Thats good. I just wonder if there is any possibility of recouping anything from that "trade". I actually lost quite a bit on that. I'm lucky that I sold before it tanked to .10, but I still lost several thousand and I'm not too happy about it. Do you have a link to info on the investigation? I'd like to provide them with some details of the trade.

You guys were right. Too bad I bought BEFORE I found out about the MM. Didn't pick up that info in my DD. Lost about half of what I put into it, sold a while back. I know I can't blame anyone but myself for the trade, however this situation was very dirty if you ask me. You think you're investing in the company, when all you are really doing is getting screwed by a Market Maker. Lesson learned, I guess.

When are you getting in? This is definitely the floor, I recommend you get in soon. It'll go higher. I'm not selling until 2.00, and I've got all the time in the world. I only have 18,000 shares of this, I don't bet "the farm" on pinks. Even if it does take 1.5 years, which it won't, I'm not worried. I've had plenty of other short pops lately that I've profited on, so no big deal if I have to hold this for awhile. $2 target, by the end of the year.

It is 1.5-2. Yes, he is going to make a lot of money, mainly because of the price that he got the shares from the company. The company can not sell it's shares for 1.5-2 years. The MM is establishing a market for when that time comes.

Let me ask you this, what do you fundamentaly like about this company?

I'll say it again, this is going to be the trading range.

OK, now its 2 years, not 1.5? And who is the MM going to sell his shares to? If its like you say and there is going to be no buyers why does he own all the shares, just to sit on them for 2 years? I don't think so. He's going to make alot of money when the buying picks up, and so am I.

As soon as there is buying pressure, the spread is going to thin out. This thing has been kept down this week with this outrageous spread, no big deal, it won't last forever. It's certainly not going to last for a year and a half. Right now, you can't buy at the bid or even close and thats the only thing keeping it down. I've got all the time in the world to wait, but I guarantee it won't be 1.5 years.
