I have been on hold for the last 15 minutes, the operator comes on every 2-3 minutes and says she is trying to get me thru but all three of their lines are tied up.Here is hopeing that they are talking to some of us. She has informed me she has to leave at 5:00 and l told her l would wait.
Well they outfoxed me, she came back on and said someone will call back either tonight or in the morn. She did take my # though.
