FRFS also went up 450% the previous day so i don't think we'll see as extreme of a drop.
Hmmmm... so would this mean we'll see a large sell off in the AM? Can someone provide the link to this caution sign on FVRD.. Curious what it looks like for future reference..
I picked up 100k @ 0.025.... I'm not scared
Wait so what happened involving FVRD and OTC markets? Can someone bring me up to speed?
Camelot,
I get that you are bullish on this stock, or you are just pumping it like you do with every other hyped up stock- whether it was MMEX or one of many pump and dumps ( CRPGF), but to say "there will be no dilution" is a completely incorrect statement.
There will be dilution buddy. In fact, we will see exactly this much dilution:
$600,000,000 / $24 price per share = 25,000,000 new shares issued.
Now I am guessing the market will perceive this favorably but it does not mean that Aurora is immune from taking a dip tomorrow. I believe that kevstewy's post brings up a very possible scenario as he is correct- typically upon announcement of a potential merger, the acquirer takes a slight dive and the acquiree spikes upward.
Word to the wise: before calling people idiots, you should probably look at yourself in the mirror you pumping idiot.
The new website looks legit. Regardless of the CEOs track record, it appears they actually are mining Dash.
http://www.bitcoinservicescorp.com
It's definitely worth a wager given the current momentum in the cryptocurrency industry.
Yeah? will this be like Tuesday's EOD bounce?
To be honest, that's not true at all. I'm not calling this a scam... but there have been scams that have received plenty of live news coverage before.. So you can't use that as ammunition to say this is definitely legitimate.
KP engineering won a $100 million contract from Targa Resources (NYSE: TRGP) to build a refinery back in May of 2016. I've been skeptical up until this point.. and I'm still skeptical but this article just definitely reduced my skepticism a bit:
http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20160509005252/en/KP-Engineering-Wins-Targa-Contract-Grows-Resilient
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1389170/000156459017001810/trgp-ex211_736.htm
This shows Targa Terminals LLC in the list of the parent company, Targa Resources. I'm sure someone already dug this up but if not here ya go.
I posted this last night but figured more people would want to know that KP engineering is a legit partner.
My skepticism stems from the fact that KP Engineering does not finance projects, they design them. As I mentioned they won a $100m contract from a company that can sht $100m without batting an eye. MMEX needs financing.

Is there barely any awareness of this firm? I grabbed 100k shares due to the headline this morning and apparently I account for nearly 25% of the volume thus far lol...guess I jumped the gun on this play.
Is this anything new or is this the same research report I read a week ago? It would be unbelievably awesome if the CEO tossed those shares back into the treasury. Sick.
If you search TXHD on http://otce.finra.org/ESI you'll find that the equity short interest was down considerably as of 03/15/17.. I know that this site is accurate, does anyone happen to know any website that displays accurate daily short interest?
Well the firm currently brews a hemp ale known as Major hemp brown ale... And apparently a beer infused with CBDs is in the making. The hemp beer is legal in all 50 states, first batch has been distributed to bars in Colorado in order to gauge demand.
This bull trend is forming beautifully in the chart. I'm not expecting a pullback tomorrow. She's got a lot of wind in her sails... especially being the only company out there that is satisfying the niche market of weed beer.
I think we're going to see a huge gap back up to the $3 range once the actual efficacy results are released. I'm long on OWCP and TRPX- also Israel biotech that just went public on the nasdaq last week.
This has gotta be the best reply I've ever read on iHub lmfao. Couldn't have said it better myself. I think she's got a bit more pump left in her before the real dump to be honest. Lets see what tomorrow brings. I'm still grossed out that I flipped this thing last Tuesday for a freaking $225 gain instead of making $3k which I would have if I held. I bought the dip today, probably should've sold on the rebound but I'm holding 100k @ 0.0156.. I'm ready to abandon ship if this thing tanks tomorrow.
Lol that's brutal.
What is going on with ERBB? Massive volume increase last two days, is there any news? I grabbed 100k shares @0.002 for the hell of it.
Nice dude thanks for the info. What would you say are the strongest technical indicators for otc penny stocks? Although I'm a level II CFA candidate, I'm just becoming familiar with technical analysis.
Not sure about you guys... but I just bought on the dip. Hopefully it reacts the same way that it did last week when it dipped. Nearly closed the day even.
Yeah I never held much weight to after hour trades for OTC stocks. Just thought it was odd that is was at such a low price.
Did anyone notice the large sell after hours? 800,00 shares @ $0.0228? It doesn't really make sense to me being that this selling price was significantly below the closing bids.. Any thoughts on this from anyone? Regardless, I think this sucker is about to pull an MYDX on the situation and rally all week. I base this off the interesting business model this firm has... especially being that they are the only firm I've identified as of now that are brewing hemp/cbd beer. Seems like an obscure pick that could rally hard.
Regardless of more dilution, this is oversold right now. Majority of the marijuana stocks are diluted as hell. I love over reactions in the market lol. Take advantage while you can.
I mean I think you could play today for a quick rebound and flip it. I picked up 1k shares @4.80. See what happens. GL.
Last time I checked, global and worldwide meant the same thing... No need to use both at the same time bud. Thanks for the enthusiastic posts but they were over the top and very PUMPERish so that is why I said something.
Has anyone noticed that the bid/ask spread on the three stocks recommended in that article on otcmarkets.com, SIPC, UAMM, and WDRP all have extremely shady bid/ask spreads. I noticed that most of the day the bid/ask spread has an average width of about 10% which can be kinda scary to invest in...
This news came out this morning at 8:30AM EST. It is not news, its an article of fluff, any article mentioning a bunch of OTC tickers is fluff. No offense but after seeing you post THREE in a row I had to say something. Please post on the board regarding CURRENT update regarding OWCP, not old articles from before the market even opened this morning.
Not always but I do agree these pot stocks in the subpenny levels can be very profitable given some solid news.
I was so grossed out yesterday.. I bought MYDX at $0.0061 on Monday, sold yesterday morning at 0.007 (for a $225 gain)... it went up in the morning and started coming back down... after I sold it it skyrocketd, I would've made a grand.. insanity
Its the wildwest out here boys.
Word to the wise:
With a bid/ask spread this wide, do not be a sucker and dump your shares to a bid that is 20% lower than the ask... that's just a disgustingly bad losing strategy, quit freaking out and hold tight.
I'm in for 200k shares @ @0.01 so I know the gross out feeling but trust me, that massive bid/ask spread will shrink, just do not give your shares away for free lol.
The 8K was dictionary definition fluffer news. Not to rub it into your faces since I bought into it also. But seriously what a joke. To release an 8K about having "good results" but NOTHING definitive is actually hilarious and makes me question this joke lol.
Nice. Good to know.
I was watching mad money a while back, cramer stated that in order to be profitable in the Permian Basin, we need crude to stay above $40 per barrel- definitely good to keep in mind.
Thanks buddy. Just to elaborate a bit, so everyone here doesn't think I'm being mean, when I say this would be tough to value I say it for these reasons. Even if you wanted to determine the NPV of this project, you would need semi realist estimates of the following:
1. Revenues
2. Expenses
3. Depreciation
4. Free cash flows
5. The firms tax rate
6. The WACC (weighted average cost of capital)
- and to determine this last one we would need a few tough to determine items such as:
1. the cost of debt (what interest rates will lenders be willing to lend to MMEX at?)
2. The cost of equity
3. The cost of preferred stock (if any).
4. The capital structure of the firm, for those of you who don't know the language I'm speaking I am talking about the percentages of debt, equity, and preferred stock the project will be financed with.
Again though, GL all, I'd love to see this thing rocket up to $0.10 or better.
No offense but dividing what you believe to be the implied value by the number of shares outstanding doesn't give a realistic depiction of the true value of the firm. I'm not saying this in a bashing sense either, I just want you to be aware that there are far more variables that come into play in equity valuation than a simple division equation.
It is literally IMPOSSIBLE to come up with any realistic estimates other than ULTRA speculative ones based on the expected cash flows that this refinery will bring in... In order to even attempt forecasting those cash flows you would first have to come up with what you thing would be a realistic range that crude will be priced at during the expected completion date which likely wouldn't be until 2019 as the CEO stated.
I am in no way shape or form trying to be a pessimist here, just a realist. You cannot apply a FCFF model to this, nor can you apply a residual income model, and obviously you cannot apply a DDM model to this. In terms of valuation, at least until more information is released, you are literally throwing darts in the dark.
Best of luck to everyone here, I'm still searching for a sold reentry point.
I agree the ticker is definitely trading in a tight range but if you've watched the past month, you'll notice that EOD on Friday's this typically runs, and the run will usually continue on a Monday. Then we see it come back down a bit and repeat. You're definitely right on the tight trading range until we see a significant press release.
ah I let that drop shake me out. sick to my stomach even though I took a nice gain. -_-
New article out regarding the exhibit:
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/potnetworks-diamond-cbd-exhibit-renowned-130000145.html
Interesting, I like how you put that. An unfathomable amount of growth in this industry indeed.
So you're saying that a few market makers have sell orders set at $0.10?? Sounds like an excellent indication of price movements to come.
I've been trading a lot of these firms, some penny and some in the low dollar region for sometime now. I generally don't hold over night but being that I've used my three day trades this week, my hands are tied lol.
Do you happen to know anything about OPMZ and if they are legitimate or not? Thanks.
A few large orders triggered around 11am. I saw 3 simultaneous buy orders, one for 100k and two orders for 275k shares each all @ $0.035... What's the deal here? Is there some info that hasn't been made public yet?
