After seeing an impressive commercial, I Googled Ocuvite and copied this from the home page...
*This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
I don't see why BIEL cannot sell their product in the US as long as they include a disclosure like the one above. Ocuvite is a pill, possibly much more dangerous than an externally applied device with known approved technology. Can someone explain why the FDA has such power??
Am I the only one watching this??
Casaprop...or someone.
I don't want to do any time consuming research, but I would like to know what is done with the oxygen after the electrolysis? Is if discharged into the atmosphere, or fed back into the F/A mixture?
My Etrade account was put on 90 day restriction because I bought on unsettled funds. How do you guys avoid that problem without tying up money for more than 3 days?
It's nice to know that the letter did not effect the volume or the pps on Jan 31-Feb1. So either Andy did not tell the employees or they didn't have any more shares to sell.
Problem solved....I hit the EH "sell" button rather than the AH button. Fortunately, it the sell was rejected for a penny stock, so in a state of karmatic delusion, I'm going to buy more.
No one has answered the question!!! Why the 5.7% commission on the sale? Who's getting that money??
What's the deal? I have an etrade account and placed an after hours sell and there is a 5.7% commission deducted. I don't recall ever having to pay anything other than the standard transaction charge. What's up?
I had a nice 10 min discussion with the editor on Sat.
D. Scot Malay, DPM, MSCE, FACFAS, Editor

about the report with which he had first hand knowledge and was himself impressed with the results. He said that there were over 60,000 subscribers to the publication, who haven't seen it yet except for the email announcement of the pending article. The email went out on Sat. I hope there are some traders out there with foot fetishes, IYKWIM.
Geez...I just posted the URL to this....
Pulsed Radiofrequency Electromagnetic Field Therapy: A Potential Novel Treatment of Plantar Fasciitis
Doesn't anybody give a damn?
Here ya go, boys...

Hard copy next month.
They should take that email that I just received and send it to every one on the AARP list (or whatever) and generate some cash flow. You don't NEED FDA approval to do marketing like this and it is cheap. Right now they are preaching to the choir of already knowledgeable folks, you and me, and should beging their own campaign online. It's soooo obvious. Someone tell Andy.
I see tons of stuff on pharmacy shelves that have no FDA mention. Heating pads, wrist wraps, etc. Even with FDA approval I see no future without a marketing effort. There is no reason why an effort can not be made to enlist the pharma sellers, except they would want to private label it. I don't think BIEL has anyone knocking on doors, and FDA approval will not spell automatic sales to discriminating whloesale buyers. I don't see a clear future either way. It has me worried bigtime...
If it's already approved technology for that frequency and that indication, why is specific approval needed from the FDA. Does the FDA have to approve all aspirin manufacturers?
Kevin...after following your link I ran into this..
Regenesis Biomedical PROVANT Wound Therapy System, Model 4201 - The Provant Wound Therapy System is a solid-state, fixed-power output radio frequency generator and transmitter designed to operate at the FCC authorized medical device frequency of 27.12 MHz. Provant transmits a fixed dose of non-ionizing, non-thermal RF energy via an applicator pad that is placed adjacent to the patient's dressed wound. The Provant Wound Therapy System is indicated for adjunctive use in the palliative treatment of postoperative pain and edema in superficial soft tissue.
This is obviously a competitor that I was not aware of. How about you guys? Here is there website.. http://www.regenesisbio.com
Can someone please give us the patent number around which this technology revolves? I'm really surprised at the number of optimists that seem to create their own self-benefiting spin without any (Google-able) facts. There is no documentation I have found that indicates that injection of hydrogen gas in any quantity improves the octane rating or power from an ICE. If so, it still would be un-economical. From what I see, the power improvement is due to the injection of water itself, which DOES add power at the expense of engine degradation and very visible, albeit non-polluting, exhaust. Not a good trade-off. Show me the science....not the pump.
And where is the list of "Dealers" on the HLNT website? All I see is hype, no patent references, list of un-verifiable PRs, etc.
You just verified my statement...They have NO website. The top Google result is the PR by HLNT. Just find me one customer of Wildcat that says nice things.
I just Googled Alert Agri Dist in Canada and found no company history, no website, and the name is available on Manta! Other than injecting water into the intake manifold just what does the Wildcat system do. What does the "Patent" cover?
A question we should ask ourselves is "I I was new to Biel and had just as much to invest as I already have, would I purchase it now?"
If your answer is "Yes" (Like me), then I'm not worried even though I'm at 80% lost, cause I now that a few double-ups and I'm in good shape. It could happen real fast.
...hangin' in.
For those of you that are customers, I have replaced the battery in my actipatch. If you would like a replacement battery for your device, let me know what model the battery is and I might be able to assist. No charge.
But why when I search on "pain relief" BIEL is nowhere to be found?
Where are you getting these Amazon stats. I see only one seller of Actipatch, so BIEL is only getting a fraction of that. Why don't they have a store for all the products? Don't they have a sales as well as a marketing person? I don't believe the Amazon figures.
After seeing this weeks' disclosures re: congressional immunity to insider trading, something that I was not aware of and find incredible that this info has never been released, I am sure that the bureaucrats at the FDA have probably been influenced by members of congress that don't have their (Stock) ducks lined up yet. Either that, or the drug lobby folks are doing their thing. I am 68, and never have I felt so disgusted with our government. If the fed rules ignore ethics violations, I would think that some of the states would have regs that could be used to govern the actions of their elected representatives. They should be treated just like Martha.... Go BIEL.
Hey guys. The next contact with Andy might pass on this idea to him. I was looking for something in my shirt pocket when I got one of those killer cramps on the left side of the back of my neck, the kind that freeze your head in a tilted position with real pain. Well I had been using an actipatch on my back and I instinctively slapped it on the neck. Unbelievable...the muscles immediately relaxed and the pain disappeared within 10 seconds. I have those things before and it usually takes about 5-10 minutes of inactivity before they go away. I left this message on Andy's mavhine but never got a reply.
Anyway, it occurred that an actipatch installed in a mitten/glove would be a great thing for trainers to have on hand...like for when a football player pulls up with a cramp or even a pending hamstring.
A little TV sideline coverage would go a long way.
Kid...that's exactly what I'm saying. Every kitchen has a non-FDA approved microwave oven that cooks our food. The Xray machine has been around longer than the FDA and it's safety was in control of the manufacturers, the legal system, professional standards, and the FREE market. If something is unsafe it will not reach the market. The onus should be on the FDA to prove that a product is UNSAFE, then let the public and private industry, including the medical community of doctors who are long-waiting for new solutions, to decide on it's success or failure...not some bunch of over worked bureaucrats thinking they are protecting us from the evil capitalists. The FDA has become a huge marketing tool for their own services...booklets, tapes, seminars. I know because I average 5-10 emails per day since I signed up on their info distribution list so I might get a jump on any release re: BIEL. I am being spammed by multiple FDA groups all selling something. I can see why BIEL has problems. It's called "FOOD AND DRUG" not "Bandaids and Crutches".
It's called a rundown...sort of like this stock.
What bothers me most about this whole thing is that again we (the citizen) are being forced to subjugate ourselves to the greatness of the government, in this case, the FDA. Somebody tell me what food or drug has anything to do with anything that BIEL makes. It has a patent...that should be enough. If it works and the word spreads, people will buy it. I see junk being marketed every day that has no FDA approval. Start a marketing campaign right now to the diabetics, or the mensturators?, or athletes...whatever. A small campaign on some local TV will be a good test for acceptance. If it doesn't work, then FDA approval won't mean beans.
Antonio Gates is on the field again. I gave him one of the new gel pads for Plantar facieitis? Hope he is using it.
Does anyone know if rheumatoid arthritis is effected by Actipatch?
Paranoia strikes deep, into your heart it will creep...
Ghost...actually, I use the same battery in a product I make, and they ARE replaceable. Plus. the batteries only cost 27 cents. Think about your economics for the chronically pained. happiness generates more enthusiasm AND endorsements/references... more business than BIEL could handle. If you don't want your used patches, send them to me and I'll take them to the local VA hospital...with a new battery, of course.
It is my opinion as an investor and user, that the value of the product and attractiveness would be enhanced by advertising that it has a replaceable battery. Many might shy from their 1st purchase of 20 or 30 bucks if they new it might be a monthly expense.
You know what guys, I have been watching and buying for over 3 years, especially on the way down. My ACPS is about.023 but I can look at the history of purchases from .08 all the way down just waiting for the turn around. I have not done DD, but I also play holdem tournaments, and this looks like a probable better ROI. I called BIEL today as a customer (peripheral neuropathy) which is slowly making an invalid of my wife, 68. There are no cures, and only painkillers and anti-depressents to relieve the negatives.
However, even from someone low on the totem pole I sensed a feeling of optimism, and I could even place an order for some foot-patches to try out on wifey. Who knows, but if you've ever paid $3000 for a single IVGG in-home treatment, $40-$50 doesn't sound like much. In looking over the website I read some good reports, and I asked why the company just doesn't forget about the FDA and start a marketing campaign. There are enough people hurting out there that they don't need the FDA. It is neither a food or drug, and a kind word from a pro athlete (Tiger Woods comes to mind) would send this product line thru the roof. I think it's going to happen soon, even without the FDA, so hang in there like me. I think they are on the right track, and the sales/production/marketing is being built from the ground up. It is going to show positive returns and improved CPS soon.
What will happen if they decide to do a 1/10, 1/100, .....1/1000 reverse split to improve the visibility of the stock? I'm afraid we could really be in trouble.
Its been a long time. has anything occurred re: your EVOS purchase?

The MM is being investigated by the SEC. I guess he thinks he's just doing his job.
For your info, the MM paid 10 cents/share.
Garrett, you're either a shill for the company or a real gambler, or worse.
All the stock is being offered by a MM, not the company. Be forewarned.
Oops, there it is, my mistake.
I put up a post critical about this stock and it was removed.
Why and who?
