SUNEQ okay so let's have the conversation about whether or not shareholders come out on top here. Last I checked assets exceeded liabilities: $20.7B in assets vs. $19.2B in liabilities as per fiscal 2015 10-K. Granted data is 6 months behind. I think the chance of a shareholders committee is good here due to heavy institutional ownership of commons. Not saying shareholders won't get wiped out, but there could be a chance for shareholders to recover something at least. My calculations put the best case scenario at $4.75/share and worst case is that all commons are cancelled. Thoughts?
