The time and money invested in Zohydro ER alone is easily worth a billion. They have 80% gross margin on the current product. I expect them to maintain similar margins on the formulation. It is my understanding that Zogenix has gained approval through the FDA to fast-track the approval process and that when a revised timetable is announced, it will calm any worries by investors on the product not being available in the marketplace.
