About your email to John Hayden,there is no way he would transfer any info on anything that could be traced back to him. l had one of those long talks with the man and he came away in my mind as a two/bit used car salesman.
l have no idea if these boys will come out of this right side up,but l regularly get info. requests from lawyers that are sueing crocked companys and their owners. Second thing is all the shares that were removed from the treasury had to go somewhere, why would they not have gone to the owners of the companys that we bought? All those dumped shares that have been holding the pps down are most likley the previous owners getting retirement funds. As far as the cash flow problem,have you ever bought a used car,house apartment building,airplane,ect, that did not need a cash infusion. Our problem is these folks are not curitous enough to leave us know whats going on.

She calls the boards gossip columes and suggests we go to PBLS (OFFICAL) web site to get truthful info. he he Told her that some of us feel that the company has taken advantage of the market,with us giving them 10.00 to invest and they are offering to repay us 1.00 without a explanation of where our money went.l stressed the need for a truthful and factual P.R. and she promised to relay the message. blah blah blah.For what it is worth she recived 8 other calls while l was talking to her, so it may have been why no one got thru.

yea, i have that same question. how does the daily volume and increase in OS equate? is the increase in OS accounted for at all in the daily volume of shares traded as shown in the historical of level II?

Just put a 1/2 hour with John Hayden, the man is a master of bull sh=it. Would not confirm or deny anything, said the bounced checks were reissued last week, when l said l was still waiting for one, he told me the mail service in Louisana is the slowest in the nation and can take up to two weeks to be delivered.(l lied to him about being eligible for a check)The pit is locked down,he said it never was a asset to the company.He went over and over about being country bumpkins being taken by city slickers, and M.R. was being indicted in four states.
He absolutely would not budge on any time lines as far as a P.R. kept stating that the company is under court orders to maintain a strict silence. When l told him that the wronged party can say whatever they know is truthful and factual he then informed me that it was on advice of counsel.
l asked about the new offices and was told they were completed but vacant, when l inquired if they have over twenty businesses to run he stated the bookkeeping chores were up to date and were working fine in the main office, but the head bookkeeper was out for a week and 1/2 on stress leave.
For whats its worth the only way that l belive l got them to call back was to yell at the switchboard girl and demand to talk to someone in authority,when he called back he accused me of scaring the girl(ha ha).
Well l feel l did my part to ruin his day why don't some of you guys keep calling, maybe we can drive them to a P.R.

l tend to agree with you,this is and has been a producing company that just grew faster than their cash flow. The one way many companys in cash flow trouble operate is off their workers comp. and employees witholding taxes.
It is justified if you can cover before the payments come due,and even after,the govt. may take a month or two to catch up,when they do they will freeze all accounts and you have to send your bookkeeping dept.to the IRS and then to the workmans comp.carrier,write checks for back sums owed before they will unfreeze the accounts.When this sort of thing happens,your old bank usually will not want your account back due to a lot of extra work and other banks will not to help either.
l have seen this happen to a lot of contractors in Calif.even doing govt.work the draws can take up to six months to post,it happened to me once and l almost had to shut down for awhile,glad l had friends and credit.

l am going to put my 2 cents in here,as a guess Paul and company are a bunch of rebels that really did not understand the U.S. tax system and had only one bank account, which was swallowed up by either the tax board for back taxes or maybe a insurance lawsuit. Take it from me these things happen to good folks also. Think about it folks who would be dumb enough to issue hundreds os checks without money in the bank. Now to PBLS stuff, the Pro Gas plant was still under repair parts of last year as a lot of their supplyers were under water or still waiting for repair crews, also we had one of the warmest winters on record, l can see their profit being only 50% of before the storms Most likley that is why we ended up with the business,all they do is turn a few valves and redirect gas flows, l cannot see a lot of bottom line there.

Hey SUE, That was the most inteligent post that l have read here in a while.For what it is worth, that is why l have been adding as this slug has been going down also. l have been burnt before, but with all the assets they are holding it seems like we should come out on top.
For what its worth l called the P.R. guy last week and he told me the oil division has been very active and a P.R. would be forthcoming, of course you only have my word on this.
Has anyone ever tryed calling the builders that we are supposed to own? Most of the time it seems the old management should be in place and most builders started out as craftmen and are not afraid to answer tough questions, such as have you been paid in paper, options,or promises.
