Another way of looking at it is that every single share has been absorbed .04 and above (aside from a few .039ish). You could say someone sure wants a lot of shares before the merger. You say the cup is half empty. I say it's half full. Will likely see the yield sign go down tomorrow or Friday. Someone sure is soaking up shares in the meantime.
