It's been over a year!
BTSC isnt Joels first pubco endeavor, he also CEO'd MJMJ, made enough to buy a shanty trying to turn it in to a weed n breakfast place. Once he got that foreclosure he ran MJMJ into the ground. MJMJ is delisted like BTSC is.
Just look up that clown, a disbarred attorney (shady) running pink sheet companies in to the ground at shareholders expense,
Scotttrader, how do you know about Joel? Where did you get the information?
Finally showing a little information in my Ameritrade account. BTSC is a non valid symbol but in my account its listed as a number. I don't have any idea what that number means.
With Joel at the helm, BTSC will resurrect just like MJMJ did
Mick,,,, We still own the stock, company has Bitcoins in their inventory. Company is worth something, just temporary delisted. I believe it will come back from the dead.
No, I think it's toast.
Any news on this Stock???
Just curious. Are you holding BTSC and did you see a jump in the value of it on Friday. For months I have been showing zero value but for some reason it jumped way up on Friday. Unfortunately I can't trade the stock.
i hope to see more action 'Bitcoin Services Inc. (fka BTSC) ()'
But why is it showing zero volume? And under what symbol are they trading it? I called my broker on Friday and he didn't understand what was going on either but he believe that gains I showed of Friday would come back out on Monday.
SOME ONE IS TRADING 'Bitcoin Services Inc. (fka BTSC) ()'
GOT FKA HARD TO GET GO'INS AGAIN $BTSC

Shares don’t disappear after a stock delisting, but this does change how and where shareholders can sell or buy them. Additionally, the share price may or may not be affected by a stock delisting.
Dennis, I take that as a good sign. Also, so far Investors Hub only allowed me to search back to message #12166. Will look again later
Today it opens for me but last night it wouldn't.
Come on SEC,,,, let us trade again. I will try and go thru and find the post indicating how many Bitcoin BTSC owned, and that alone should allow them enough money to satisfy the SEC and relist again.
What am I missing..... opened link to other windows to open website.
Dennis, I too would love to see this trade again!!!!!
Love to see this start trading again.
OTC Markets does not accept BTSC.
Mick,,,, When do you think Management will get the filings up to date and trading can resume??? I believe someone posted in the past about a week before SEC's new ruling that shut a bunch of companies down, de-listing them.
BTSC should resume trading soon. If not, we will miss this huge run up that is currently happening.
BTSC I guess would be trading above 75 cents if it was still listed.
Holding my breath, and still holding my shares.
I would assume they will get it straighten out, too much money with Bitcoin not to do so.
I DON'T SO TIL SHORES UP WIT PINKS & SEC FILINGS Bitcoin Services Inc. (fka BTSC) ()'
Is this ever going to trade again?
Any chance of this coming back?
I remember they submitted their financials just before they got shutdown.
LOOKS LIKE AH FLAKEY ONE.
No results on OTC Markets for BTSC
Unfortunately, everything I've seen indicates it's pretty rare for a company to come back from something like this. It seems that new management did take over the company recently and had been issuing current financials. Maybe they'll file paperwork to get the shares re-registered with FNRA, but I wouldn't count on it. Who knows at this point.
So no chance of coming back now?
Thank you for your information.
I will now submit a request to ADMIN. to change the symbol to (fka BTSC)
BTSC shares appear to be somehow linked to Franklin Scientific Inc which had all classes of its shares revoked on 4/14/2021. If I search the SEC Admin Proceedings website for Franklin Scientific, I see the admin proceedings back on 1/9/2020! But then FNRA didn't delete the BTSC ticker until 7/29/21?
To figure out how these two companies are somehow related, I was going through the old Franklin Scientific SEC filings and saw something about how they used to be called Cell Bio-Systems, Inc and later changed their name to Franklin Scientific. I also see reference to Cell Bio-Systems, Inc in the BTSC quarterly financials as a prior name.
From a Seeking Alpha article back in 2017: https://seekingalpha.com/article/4124446-tulip-blossomed-bitcoin-will-wither-and-fade
The company was initially founded in 1997 and incorporated in Nevada as JJL Miami Enterprises, Inc. Over the years, it went through various iterations of business names and models, including BMX Holdings, Direct Music Group, Cell Bio-Systems, and Tulip Biomed. Under circumstances unrelated to the current iteration of the business, the company's business was abandoned without dissolution or liquidation, and so shareholders submitted an application in accordance with Nevada Title 7 to take custody of the firm under court order. This application was approved in December 2015, and the company was reinstated in good standing in January 2016. In February 2016, the company changed names to Bitcoin Services Inc. and took the appropriate legal steps to dissolve incorporation in Nevada and establish the firm in Florida.
Told me a ton but good luck
Bitcoin mining is the means by which new Bitcoin is brought into circulation, the total of which is to be capped at 21 million BTC.
Bitcoin Blockchain is the technology backbone of the network and provides a tamper-proof data structure, providing a shared public ledger.
Bitcoin is a type of digital currency in which encryption techniques are used to regulate the generation of units of currency and verify the transfer of funds, operating independently of a central bank.
The system is peer-to-peer, and transactions take place between users directly, without an intermediary. These transactions are verified by network nodes and recorded in a public distributed ledger called a blockchain. Since the system works without a central repository or single administrator, bitcoin is called the first decentralized digital currency.
Bitcoin mining serves to both add transactions to the block chain and to release new Bitcoin. The mining process involves compiling recent transactions into blocks and trying to solve a computationally difficult puzzle. The first participant who solves the puzzle gets to place the next block on the block chain and claim the rewards.
Mining rewards are paid to the miner who discovers a solution to the puzzle first, and the probability that a participant will be the one to discover the solution is equal…
The main operational costs for miners are the hardware and the electricity cost, both for running the miners but also for providing adequate…
How hard is it to mine Bitcoins? Well, that depends on how much effort is being put into mining across the network. Following the protocol laid…
