If you think OTC Markets is referring to individual investors when it lists 500 shareholders, then you have a lot to learn. Most people are holding shares in "street name", meaning their brokers are holding their shares in the broker's name. No one is holding actual physical certificates of their shares. lol. 500 shareholders includes brokerages, each of which counts as one shareholder, so the number of actual shareholders is likely much, much higher.

Anyway, no one is responsible for other people's trades, so let people do whatever they desire. Nothing down at these levels is relevant. The only thing that matters is whether or not Delfin rolls into the shell. Most of us here are betting that they do. In the meantime, Cheniere's share price since Biden took office is probably a pretty good indicator of how the street perceives the new administration’s position on LNG. I'll just leave this here.

TGLO has always been Nasdaq or bust for me. Even though I own a lot of shares (2.4 million), my cost basis is a small fraction of my portfolio, so the calculated risk of going all the way is just too compelling, especially now with Biden's choice for climate advisor being former Cheniere board member (which I didn't know until you posted it) and Biden's energy secretary nominee being pro LNG. If Delfin merges in and TGLO goes to Nasdaq, this will be my first 8 figure trade. How can I not gamble for a chance at that? lol. Best of luck to you and all longs.

Why sell in the home stretch without a really good reason? Seems silly to me, and I guess it seems silly to whoever has been loading up this week.

Lots of FUD on the board this week at the same time that someone is loading millions of shares. Just an observation....

Another way of looking at it is that every single share has been absorbed .04 and above (aside from a few .039ish). You could say someone sure wants a lot of shares before the merger. You say the cup is half empty. I say it's half full. Will likely see the yield sign go down tomorrow or Friday. Someone sure is soaking up shares in the meantime.

Those are not liabilities. Those are cumulative losses from operations. Those amounts are not owed to anyone. Those losses are from the old company. It just states what their position was at those dates. Again, they are not amounts that are owed anyone, therefore not considered liabilities.
