Annual Report dated 3/28/2019-

Greetings! New to board and was looking at opportunities in the CBD

Pharma space-

This company had really nice YOY top line revenue growth that ended up in bottom line losses after huge stock awards to top management 2018 (-20 mil+!!)

If you are looking to day trade on dips and news that's one thing, but if you are looking for a breakout stock to get into the dollars range, it will not happen here-

The first thing true wall street does is look at that balance sheet- here? No bueno :(

Top management reaping all rewards, regardless of pps IMHO-

Look at Investors Bank lawsuit that made CEO and CFO give back disproportionate share awards, relative to company size and revenue- it does happen!
