AMNF getting kinda tired of all the seeking alpha pump pieces on this stock lately. How many times do they have to restate the same stuff?
TRHF Chinese ponzi scheme. Always a greater fool in China.
Lol UBIQ still pedaling their worthless vaporware product "Sprocket", we've seen this before and it doesn't end well. Thinking it's time for Chris and Connie to wrap up this scam soon.
Nice news but will believe it when I see it.
Going dark does not simply mean a tier change on OTC Markets. Sure pink sheet stocks may come back into compliance but filing Form 15 is a de facto life sentence to the pinks.
Has he? This is not the same as neglecting to file quarterlies you know. Not sure if you realize what it means to file a form 15. It's a one way ticket to the pink sheets.
OVIT going dark, looks like this thing is all but done now. I'd say last one out hit the lights but they're already out. Sorry to anyone who held a large position here. Better luck next time an all that jazz. :(
Good things happening here no doubt wish I had some dry powder to add here especially with the ask dropped to .35. Hoping one of my other stocks moves soon!
Interesting thanks, in related news Shkreli may face new charges for securities fraud. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/u-prosecutors-consider-more-charges-against-ex-ceo-152417320--sector.html
Maybe so but that doesn't really answer the question mr. penny player.
MRNA any reason for this move?
If precious metals start to surge due to negative interest rates, hyperinflation, central bank intervention or general economic uncertainty it might suddenly become very easy for them raise the necessary cash and fund the recovery of the Connaught. Just a thought.
I think they should be able to get that extension unless one of their competitors negotiates a better deal. It's all free money for the unnamed island nation anyway. I could be wrong about the financing. Best I can tell is that they've raised $25,000 so far out of the $2.5M they'd like. Tough times to raise capital no doubt.
"In November 2013, Endurance LLC entered into a contract with the sovereign government of an island nation in the Indian Ocean. The contract provides us with a three-year period in which to operate within the territorial waters of the nation with full permission to survey for and recover the “Black Marlin” and her silver cargo."

Thanks! Fingers crossed that the conditions will be favorable. At least they have the necessary financing in place and aren't subject to the three year window that expires in November as per the Black Marlin. Hoping for the best.
EXPL hey guys this summer still a go for the Connaught recovery?
Ahh thanks just trying to get a little insight into the legal precedent for the next time I see a 300% dividend yield on a scammy ticker.
Thanks for the update on CRGP Janice, so all the dividends have now been "clawed back"? That is will all these shareholders who received the dividends now be liable to pay them back even if the money is long gone?
WFMC why do people trust this company? Never delivered on anything other than pumping and dumping.
OVIT nice vote of confidence! Surprised this isn't moving up a lot more on the news. Guess the 800 pound gorilla in the room is still the financing...
TKAT Chitrash- wei tu hai.
Hey thanks for your insights MB! I admit I haven't been following this story all that much so it's nice to hear your opinions. Just trying to find a little objectivity in all of this.
Here's a good followup summary from a Seeking Alpha contributor named "Value Investor Today"
"In the Cook Declaration, the company had $22,558,901,863 of assets and $17,938,469,411 of liabilities as of Dec. 31st, 2015. The problem with this, however, is that at least $2 billion of that is made up of intangibles & goodwill which have no economic value whatsoever. An additional $2.4 billion of that amount does not exist anymore (cash position), making the best scenario for the asset value $18.6 billion, which is an amount that BARELY covers the increasing liabilities. The liabilities can be adjusted upward with the new $300 million cash infusion that will be quickly spent, as well. So you're looking at a best case scenario of $350 million in equity. With 436 million shares outstanding (as of April 20, 2016), and growing due to warrant conversions, equals an $0.80 BV. I believe it's much lower than that due to pending litigations. Just the litigation costs for a couple dozen current lawsuit claims will eat up the equity. Currently, the company is trading on the OTC for nearly $100 million while the equity is worth virtually nothing, especially when 100% of the assets are now collateralized."
You might very well be right, BK cases are lotto tickets. But there ones that come through it fine think American Airlines, Kodak, Sirius Satellite Radio, etc. What makes you so sure this one can't? Not arguing just curious.
C'mon guys seriously?
SUNEQ okay so let's have the conversation about whether or not shareholders come out on top here. Last I checked assets exceeded liabilities: $20.7B in assets vs. $19.2B in liabilities as per fiscal 2015 10-K. Granted data is 6 months behind. I think the chance of a shareholders committee is good here due to heavy institutional ownership of commons. Not saying shareholders won't get wiped out, but there could be a chance for shareholders to recover something at least. My calculations put the best case scenario at $4.75/share and worst case is that all commons are cancelled. Thoughts?
Nothing to worry about. Just her monthly autosell that didn't go through on April 1st because the stock was under $9.00. In other words she won't sell below $9.00.
SUNE light volume today ;)
MJRT or not
AVRN what's happening here another whatsapp promo?
They wanted to be able to sell more shares at elevated prices while retail was locked out from selling.
Hi there Umphreys and welcome to iHub! CARA is not a "pot stock" persay but they have been lumped into that category because they happen to have a synthetic cannabinoid drug in preclinical trials (CR701) that acts on the cannibinoid receptors in the brain. This is different than their leading compound (CR845) which acts on kappa opioid receptors.
The company's commitment has always been to safer analgesics and they're looking at cannabinoids as another avenue to achieve this. Think of CR701 as more of a fallback to the CR845 program in case it doesn't come to fruition.
Here's an interview with their CEO that describes their programs in greater detail: http://www.thestreet.com/video/12525830/cara-ceo-we-are-not-just-a-medical-marajuana-stock.html
Hope that helps. Again I wouldn't get too wrapped up about this being a pot stock or not, although it is cool that they have exposure to this area of research it is likely not what will make the company successful.
ECEZ is being aggressively pumped via twitter spam. Don't buy this garbage.
Ahh I see that now thanks Witty! So it seems Camofi is de-leveraging a bit. Makes sense given the litigation and settlement with them, I guess they're just salvaging what they can from their OVIT investment- that they may see as failed. Good to know it's not dilution and that the shares were absorbed nicely by us retail guys. ;)
Some nice action in OVIT this morning.
PNPL touchée
Yeah nice to see that the creativity still abounds in WFMC land when it comes to selling shares. The more outlandish the better, these guys simply don't care. The sad thing is this will probably get aggressively bid up in the coming days. Theodore must be laughing all the way to the bank.
"6. The internet postings are very negative about the Ponzi King Steven Hoffenberg, whereby the one point we must know, is that you must be the real Wall Street high profile money expert to be named Ponzi King."
Haha what in the hell? What is this crap?
Wow you've sure been busy haven't you? :\
