What bothers me most about this whole thing is that again we (the citizen) are being forced to subjugate ourselves to the greatness of the government, in this case, the FDA. Somebody tell me what food or drug has anything to do with anything that BIEL makes. It has a patent...that should be enough. If it works and the word spreads, people will buy it. I see junk being marketed every day that has no FDA approval. Start a marketing campaign right now to the diabetics, or the mensturators?, or athletes...whatever. A small campaign on some local TV will be a good test for acceptance. If it doesn't work, then FDA approval won't mean beans.
