After seeing an impressive commercial, I Googled Ocuvite and copied this from the home page...

I don't see why BIEL cannot sell their product in the US as long as they include a disclosure like the one above. Ocuvite is a pill, possibly much more dangerous than an externally applied device with known approved technology. Can someone explain why the FDA has such power??
