I own 58,000 shares of BTSC. I saw on another site ( Who owns Bitcoin Services Inc? Top stakeholders of Bitcoin Services according to 13F filings - stockzoa ) that the top investors owned 20K and 15K shares. Does that make me the majority share holder ? hahahaha . Damn crooks. Wish they would do something

I agree Dennis, been there before. Just because the stock was delisted doesn't mean the assets disappeared. They held a number of Bitcoins, you still have shares in a non traded stock.

BTSC isnt Joels first pubco endeavor, he also CEO'd MJMJ, made enough to buy a shanty trying to turn it in to a weed n breakfast place. Once he got that foreclosure he ran MJMJ into the ground. MJMJ is delisted like BTSC is.

Just look up that clown, a disbarred attorney (shady) running pink sheet companies in to the ground at shareholders expense,

Finally showing a little information in my Ameritrade account. BTSC is a non valid symbol but in my account its listed as a number. I don't have any idea what that number means.

Mick,,,, We still own the stock, company has Bitcoins in their inventory. Company is worth something, just temporary delisted. I believe it will come back from the dead.

Just curious. Are you holding BTSC and did you see a jump in the value of it on Friday. For months I have been showing zero value but for some reason it jumped way up on Friday. Unfortunately I can't trade the stock.

But why is it showing zero volume? And under what symbol are they trading it? I called my broker on Friday and he didn't understand what was going on either but he believe that gains I showed of Friday would come back out on Monday.

Mick,,,, When do you think Management will get the filings up to date and trading can resume??? I believe someone posted in the past about a week before SEC's new ruling that shut a bunch of companies down, de-listing them.

BTSC should resume trading soon. If not, we will miss this huge run up that is currently happening.

BTSC I guess would be trading above 75 cents if it was still listed.

Unfortunately, everything I've seen indicates it's pretty rare for a company to come back from something like this. It seems that new management did take over the company recently and had been issuing current financials. Maybe they'll file paperwork to get the shares re-registered with FNRA, but I wouldn't count on it. Who knows at this point.
