Corporation of Flight, Inc. owns and licenses the technology. This technology is 10 years old and was just placed in the Patent office last year, so 20 years left. The Split Power Engine is the engine technology for all small duct vertical lift aircraft.

Yes, since Moller International has large existing liabilities, it may be possible that Dr. Moller could purchase a license option and name Moller International as the manufacturing beneficiary. New products or technology is what moves stocks. He has to show shareholders that MI has real workable technology for the flying car and then the stock will move. It is possible to get to $1 a share, assuming that only 200 million shares exist, but the whole, get Freedom Motors going, get contracts, get revenues, get profits, then put profits on the production of the rotary for the Skycar is a strategy destined for failure. $100 million has been spent. Time to seek better tech.

There is just too much data which shows that the rotary engine cannot "fly" a vertical aircraft. The power requirements are just too much. Even the turbine or 4 stroke engine cannot pull it off. The Harrier Jet works because the entire plane is basically an engine and it can only hover for about 90 seconds before it starts to overheat.
