If you take a closer look at that site, it is a paid for advertising site,

where CBD companies that sell there get reviewed and rated-

hardly unbiased and hardly an accurate gauge of "best" in industry-


no "contact us" or ask to rate company link, site is positioned to make

money on sales of partner rated companies that advertise there-

it is crazy what some people will point to as a concern-

medical grade cbd isolate form, durable medical products and intellectual

property- many of those rated companies on that website produce their

full spectrum THC laced product in a vat in grandpas basement "best of

the best!"

From a person that trades with great expertise in the technicals and the CBD space this is great information that this board needs to hear, to further support Sleek's ongoing DD and the why behind this great CBD company!

The mere announcement that they are investing in more SAM and Duramed infrastructure should be a huge indicator to investors (the insurance companies are PAYYYYYYYYYYING!) No other CBD company has durable medical goods to support revenue stream and use their product on a proprietary basis

The news flash is I am sure other big players are looking at this company as an acquisition- how much? 100 mil? 150 mil? Time will tell as they get the SAM unit revenue legs underneath them- HUGE potential

One of the many critical points being raised here- when looking at the

peer group, there are many out there trading at significantly higher

valuations and pps without the multiple revenue streams, the advisory

board or the emerging infrastructure being put in place for the future-

there is cash on hand, the ability to raise funds with stock placement

as well as purchase other companies with stock trades, which is an

indicator of a show of faith in the CANBIOLA story, by others in the

industry- QTR over QTR and YOY revenue growth now becomes the critical

part of the success story here-

CBD/ cannabis space and this company came up- you appear to keep side-

stepping the issue I raised of exorbitant stock awards and its impact

on an organizations ability to grow their pps and cash position/asset strength-

takeovers are being done w in excess of 6 million shares (in one purchase)

further diluting the share price, and loans are being put on the books-

had more bottom line profits been kept, both of those issues could have

been avoided- this board is meant for healthy discussion and view points...

no reason for people to wonder why the pps remains sideways....

read the annual report

Initiatives are great, proof is in execution-

Are you OK with 7 mil in top line revenue being turned into over 20 mil loss, based on enrichment of top executives?

Don't sit and wonder why the stock remains sideways as a penny concern-

when executable, these options can be sold at these prices and make a few people very very wealthy- shareholders should not allow that to happen

This company had really nice YOY top line revenue growth that ended up in bottom line losses after huge stock awards to top management 2018 (-20 mil+!!)

If you are looking to day trade on dips and news that's one thing, but if you are looking for a breakout stock to get into the dollars range, it will not happen here-

The first thing true wall street does is look at that balance sheet- here? No bueno :(

Top management reaping all rewards, regardless of pps IMHO-

Look at Investors Bank lawsuit that made CEO and CFO give back disproportionate share awards, relative to company size and revenue- it does happen!
