After seeing this weeks' disclosures re: congressional immunity to insider trading, something that I was not aware of and find incredible that this info has never been released, I am sure that the bureaucrats at the FDA have probably been influenced by members of congress that don't have their (Stock) ducks lined up yet. Either that, or the drug lobby folks are doing their thing. I am 68, and never have I felt so disgusted with our government. If the fed rules ignore ethics violations, I would think that some of the states would have regs that could be used to govern the actions of their elected representatives. They should be treated just like Martha.... Go BIEL.
