I owned PHOT for a while and sold them two days before the stock got froze. I got really lucky and ended up making a lot of money off of it. I am confident I am going to have similar returns with LTRE (only $.97 and price target of $5!) and I know it is legit because I've taken the courses myself through a mandate from my job. I think the best advice I can give someone is only invest in what you know. If you don't use the product yourself or know someone who does, don't buy it!!! It is a shame so many people found out the hard way with PHOT.
ABI Training posted!! When the ABI Training was announced the price went over $2.50!!! That would be over a 250% increase from current price.
PENNY GREEN AND DEAN—MANTRA VENTURE
Green is listed on the 2007 SEC filings for alternative energy company Mantra Venture Group Ltd. Mantra and Novori share at least one investor in common, and Faiyaz Dean owned 10,000 pre-IPO shares.
In 2003, Mantra’s president Larry Kristof was physically present in a minivan when Bellingham, Wash., police seized $29,000 from it. The money was suspected to be the proceeds of drug trafficking. (The civil forfeiture proceeds can be found here and Vancouver Sun article about it is here.) Note that the Vancouver Sun says this is the same guy, even though they spell his name differently.
Additionally, Kristof was previously the president for Lexington Energy Services Inc., whose filing was also done by Green. Green was also an option holder in this company. It too has shareholders in common with Novori, including Scott Lower (who was accused of the Novori stock hype).
Dean and Kristof were also pre-IPO shareholders in Park Place Energy Corp. This company started out as a website “which sold video clips of tennis lessons” and then turned into natural resources exploration company. One of its former directors, Oxana Avdasseva aka Advasseva aka Avdaseva was a pre-IPO shareholder in Mantra, Novori and Lexington. Oxana Avdasseva is believed to be related to Elena Avdasseva who was also a Park Place owner and as Vancouver Sun reported, worked for Scott Lower. (Her recently terminated dealer registration is here.)
Kristof also shows up in a subscription agreement attached to the initial registration for Green Bikes, the Dean-registered company that had to abandon its initial business proposal because it didn’t realize that potholes and bikes don’t mix.

I tried to warn people and had this board jump all over me. As a veteran, it is personal watching someone throw the title of "veteran" around as a marketing ploy to defraud the public because of the trust that the public gives veterans. As many know, veterans are treated differently in certain situations. The majority concerns are positive, but there needs to be harsh punishments when benefits are taken advantage. Wait until the comparison of pain killers statistics are released and Zogenix has zero overdoses compared to absurd numbers for Opana, OxyContin, and roxi's.
RECENT INSIDER SALES WERE FOR TAX PURPOSES PEOPLE!!!!! Additionally, Zogenix supposedly has best abuse deterrent (strong opinion) than any other company from what I have read. That is basaed on the Altus formulation, not the 1st on in progress. I am 95% certain they will formally release the information on the 18th at the healthcare conference they are scheduled to present. Additionally, Zogenix (NASDAQ:ZGNX) Director Cam L. Garner bought 30,000 shares of the stock in a transaction dated Friday, June 13th. The shares were purchased at an average cost of $1.66 per share, with a total value of $49,800.00. Following the completion of the purchase, the director now directly owns 326,750 shares in the company, valued at approximately $542,405. The transaction was disclosed in a document filed with the SEC, which is available at this link.
1. The company is 89.85% institutionally owned - an increase from 87% in March.
2. Zohydro has 3-yr drug exclusivity for any single Hydrocodone ER drug, AD or not.
3. There are two AD formulas in progress. One will be released soon Q4 14' or Q1 '15 and does NOT have to go through clinical trials, and the other version (by Altus) does not have to go through FDA Phase 2 OR 3 trials if they can prove bioequivalence, which is +\-20%. The AD formulations will extend their patents.
5. Zogenix announced publicly on its last conference call other drug companies were behind the slander and anti-zohydro campaign.
6. The company received buy-out offers, but rejected them, hence why the negative campaign started in the first place. The CEO stated this in the last conference call. Because this was stated publicly I am curious if there is any type of investigation.
7. Zohydro is less potent than most ER opioids on the market, and most of them don't have AD properties.
8. The short interest has decreased over the last two reporting periods.
9. Purdue's NDA will backfire. It will either be denied by the FDA outright, or if accepted, Zogenix will sue for patent infringement and win.
10. Zogenix has more than enough money to last them through the end of the year.
11. The company is debt-free.
12. Their needless injection system has the potential to replace the needle.
13. Zogenix has more than just Zohydro in their pipeline. Relday is scheduled for 2016 and will be ENORMOUS. Relday is better than Johnson & Johnson’s Risperdal that has over $1 billion annual sales
14. The recent insider sells were for tax purposes. The company published an 8-k to clarify any misunderstandings. The insiders still hold a large amount of shares and have options to buy hundreds of thousands more at a fixed low price. The options expire years from now. Hence, there is no rush for them to buy shares right now.
The info is from someone else's post on Yahoo and I revised it a tad.
Can other people read from this link? It is Chinese and there was just publicity about them hacking into our companies. There is like 4 sentences about Zogenix, Altus, and Alkermes. I know Zogenix was researching two different types of ADT formulations, one with Altus and one with Alkermes. I heard the Altus was superior. That is consistent with what is said in link below. Thoughts from others?

Per the System for Award Management (SAM) website (www.sam.gov), Dewmar International's FAR & DFARS Report Certification (Companay's official name used in report is Dewmar International BMC, Inc. using DUNS: 833136943)you will find that the certifier ,Marco Moran, certifies the company's status substantially different than what the company has published.
A search on GSA's site (www.gsaadvantage.gov) shows that the company also has lied about being awarded GSA contrats. Per GSA site, the company has zero (0) GSA contracts. The company is also omitted from GSA E-Library because of its failure to be awarded any GSA contracts.
These lies alone make me avoid investing in this company. Additionally, the company has changed the name quite a few times as seen below.
formerly: CONVENIENTCAST INC. (filings through 2012-05-21)
formerly: LONE MOUNTAIN MINES, INC. (filings through 2009-08-17)
formerly: PC 9-1-1, INC. (filings through 2008-08-14)
formerly: WANNIGAN VENTURES INC (filings through 2008-04-15)
Why all the name changing? A company typically wants to build a brand. This leads me to assume the company wants to hide something.
Here are some of the press releases that conflict with the SAM reports and the information found on the GSA website.

The time and money invested in Zohydro ER alone is easily worth a billion. They have 80% gross margin on the current product. I expect them to maintain similar margins on the formulation. It is my understanding that Zogenix has gained approval through the FDA to fast-track the approval process and that when a revised timetable is announced, it will calm any worries by investors on the product not being available in the marketplace.
I am curious why you continue to reply to my post every week.
INSYS Therapeutic treated differently, Check out this link:
http://brontecapital.blogspot.com/2014/05/insys-therapeutics-drug-dealers-and.html
A blogger made a great point referring to zogenix (ZGNX).
"1. If the arrested doc prescribed $7M of Subsys through Medicare alone, who knows what's the total amount he prescribed, including private insurance.
2. Idoubt the company failed to notice the fact that one doctor was such a large prescriber, 6 times higher than the second highest prescriber for Medicare. Seems odd they let it slide, especially given the public/political pressure on ZGNX for Zohydro (another non-abuse deterrent schedule II opiate with not even 1% of the Subsys scripts).
3. The arrested doctor prescribed Subsys off-label. Given the scrutiny and fines Cephalon was exposed to for off-label use/marketing of Actiq, the company should have been much more cautious, at the very least, that such a large prescriber wasn't prescribing the drug off-label. Instead, no activity from the company.
4. The comp of the INSY sales force is a clear conflict of interest. Free samples are unforgivable. This is an addictive opiate, not a boner pill.
5. If one doctor was doing this with Subsys, how many others did it too. I would not be surprised to see them stop before inviting the FBI at their doorstep.
6. Why did the arrested doctor over prescribe Subsys? There are other fentanyl products out there. What was the Insys sales rep doing to incentivize this doctor's use for Subsys? And how many other doctors were targeted in a similar way?
At the minimum, INSY deserves even more of the kind of public/political pressure we saw with ZGNX. ZGNX does not hand out free samples, Zohydro sales are nearly not in the same ballpark, and their sales force is not incentivized by sales made. Based on what happened to the ZGNX stock, INSY needs to go much much lower from these levels. No cash and a major overhang over the company's marketing practices, and future revenues at a major threat don't equate to the current valuation."
NOT MERGER OR TAKEOVER! Federal Regulation states that if it is over $50 million, they must report. These types of acquisitions require significant documentation and approvals through different channels so it is impossible to release the appropriate information immediately.
What I have not seen anyone post is Zogenix's new patent. I will give you a clue, they received it May 6th.
Another clue: It has to do with a locking mechanism, which allows safer administration
Last clue: It uses their needleless injection technology.

Any truth to buyout by Bayer? I highly doubt company would be bought out at this point. I also doubt they would sell Zohydro considering they are finally almost free and clear. Or maybe that is why. I just don't see it, but then again I didn't see the Pens blow their 3-1 series with the Rangers. Let's assume buyout is correct for mid $7. I think that is shady deal, especially after reading the Insys article about it quadrupling and that was on annual revenue of $98 million. Zohydro will be significantly more. Thoughts?

I am not sure what you mean by veterans administration in past tense. Zogenix has GSA contract that was awarded by VHA 's NAC V797P-5147B. This is for Pharmaceuticals & Drugs.
DEWM paid for this them-self. Look at the bottom of it. Legit companies don't write their own articles. They sound ridiculous writing about their own company and the demographics in that posting
It just shows they know nothing about what they are talking about. They don't realize the type of drugs already being prescribed. OxyContin has 80 mg and Opana comes stronger WITHOUT the tamper resistant formulation.
Plus, Purdue has NOT had theirs even approved yet. Zogenix most likely will have their drug approved at same time.
Do you have any idea the amount of lawsuits Zogenix is about to win? How many doctors should lose their ability to practice medicine because they can't even use a simple drug comparison chart?
This company is fine. Zohydro is pennies compared to Relday. Relday is finishing Phase 1 clinical trials and will be set to launch in 2016.
FDA made Zohydro go through thorough 18 month review process that has been repetitively and publicly been reaffirmed. Zogenix has license to the IP around Zohydro, AND the abuse deterrent formulation in development. IP alone is worth tens of millions
This was already addressed in the message from the CEO of Zogenix to stakeholders:
Per Zogenix site,
"We further would like to note that without justification, inaccurate allegations have been made that Zogenix paid a university to arrange meetings with the FDA to secure approval of Zohydro ER. The university in question has declared for the record that, in the meetings it arranged with FDA officials, no representation from Zogenix was present, nor was the company or its products ever discussed. In fact, Zogenix did not even exist as a company at the time of these meetings."
The stock has reached a bottom. The medical field is now releasing the true information about the drug and worried citizens have contacted their politicians about the situation. I expect lawsuits to start being issues. Opana not being banned but able to be purchased is going to help Zogenix a ton. There was something last night about legalities being challenged of a state government being allowed to interfere with medical advice from a professional. A Governor banning a drug sounds like unauthorized practice of medicine to me.
The below letters were sent as discussions tailored off of this article that can be found on Seeking Alpha. http://seekingalpha.com/article/2107543-why-they-have-it-wrong-about-zogenix-and-you-would-be-right-to-buy#comment-31986633
This was copy/pasted with only the PII removed.
Even with my warning and sending Dr. Oz the correct information, the broadcast still chose to air this false, deceptive, and manipulative information to its viewers that resulted in Massachutts banning the drug. I advise that Dr. Oz go to great lengths to fix this error that has caused great injury to all of Zogenix's stakeholders. Please provide an update on Dr. Oz's plans to do so.
Thank you,

Good morning,
Thank you for the opportunity to write you to express my views on a topic that
is scheduled to be on your show today with Dr. Gupta. It was brought to my attention that Dr. Gupta
is going to be on your show to discuss opiod addiction and the epidemic that
has hit America. There is an opioid
epidemic and I love that your show is going to confront it with him on your
show today. Dr. Gupta is world-known and
I thought very highly of him until a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, his image has been tarnished
due to improper information he has begun to share with the public and he is
preparing to include your show. Zohydro,
that has been released this month. Dr.
Gupta is one of the various doctors and other media outlets that have spread
manipulating and plain false information; such as people were going to die the
day it was released and even called it as strong as heroin! Any doctor who gave
this information needs to either go to jail or lose all their certifications
because they are either being paid to provide false medical advice or fail to
have the intelligence to do so because all they needed to do was use a drug
comparison chart, called an equianalgesic chart. Instead of trying to ban it, the
Government should be suggesting its usage rather than its alternatives. Opana
and Oxycontin are much worse, even with the tamper-proof formulation. Plus, no
proper studies have been done to see all of the harm the formulation has on the
pain patients. Addicts will find a way to use, one way or another. What can be
prevented or minimized is the physical dependency. Hydrocodone has less
physical dependencies than the alternatives, especially Opana
PURPOSELY DELETED DUE TO PII
It is breaking my heart seeing all of these
lies that I see on TV and on the internet.
I just hate the lying and how people have sold their soul and it hurts
people who need it, especially since I don’t trust the tamper-resistant
formulation but Purdue will not address my concerns.
Zohydro ER (sometimes referred to as just Zohydro) is hydrocodone extended
release with no Acetaminophen/Tylenol, which studies have shown to severely
damage the liver. Hydrocodone is the most prescribed pain medication in the
world. There is, rightfully, concern for its potential to be abused and the
addictive nature of the drug, but I believe that the information presented
below will show why it was approved and should continue to be available through
a doctor's prescription. Additionally, I will include information on the owner
of the drug, Zogenix, and why I believe it is a strong buy at current prices.
Given the current situation, it is imperative to properly compare hydrocodone
(Zohydro ER) with oxycodone. Zohydro is less strong, making it easy for
physicians to manage dosage, and it carries lower risk of abuse. The argument
is pretty straightforward:
•
Zohydro is superior to oxycodone with respect to strength and abuse risk.
•
Oxycodone is already on the market (i.e., not banned/illegal).
•
Zohydro should be on the market too because it is easier to dose and safer
The articles
are extremely misleading because they leave out two critical elements: whether
or not Zohydro should be allowed on the market, and that it will kill its first
day on the market (it has been released since March 3, 2014, with zero deaths).
to read one of the articles. Unfortunately, this misleading information has
resulted in Ohio introducing a bill that would make it illegal to possess
or prescribe the drug. These articles have left out two critical elements.
There is no reference to users' physical dependency or how the strength of the
drug compares to other drugs out in the market. These are the most important
factors. Zohydro should be the last of the extended-release pain killers to be
illegal, as per the below information.
The proper way to compare drug strengths is through an equianalgesic
chart. I found it shocking to read so many articles, many of which
were commented on by doctors, that failed to use proper drug comparisons.
Oxycodone is almost twice as strong as hydrocodone, which means Zohydro is a
much weaker substitute for oxycodone (which is already on the market). The
anti-Zohydro groups need to pay attention and understand the significance of
this truth.
The fear that most have is based on addiction. What I haven't seen in any
articles posted about Zohydro is anything on its user dependency. Per Wikipedia, hydrocodone can be habit-forming, causing physical
and psychological dependence. Its abuse liability is similar to morphine and
less than oxycodone.
As per U.S. Pharmacist:
Oxycodone: Oxycodone is more potent and
causes fewer severe adverse effects (e.g., histamine release, pruritus, nausea)
than morphine. Oxycodone is metabolized by CYP2D6 to an active metabolite,
oxymorphone, which is now available in an oral formulation. However, unlike
codeine and hydrocodone, oxycodone is itself a potent analgesic. It is unknown
whether oxymorphone significantly contributes to the analgesic activity of
oxycodone. Patients with CYP2D6 deficiencies who do not respond well to codeine
or hydrocodone may achieve more pain relief by using oxycodone (the greater strength
of oxycodone increases abuse risk).
Oxycodone is available in combination with non-opioids or alone in immediate-
and sustained-release products. For the elderly, or for patients with renal
impairment, oxycodone requires less dosage adjustment and may be a safer
alternative to morphine.
Oxymorphone: Oxymorphone is approximately twice as potent as oxycodone. It
is more lipophilic than morphine, allowing for a faster onset of action. It is
available as an injection and as oral formulations: immediate-release (Opana)
and sustained-release (Opana ER). Because it has a longer half-life than
morphine, hydromorphone, and oxycodone, the immediate-release product may be
dosed at longer intervals (up to every six hours).
According to USA Today, Opana overtook oxycontin as the
painkiller most abused in the U.S. I would assume that the activists who are
protesting Zohydro would protest these two drugs before complaining about
Zohydro.
There have also been articles that only mention the largest Zohydro pill, 50
milligrams, and use its strength for all the comparisons. In my opinion, that
is blatant manipulation. There is no discussion on the lower dosages and how
they compare. Articles also compare it to heroin, yet these "experts"
fail to mention any credible research on that statement. It is difficult to
compare considering heroin comes in all types of different purity levels and is
cut with different drugs that change its strength.
As per the Opioid Analgesics site, using the U.S. Medication guide from
National Institutes of Health (NIH), Zohydro only had adverse reactions in =2%
of patients in placebo-controlled trials compared to in =5% or worse of the
other extended release medication besides Opana.
Zohydro is the extended version of our country's most prescribed pain
medication, hydrocodone (Vicodin). The person takes only 1 pill, which is
released to reduce pain over an extended amount of time (12 hours). The current
product requires the person to take a Vicodin every four hours, and the pill
currently includes acetaminophen. This is serious business because of how much
acetaminophen hurts a person's liver. The FDA has been developing regulations
to nearly banish Acetaminophen because of these devastating effects.
Now that you have the real information, please look into all of the parties who
knowingly spread false information. The two individuals I was surprised to see
discuss this issue the way that they did was Dr. Gupta and Senator Joe Manchin
(WV). I would like for Senator Manchin to clear his name after people on the
internet accuse him of using his status towards his own motives. According to
people on the internet, he has a connection to Mylan pharmaceuticals (which his
daughter is CEO) and trying to ban Zogenix's Zohydro ER (direct competitor of
daughters company). Supposedly, Mylan is the second highest contributor to
Senator Manchin's campaign (over $220,000,000.00). It is important to know that
Mylan produces more than one opiate painkiller, Hydrocodone (which is what
Zohydro is) and extended release Morphine pills stronger than Zohydro without
abuse deterrent technology, yet he is against Zohydro? That doesn't makes
sense....
America needs transparency and truth. I hope that you can give American's both.
Thank you,

If anyone would like to look at what I am talking about, please see Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) Part 8 for GSA and Part 19 has socioeconomic programs, which is he area that has veteran programs. The SBA runs it. OSDBU is who they should have been contacting, not Louisiana's VAm oh wait, Louisiana VA??? They don't have Louisiana VA's, they have local facilities in cities and the VISNa, the SAO's, then VACO.
Can a moderator please contact me? I would like to respectfully request this board be taken down because of the numerous false statements made by the company and can discuss when you contact. It will take a long time to type.
As a veteran, this company makes me furious. Do your DD and you will find how much bs this is. For example, to be a veteran owned, service-disabled owned business the owner must have 51 percent. So no matter what, he has those many shares or he loses eligibility for federal contracts. Check the GSA contracts. He has 0. He wears the veteran name and he has tarnished it. A call will be made to my VA friends in AM.

My main reason is that they are a great play for April 1 when Canada's new legislation is implemented. Most ones I like in Canada are private or can't be used on Scottrade.
That is stupid, not trying to be rude. SKTO is one of worst picks in industry. TRTC just had huge run or I'd say them. VAPE will be good the week but it is too correlated with PHOT. I was going to wait another week before sharing my pick but I like helping people. ENRT
This is so big for legalization and more importantly, our vets! http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/03/17/ptsd-medical-marijuana-study_n_4980702.html?&ncid=tweetlnkushpmg00000016
I know how awful Xanax and other alternatives are and how much better marijuana smokers handle life than people prescribed painkillers and anti-anxiety medicine. Over half my platoon got Purple Hearts in Iraq, including myself on good ol MSR Michigan in Eastern Ramadi 2005. This is a BIG deal people. We are talking about people's daily lives being functional and ability to enjoy the simple things again. This moment isn't about the money, this about being human again for so many. Sorry for my rant and I'm not high lol
This made my night
I am really jealous of those who bought before March 9th. What a pop in this. It is due for s correction. Hoping to buy dip
No, .0078-.0081 it will open. Do you not pay attention to bid or what trades sold, resistance points? The ask changes quit frequently. Your post made no sense given your reasoning.
