Any truth to buyout by Bayer? I highly doubt company would be bought out at this point. I also doubt they would sell Zohydro considering they are finally almost free and clear. Or maybe that is why. I just don't see it, but then again I didn't see the Pens blow their 3-1 series with the Rangers. Let's assume buyout is correct for mid $7. I think that is shady deal, especially after reading the Insys article about it quadrupling and that was on annual revenue of $98 million. Zohydro will be significantly more. Thoughts?
