to a few of the top heads at MI but I think it is progressive if investors would contribute some persuasive insight to why they should get a license option. If MI doesn't execute then it would be safe to say that exiting the stock would be smart because why would a company throw $100 million at an idea only see it not to work and then seek to throw more money at the same idea. Hope doesn't make technology work, mathematics does. Although many believe that the rotary engine is powerful, such is a relative statement. Power density and absolute power are two different things. The rotary engine may have good power density but if a vertical aircraft needs x amount of power then high power density is secondary to absolute power.
The definition for absolute power is "viewed or existing independently and not in relation to other things; not relative or comparative"
People think that because the rotary has more power density compared to a the 4 stroke engine that its the best engine for the flying car. This is a false analysis.
No. No offer has ever been made to Moller Int.
Corporation of Flight, Inc. owns and licenses the technology. This technology is 10 years old and was just placed in the Patent office last year, so 20 years left. The Split Power Engine is the engine technology for all small duct vertical lift aircraft.
Yes, since Moller International has large existing liabilities, it may be possible that Dr. Moller could purchase a license option and name Moller International as the manufacturing beneficiary. New products or technology is what moves stocks. He has to show shareholders that MI has real workable technology for the flying car and then the stock will move. It is possible to get to $1 a share, assuming that only 200 million shares exist, but the whole, get Freedom Motors going, get contracts, get revenues, get profits, then put profits on the production of the rotary for the Skycar is a strategy destined for failure. $100 million has been spent. Time to seek better tech.
There is just too much data which shows that the rotary engine cannot "fly" a vertical aircraft. The power requirements are just too much. Even the turbine or 4 stroke engine cannot pull it off. The Harrier Jet works because the entire plane is basically an engine and it can only hover for about 90 seconds before it starts to overheat.
No. The 3 images on www.splitpowerengine.com are just image buttons. Click on each image to view the patent application documents.
Split Power Engine patent application documents posted at www.splitpowerengine.com. Press release referencing Split Power Engine and Army's $100 billion Future Vertical Lift initiative goes out today. Up to $50 million constract being drafted. Manufacturing contacts being made at Hai Heli Expo in Atlanta this week.
The key factor here is that he ran calculations first before dumping excessive amounts of money into the engine.
from wikipedia
Sir Frank Whittle
Frank Whittle (1 June 1907 – 9 August 1996) was a British Royal Air Force air officer. He is credited with single-handedly inventing the turbojet engine.
Whittle continued working on the motorjet principle after his thesis work but eventually abandoned it when further calculations showed it would weigh as much as a conventional engine of the same thrust. Pondering the problem he thought: "Why not substitute a turbine for the piston engine?" Instead of using a piston engine to provide the compressed air for the burner, a turbine could be used to extract some power from the exhaust and drive a similar compressor to those used for superchargers. The remaining exhaust thrust would power the aircraft.[12]"
The key factor here is that he ran calculations first before dumping excessive amounts of money into the engine.
If you cannot add, subtract, divide and multiply and don't have the faintest idea of engine power (i.e. rotational speed and rotational force), it is understandable that you do not understand.
You think just because a 8 rotary engines lifted a stripped down aircraft frame 8 feet off the ground 20 years ago that such constitutes "flight". Flight consists not only on the engine elevating an aircraft well above sea level where the air is thinner an more engine power is needed, but engine power for g-forces during turns which when wings don't exist the engine must compensate for.
www.splitpowerengine.com is not kind of like the old Moller website because Moller never showed you the equations on how they arrived at aircraft speed, lift parameters, etc. All of these eVtols and Vtol companies say their aircraft can fly at x miles per hours and can fly at x height and you believe them even though most are grounded and the rest hover and move timidly through the sky. This website is being built on a fast track basis.
All of the information has not been loaded on www.splitpowerengine.com. as talks with other entities have started so a slow occurred but is still headed forward.
You may be the type of person who would invest in an underground boring company without looking at the financials. You think that just because a boring machine exists and can make tunnels that its financially feasible. All of the skyscrapers that you have stood in were prototypes, designed on a drafting board and calculated with mathematics. The shape, height, earthquake and wind forces, material expansion, etc, are all calculated based on mathematics and physics. Yet you still confidently will ride an elevator to the top of it.
Instead of being negative toward something. A progressive investor would kindly ask, how did you arrive at this number or that number and why does this feature exist. But there are always two types of investors.

It's kind of like an older Moller International website, only with poorer spelling, more grandiose claims, and no evidence that anything on the website exists in the real world.
I've been very critical of Moller over the years, but one thing that distinguishes them from some other scam-like operators in this area is that they actually have physically constructed something and flown it. Perhaps not recently, and their hype grossly overstates their capabilities, but at the root of it all, there is (or at least, was) *something* real. I don't get the feeling that the stuff on the corporation of flight website exists outside the mind of the web designer.
Moller also says in this document at page 5 https://moller.com/brochures/Alternative-to-High-Speed-Helicopters.pdf that
It is anticipated that the Skycar will appear in a military role first. For that reason the following comparison
includes some alternatives that are or may be available to the military. Large helicopters and tilt-rotor aircraft
have the one advantage over the Skycar of being able to carry a large single piece payload. This advantage
vanishes for a specific payload if it can be distributed into smaller packages that can be transported by a Skycartype aircraft. The following figure shows that the Skycar 400 and its larger variant, the 600, are far more
efficient as VTOL transport vehicles versus large VTOL aircraft. It is projected that the Skycar 400 can be sold
in low quantities for approximately $500,000 per unit, which is five times less expensive than the V-22 Osprey
in net tons of payload delivered relative to its acquisition cost.
page 6 The bottom line is that the Skycar 400 will be a cost effective, VTOL-capable solution for moving up to four
people or a total payload of 720 lbs. Helicopters are more efficient for heavier payloads or when there is a
requirement to hover for a prolonged period, but if one needs brief VTOL-capability, high-speed, reasonable
range, outstanding safety and ease of operation, nothing will beat a Skycar.
The www.splitpowerengine.com can lift any practical load which means that it would win the Army competition hands down. The web site will be loaded with the calculations of military version carrying such heavy weights in a single flight.
The bigger question is are investors going to try to convince Moller Int. to seek alternative methods to vertical takeoff other than the rotary. I look and post on the facebook page and it seems that investors are so confident that with the few million or so IOU dollars that freedom motors owes MI that such money (if it materializes) will get the Skycar "back in research mode". Research mode being the key word.
The document on page 4 at
https://moller.com/brochures/Alternative-to-High-Speed-Helicopters.pdf
says it all. $100 million spent over 30 years. If $100 million was spent and nothing exists why do some investors think that a few million in will make things different this time around.
The Army just closed out proposals (nothing is really closed) for their future vertical lift program with awards in June 2019. This is a $100 billion program and it is essentially going to 2 companies. And basically they are looking at a faster helicopter and a tilt rotor, which already exist.
https://www.bizjournals.com/dallas/news/2019/01/10/sikorsky-boeing-sb1-defiant-bell-v-280.html
https://www.fbo.gov/index.php?s=opportunity&mode=form&id=17ed70143514b67ac58377896e5ae78b&tab=core&_cview=1
If Moller Int were smart they would look into the www.splitpowerengine.com and chase these contracts since they are already familiar with the U.S. Army.
A license offer will be made within a few weeks but it will only be for a short window of time. No one will chase or beg Moller because the data will be front and center. Additionally they just announced that gas prices are about to be jacked upwards in about a month or two so that puts a nail in the coffin for the rotary for any new mass applications seeing that it is highly gas inefficient.
A Split Power Engine license plus Moller chasing a $100 billion Army contract will give positive pressure to MI stock. At the end of the day if MI doesn't go for it, another company will. I've done my job, time for investors to finish the heavy lifting.

Are we getting closer to an offer?
Raising capital is not a sign of success. Its a sign of good, persuasion and presentation skills. It is only a means to execution of an idea. American Greed is a great show. Unfortunately the $107,000 is not going into engine development but to keep the lights on for 4 months and services to raise $1 million to develop 10 engines. Thats $100,000 per engine. Is that success.
I give Dr. Moller credit though, he knows how to raise money and get people to believe. I guess if people cant believe or understand the math-science of something, they have to believe in the "credentials" and support. The common denominator being belief. But I guess with 17 people on board, the commodity markets will have to accept a 15% efficient engine. Even Mazda said forget it. People don't realize that Dr. Moller has given up on the Skycar because he has tried everything with the rotary and the 5% extra power that the secret vault modification may or may not produce still will fall short because gravity never changes.
And the claim that the Skycar will be funded from profits from a startup FM just keeps MI investor hopes alive. Sounds like 5 years out. Time to thing about other avenues of power for the Skycar.
Just posted a few sentences. There are several disgruntled investors on that facebook page. Moller knows from all the money he has already dumped in MI that putting more money from future FM sales is throwing good money after bad. MI investors are essentially betting on a startup. He knows that the rotary engine can't power the skycar. Thats fine, the www.splitpowerengine.com can. Full document upload will be over the next several days.

The website link should be posted on the Facebook fan page. I am interested to see Moller reaction to this new information. BTW the red background is a killer on the eyes.
Problem with ceramic engines is that you have less control over heat escape. Heat escape can actually be a good thing if it can be controlled. If it is running on pure oxygen then not a problem from an emissions viewpoint. The www.splitpowerengine.com controls heat escape.
http://www.corporationofflight.com/splitpowerengine/enginecompare/enginecompare.html shows how even not factoring in the effects of heat escape that the power angle is what really reduces power in the Wankel rotary engine.
Yes you can get more power from a hotter burning engine but if the engine burns to hot then nitrogen oxides form. Nitrogen is 78% of air by volume and helps to "soften the knock". Nitrogen oxides react with sunlight and other chemicals to form smog. Nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide react with substances in the atmosphere to form acid rain.
Short-term:
Breathing nitrogen oxides can cause:
Irritation of the respiratory system, eyes, and skin
Aggravation of respiratory diseases, particularly asthma
Coughing and choking
Nausea
Headache
Abdominal pain
Difficulty breathing
Skin and eye contact with nitrogen oxide gases or liquid nitrogen dioxide can cause irritation and burns.
Long-term:
Long-term exposure to nitrogen dioxide can cause:
Asthma
Respiratory infections
Although the www.splitpowerengine.com docs show that heat transmission and reducing coatings can be inside the combustion chamber, another way to control heat loss is to add heat from the exhaust. Heat transmission is only from hotter to cooler. So making the outside of the chamber hotter with waste heat will slow heat transmission. Environmental laws will continue to crack down on emissions.
This site shows heat transmission of ceramics relative to steel.
https://global.kyocera.com/fcworld/charact/heat/thermalcond.html
whereas zirconia has a thermal conductivity at room temperature of 3 watts per meter kelvin, carbon steel has 41 or 41/3 = 13.6x as much heat flow.

There is no reason for you to champion stagnation. Moller International is stagnant. You say that I am clueless. The fact that Dr.M controls these two companies is irrelevant. First of all the Skycar is nothing more than a small version of the Harrier Jump Jet and its not even roadable. Second Dr. M didn't invent the Wankel rotary engine, Felix Wankel did and even then there are reports that versions existed before him.
You say hes a doctor, engineer, instructor and inventor, but you left out businessman. The weak link. I don't know about you but the financial statement of Freedom Motors on the startengine.com web site says it all. The red flag is the $145,782 in rent, the $78,325 in Legal and Professional expenses and the $46,681 in utilities. Those are fully functioning factory production and sales numbers yet the total income and profit was $3,150. Don't you think that with the $100,000 already raised that the proclaimed engine modifications could be accomplished. Yet it will be spent on advisory services to raise $1 million so that 10 engines can be produced. Come on. I'm leaning towards MI and FM being schemes.
The $50 million offer is not out of desperation on my end, its only because the stock can be easily increased from a penny which MI can take and fund a real working flying car. I already know that the Split Power Engine works. He won't publish his documents because they really don't benefit the rotary engine and out of fear. I have no fear so the patent docs are published, as I want to see a flying car in the air.
Dont you think the increased stock volume is due to persons understanding the math and buying in. The only risk they see is the ego of Dr. M. And the ego can only be destroyed through persuasion (investors) or humbleness (failure or total failure in this case). Then he will see.
The fact is that you are the one who is clueless. If Moller shuns the up to $50 million offer in sight of the irrefutable math at www.splitpowerengine.com then the only conclusion is that you have been following a charlatan. Or the blind leading the blind. Personally I dont believe you are an investor. An investor would not give a dam about what engine a company uses, as long as they try all avenues. Personally I speculate that Dr. M gave an oath to Mr. Wankel before he died to carry on his legacy.
This is on page 18 of FM
Financial Milestones
Our current offering maximum is $107,000. Once we raise the $107,000 maximum, our company will focus on completing an independent financial review so we may meet SEC requirements to increase our raise to $1,070,000. Also during this time, we will continue to work with our partner in Canada to complete the development and installation of a Rotapower gen-set at a waste water treatment facility in Canada by October 2018. After we increase our maximum raise to $1,070,000, the Company will focus on plans to produce a small number (< 10) of Rotapower gen-sets
Liquidity and Capital Resources
The company is currently generating operating losses and requires the continued infusion of new capital to continue business operations. If the company is successful in this offering, we will likely seek to continue to raise capital under crowdfunding offerings, equity or debt issuances, or any other method available to the company. The proceeds from this offering will be used to begin deploying Rotapower gen-sets at
biogas generating sites. It is not expected that these initial units will provide significant capital. It is anticipated that the funds from this Regulation CF offering, totaling $107,000, will be sufficient to operate the company over the next 4 months without revenue from gen-set sales or additional loans from existing stockholders

You really are clueless. FIRST Dr holds over 51% of MI &FM so even "IF" the shareholders were going to try to convince an Doctor engineer MIT instructor inventor, the benefits of a mystery motor that works on paper I doubt any would,
You do NOT follow what has been happening at MI/FM and know nothing of the motors in the vault yet to released, BUT in six months we will see, I am not disregarding "your" motor I just do not believe your claims BUT HEY, I do not know everything so I watch your mystery dark energy motor page
More information regarding the efficiency and power limitations of the Wankel rotary engine has been freshly posted. It shows complete math and shows regardless of what modifications are done, the rotary engine is both money consuming and lacks the power for a practical flying car. Even if the flat axial design nature of the rotary is praised, the Split Power Engine is also flat and axial but with the benefit of its design being more fuel efficient and powerful due to its following natural laws. Particularly the law of power angles. Engine power is a commodity and the most operationally cost saving engine will win. The rotary engine is an old technology before the advent of the computer, its design and shortcomings are intrinsic and cannot be modified or overcome.
http://www.corporationofflight.com/splitpowerengine/enginecompare/enginecompare.html
Some info on the pros and cons of each of the engine types, the 4 stroke, the turbine and the Wankel rotary engine has been posted to the site.
http://www.corporationofflight.com/splitpowerengine/enginecompare/enginecompare.html
The patent documents will have more information regarding the shortcomings of the rotary engine in its application to flying cars. Regardless of what enhancements are done to the rotary engine (which from what is seen can only be seals, even cooling strategies and coatings) the efficiency won't get over 25%. Vertical takeoff aircrafts can consume over 8 times the fuel in vertical takeoff and hover mode. The small or no wing area also means that more power must be used in forward flight. So in addition to needing an engine with more power (high rpm and high torque), an engine with a high efficiency is required just to make the flying car economically feasible. The Split Power Engine targets the 50% efficiency range.
I can honestly say in my opinion that after all of the documentation is published and the up to $50 million contract posted, If MI does not accept the offer and terms, which will be feasible given their current status as been revealed in the FM prospectus on startengine.com, then MI and FM in my opinion are just money schemes, because after 50 years, and much investor debt, nothing has been accomplished
The manufacturing document will be posted at the site www.splitpowerengine.com. It won't be made before the 1st of January. It most likely will not be made before the middle of January. But it could. Strong chance it will be posted between January and February 2019. The contract offer is not guaranteed, but by Moller being the only publicly traded flying car company, a contract offer is beneficial to many. However, license options can currently be purchased by any legal entity. These license options will get more expensive as time goes on so Moller would be getting the best license option price plus an up to $50 million manufacturing performance contract.
No attempt has been or will be made to get in touch with Moller or to persuade them to license and adopt this technology. That task shall be left up to shareholders. Once the document is posted, MI will be given a time frame to accept it (probably no more than 30 days and no less than 10 days), so it is progressive for MI investors to start the process of getting MI to review the tech specs so that MI is confident and knows the engine and technology works in order to make a firm, quick and decisive decision. Notification of the document posting release may be made here or on their social media pages.

When do you believe the offer to Moller will be made?
There is nothing new under the sun when it comes to superficial design.
In your quest to place Moller as the author of the flying car you must realize that even his designs are derivatives of earlier flying vehicle concepts from movies and military which date back to early 1900's .
Ive always focused on engine. Its the engine that lifts the car not the car body. A flying car is nothing more than a car that flies. Therefore it must look like a car which means that it could look like the ford model T. You must not realize that this technology can assist Moller. The car body is irrelevant as those are patent images for description.
Once again, the focus is the engine, not the body. It is natural for you to be critical seeing that you put all of your faith and I guess your money in Moller and nothing has panned out and all you have is hope left. But just as Sony had to move on from the walk-man to CD's and from CD's to jump drives, so too must Moller move on from the rotary engine. I am not Moller's enemy. I am just against the rotary engine for the flying car because after 40 years, nothing has materialized. They (MI) even said it themselves that Moller is dormant and Freedom Motors is the focus for other engine applications. So where does that leave your stock price, STAGNANT.
The web site specifically says that the documents were to be loaded over the course of days, so you should be patient and not see contention.
RE rwandrw

WHERE have i seen that kind of flying car before ??? OH yes Dr Moller made one (sorry about bursting you bubble) https://binged.it/2LsdVfJ
was there something more you wanted to show?
www.splitpowerengine.com The technology documents are now being released over the course of several days up to the new year as the web site is built up. The press releases are pending approval and will be released at any time (out of my hands now). If you understand the technology then I recommend that you buy Moller International stock now.
Disclaimer: I have not talked to anyone at Moller nor is it a guarantee that they will accept any agreement that is put forth. But I believe that it is in their best interest to accept it. The documents show how the rotary engine cannot achieve its goal of lifting the flying car. The agreement will soon be posted on a web site.
RE: rwandrw

Ok I still have not idea what the hell you are talking about. ..how about even ONE link to your claims. And are saying buy Mi? Or some other mystery stock ??
Yeah. Those filthy pump and dumpers who keep saying that after 40 years of engine development that this time the rotary engine will make the sky car fly. Who do they think we are.
Some have said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and expecting different results. If another million is dumped into the rotary engine for the sky car, the efficiency can be raised from 20% to 22%. That 2% has to be worth a $million and will disprove insanity.
1.So what if the rotary engine has 13 seals which are 13 sources of friction and potential failure.
2. So what if the second spark plug has almost a direct line of sight with the exhaust port thus letting exhaust gases flow virtually unobstructed from combustion event to exhaust event.
3. So what if friction occurs on all sides of the rotor.
4. So what if it burns oil by design so that all those sides stay lubed. Those carbon regulations can't stop the rotary. Plants absorb carbon so by releasing more carbon the rotary engine actually helps plant life. Its a green technology.
5. The rotary engine's claim to fame is that it has more power density than the 4 stroke. It doesn't matter if it can't fly the air car. It has high power density. This is what really matters.
You low-life scum need to stop bullying poor old rotary engine with claims there is a better engine, For everything that will be invented, has been invented.
This is the hopeful Ego talking. Mark my word. The rotary engine will prevail.

Wow. There are so much garbage coming from this thread. You people shouldn't get so worked up by claims made by filthy pump-and-dumpers. Just the fact that they think they can still pump and dump this stock shows that not only are they low-life scum, they are low life scum without brains...
Mathematics makes the bold claim and not me. The patent application documents shows every little fault of the 4 stroke (25% to 30% efficient), the turbine (35% to 40% efficient) and the Wankel rotary engines (15% to 25% efficient). The claim is also made that 50% efficiency can be achieved (and without a turbo or supercharger). Your best bet is to load up on stock asap. Don't say I didn't give you the heads up.
You will know Moller has received the offer because the offer docs will be published. Moller is 80+ years old. He has nothing to loose and everything to gain. The other companies with the eVTOLs are getting all the money and attention and that is what matters. Them not wanting to change their engine design would be pure ego. Dozens of companies worldwide since the 1960's have poured tens of millions into the Wankel and all have abandoned it. So if they with their millions and many engineers could not pull it off how can anyone with just a fraction of the resources do it. They will not be able to argue against the math. The new carbon regulations coming would essentially ban the Wankel rotary engine because by design it intentionally burns oil in the combustion chamber.
The draft of the offer may be made right before the new year. Just publish the draft and refine it. At some point shortly if they don't accept it will be taken away.

RE: 1399
Those are some pretty agresive claims you are making!
RE: Post 1398
How would we even know if Moller was made such offer? They would never disclose it! The chances of them changing their engine design is slim. When would this offer to Moller be made?
"Flying Car now a reality with New Innovative Engine".
This is the press release title. The documents have been submitted to the patent office, receipt acquired. The press release paid for. The designs are complete. The mathematics is done. All the big boys have jumped in this market and projecting up to and over a $Trillion. We are about to start building the aspect prototype. An up to $50 million revenue document is being drafted for Moller International. Moller can take it or leave it. You have a handful of hours to have believe if what I say is true. Better have faith and load up on stock now. The next stop is 5 cents a share. This will take your 100x return (1 cent to $1) down to a mere 20x return (5 cents to $1.00), if you fail to act.
RE: Post 1379
OK Genius where is your motor? If you feel something on your back it is FM walking over you on the way to production of the motor you "Proved" would not work.
Rotary engine is dead for the flying car.
sometimes you have to put the wagon before the horse.
No meeting. There exists no fiduciary duty to Moller International. No agreements, no talks, no nothing. Its better that way.
question: Sounds like you must be a current shareholder. If this is going to be ready within two weeks sounds like a meeting with Moller has already been scheduled to discuss this opportunity?
If a contract is assigned then it is considered 1/2 executed and all Moller has to do is ascend to it within the allotted time. It will be displayed publicly. So not only are we counting on the wisdom of Moller to accept it but also shareholder pressure and public scrutiny. Like I said, (which was deleted) there are 40 other companies who are hungry for a tech with these specs. Moller just happens to be the only one that is publicly traded.
Announcing a product and prepping for a release are two different things. Never underestimate the little things. I will take the deleting of my posts as you trying to keep hope alive since I have not revealed the engine tech and I have mathematically demonstrated that the Wankel rotary engines are underpowered and will not work.
Not smoke and mirrors. My last post was in April/May stating that an engine was coming in the Summer. Summer is here and now I say 2 weeks. The only fact that will exist is the pain of not buying enough stock at this low price.
Message: No it was deleted, This is a MLER page NOT an imaginary motor page, advertising page He has been pushing this for awhile provides NO facts.
