Hope for the FSPM shareholders sake that this doesn't turn out to be as bad as it currently seems.
I'm quite confident that Scott Nason is smart enough to know that it makes NO sense to get involved with an abandoned, revoked, $8M debt-ridden shell. There is absolutely no reason to consider ASYI when there are clean shells out there that can be picked up for cheap.
Definitely nice to see some positive news that the market appreciates. Maybe we're getting close to FSLR stock breaking out of this consolidation range?
Good luck to all.
globaldata77, that was a very sobering post.
It looks like a tough situation all around, especially for those that bought PHOT shares at elevated prices just prior to the suspension. Those sticking it out from here on in are probably looking at this as a lottery ticket. However, the odds are not in favor of the company succeeding as you and others have pointed out, due to the dire financial situation and precarious condition the company now finds itself in. IMO, just defending itself in the impending lawsuit(s) will be a significant challenge. And, folks had better hope that the DOJ doesn't find issues worthy of pursuing as well.
Anyway, in spite of the above, I do wish the longs all the best.
Darn, trum, if this topic of having no products, no patents and no market demand for PYCT products continues, I'm afraid that the fall back distraction subject of the mythical massive naked short story will have to resurface. Did you happen to notice the stellar response from the naked short believers regarding this post I made over 2 weeks ago? I also find it absolutely hilarious to read about a 4 to 1 naked short, yet ZERO supporting evidence is ever offered to this forum. Oh well, just another day in the land of PayChest.
CJ, the only relatively recent activity I'm aware of is Tom Hands telling various callers that PayChest was working on many things during the 2 year Chill and that they had prepared PRs which were ready to be released? But, all they've PRd over this last month was completing their financials, along with a bunch of forward looking statements (I really liked the early May PR about them getting ready to contact the TA about the share retirement, that was truly a classic. LOL). Nope, just more clowning around, and further examples of building up shareholder hopes/expectations just to be slammed down. Obviously Tom has some folks spinning in circles.
I wonder why the PayChest website isn't being updated with their news of the Chill being lifted and their other two recent PRs? Maybe Tom is feverishly working on a stealth project behind the PayChest curtain?
Tom Hands busy printing out the next version shareholder letter to sell their PYCT $0.0001 paper?
Good luck to all.
superstop, why is it that I don't believe you?
TMLonggun, I concur, any significant price appreciation in this stock, or most of the mining companies, will hinge on what the precious metal do. Yes, my reference regarding a potential COMEX default was that they wouldn't deliver obligations in physical metals and instead would pay their obligations using fiat dollars (which defeats the purpose folks were trying to achieve by protecting some of their asset wealth from downstream inflation effects).
Looking at the LODE chart, it looks like the share price slide has finally subsided. The two month chart reflects base building. As long as there are no further dilution deals in the near term this may be the bottom. Need a decent reporting quarter to get things on the mend.
Anyway, have a good one.
oxnous, it doesn't look like the gap at $54 is going to be filled, at least not any time soon. Going to take a catalyst to push the FSLR stock price significantly in either direction. Nice for those that can day trade and time the price swings within the current trading range.
Anyway, good day to you.
The share price held up rather well today imo.
I was expecting it to be range bound around the 70 cent level. Will be interesting to see where the FSPM trading over the rest of the week goes.
Good luck to all.
adanac, would you please review the 2011 numbers to identify where the error is (total does not match the sub-numbers). Maybe time to bite the bullet and get a new calculator? :)

qweisackey, below is a link that depicts the various activities Baltia has accomplished on their road to being awarded an air carrier certification. As indicated, it looks like they are finally nearing the end game.
Link for "UPDATED" Summary Of Final Steps Until "Takeoff" for Baltia Air Lines (BLTA):

I give Baltia credit for what activities have been accomplished over the past couple of years, and understand that necessary financing was required to pay for it (many of the accomplishments took lots of time and money). Is it taking longer than most expected and hoped for to obtain this certification, yes it is. However, finish the aircraft maintenance cycle with interior upgrades, and the remaining few weeks of flight crew simulator training, then the last couple of activities should go relatively quickly imo.
Also, you might want to take a look at their updated website for more information and insight to where they are heading.
Anyway, have a good one.
chevy56, if you're talking gov. statistics then yes, they are ethically challenged. I think most would agree that our elected representatives and many of our public servants have difficulty in this regard. It's seems more of what the public doesn't know won't hurt them syndrome, with transparency being thrown out the window.
the_cork, you're a funny guy. Keep up the humor in these trying times. :)
Good day to you.
Nice PHOT share price recovery the past couple of days since the CEO replacement news. I'm sure those that have stuck it out this far are pleased to see this happen. Where this stock will be a month from now is anyone's guess.
Good day to all.
Evidently, you don't, but it's right there in black and white as part of their Patent Collection numbering system. Has nothing to do with PayChest, with the exception that the company can obtain rights to use John Bank's patents if they can pay the $5M Technology License Agreement with Cardiff Bay Holdings Inc..
the_cork, this is obvious nonsense.
However, I'm not going to put another penny into the mining sector until I see sentiment reversal and some type of real recovery. Too many knife cuts. Maybe later this fall things will change and good mining stocks like HL will climb out of this malaise.
Anyway, have a good one and good luck.
gtweb2021, nice try, but I'm not buying this old story with a new twist, and either is the investment community at large. This is funny as heck.
There is NO huge demand and that is why the old product is still hanging around today, even after many years gone by since it was produced. Roddy is still trying to get rid of his old stock. Just because there is a small store in SA selling some of the old stock doesn't mean squat. Did you see how small the store is, and how little shelf space it has? Yeah, flying off the shelves. LOL
Word is that the next hot sector could be precious metal mining. Astute investors will buy into the sector BEFORE the rush starts.

If history is any indicator, the re-evaluation of gold and silver could be explosive, taking gold and silver miner share prices to multiples seen today. Look at what happened in the late 70's and early 80's to see just what could be in store for them, and the massive returns investors experienced (such as seen with Homestake Mining).
For a start, take a look at some of today's mining stocks such as HL, CDE, VGZ, CALVF, LODE, EGO, MDW, and CROCF to name a few. Lots of good looking companies out there to choose from, and some even pay cash dividends such as HL and CALVF.
Good luck and good day to all.
The time for folks to look at the mining sector for investment potential is at hand. Below is an article that makes a good case for the re-evaluation of gold, and it could happen this year. This is the catalyst that the gold bugs have been waiting for what seems like an eternity.
If the COMEX defaults it will be explosive and all boats should rise. I'd expect LODE to participate and regain its old highs in short order.
http://www.silverdoctors.com/harvey-organ/#more-42946
Good day to all.
Thanks again for the article bobhwang.
I think it makes a good case for a potential re-evaluation of gold. I could see Vista Gold heading back to its highs of yesteryear in short order if even half of what's said comes true.
http://www.silverdoctors.com/harvey-organ/#more-42946
Good day to all.
Things may be looking up for CALVF later this year.
The following article indicates we may be looking at a major re-evaluation in gold, and it could be explosive. http://www.silverdoctors.com/harvey-organ/#more-42946
Good day to all.
http://www.silverdoctors.com/harvey-organ/#more-42946
Interesting article which will bode well for miners such as CDE if even half comes true. Re-evaluation coming this year?
Good day to all.

Good day to all.
bobhwang, thanks for posting the article. Miners such as MDW should do quite well in such an environment.
Have a good one.
I do give Baltia credit for what activities have been accomplished over the past couple of years, and understand that necessary financing was required to paid for it. If others refuse to acknowledge progress towards completing certification that's fine with me. Is it taking longer than most expected and hoped for, yes it is. Finish the aircraft (maintenance cycle and interior upgrades) and remaining few weeks of flight crew simulator training, and the last couple of activities should go relatively quickly imo. I also think they have done a fair job on improving their website.
Take a look at the activities in the link below. Many took lots of time and money to accomplish.

Awesome volume and price appreciation for AGCZ parent company New World Gold Corp.. Congrats to those that hold their shares.
Good day to all.
Tom Hands is really something ...
Based on various posts made here over the last couple of months, Tom evidently told callers that PayChest was getting many things done behind the scenes over the last 2 years with the Chill in effect, and that many PRs were prepared and ready for RELEASE once the Chill was lifted. Well, its been three weeks since the lifting and what has the company issued? Just one forward looking PR about the company being READY to contact the TA about completing the buyback share retirement (yep, getting ready to call them - lol). Guess Tom's definition of ready for release is different from that of the investors.
What a friggin JOKE being played on the shareholders emotions. I guess I really can't blame Tom though, he's doing what he is paid to do being a PayChest IR representative. Tom's job pure and simple is to say whatever he has to and get people to hold on to their PYCT shares or even buy more $0.0001 paper (of which I'm certain the insiders/funders are appreciative). Seems Tom has been quite successful in keeping shares sold when he worked for CES and now for PayChest. I think callers should be getting ready for Tom to give a heads up for the next PR at any time. After all, the company has some 1 billion new shares ready to be issued and then sold since the recent raising of the A/S to 29 Billion.
Anyway, good luck to all.
hellrazor, I agree, I'm a skeptic by nature.
Rob can say "reserves", but that term should only include ore resources that are shown to be economical to recover (e.g., can be processed and sold for less money than it costs to produce). The "reserves" are NOT to include "indicated" or "inferred" resources, but only the "proven" and "probable". If Rob stated that AGCZ has 1 million gold ounces in reserves, then he apparently misspoke and is potentially liable for market manipulation.
AGCZ states on their website that they do have some proven reserves, but have no physical document available to back that up. That is not a good situation to be in, especially if the regulators happen to want to stop in and check out what's going on.
I think the company principles stand to make even more money by finishing the air carrier certification process and obtaining the green light to get the new airline off the ground. By Baltia getting through all the government hoops, and being awarded the certification, they will not only get the prestige and titles of running a functioning new airline, but imo they should see price appreciation for their options and shares. This should be the big payoff in the long run.
Also, people who pursue their life long dream to establish and run a business don't necessarily look at the daily grind or occasional issues that pop up day to day as headaches, but more like challenges to be overcome. Some people actually thrive on that kind of environment. It's all based on a person's make up I guess.
It's a slow and cumbersome process to get through certification, but the company continues to demonstrate progress. In the meantime folks can try and rain on, or even laugh at Baltia's efforts and the shareholders all they want. Once Baltia does succeed, and gets to flying paying passengers, it will make it all that much sweeter.
Good day to all.
Healthy volume the last two days since Mr. Learmonth did the video interview and discussed Caledonia's efforts to find another African mine to acquire. Any news on them purchasing a cash accredative property should give the impetus for share price appreciation (maybe even get a P/E of 3 or 4, which would be a welcome sight).
Anyway, good day to all.
Good post joshua33. Explains the situation quite well for what to expect when FSPM hits the grey sheets.
Have a good one.
I guess I shouldn't be surprised when CROCF releases good news about increasing their resources and the market doesn't respond positively. Getting to be the norm in this cyclical bear market for the miners. Sure would like to see that turn around this summer.

Good luck to all.
Those buying ASYI shares and intending to not lose their money should probably familiarize themselves with the following links to better understand the risk being assumed and the process the government follows for SEC reporting companies.
Since ASYI hasn't disclosed financial information to the public for over the last two years, and now that the company business license was revoked in late March by the NV SOS, an SEC suspension of ASYI trading should be forthcoming.
The SEC Suspension process and Q&As (identifies non-filers as cause for suspensions):
http://www.sec.gov/investor/alerts/tradingsuspensions.pdf
The company listing of SEC Suspensions and summary of what subsequently happened to various stocks:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=98512047
Once you notice no trading in ASYI for 10 days this board will probably be the first to identify it as being suspended.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/SEC-Suspensions-&-Revocations-25334/
You can also verify a suspension occurred at this OTC Market site (will show a skull and crossbones for ASYI and indicate the company now trades on the Grey Sheets):
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ASYI/quote
For all those holding hot potatoes of this abandoned, debt-ridden, revoked shell called ASYI, good luck in not getting burned.
Good day to all.
I too couldn't resist and picked up some more HL shares. This price range is very desirable. Now let's see what this Friday has in store for us when they typically try to push the POG down.
MrGoldenRooster, I appreciate the feedback. Thanks.
maverick_one, that is something that I'd be interested in doing. Are there any properties near you that you've seen for sale? I wouldn't know where to start to find a place and improve my odds at producing something and not going bust. I see could myself having a sluice box on a small stream/river and going for it. Don't know about doing any underground mining though, don't think that would be to my liking.
Anyway, a nice thought. Have a good one.
Is anyone here planning on attending the annual meeting next month? I'm seriously thinking about it and it would be a good opportunity to meet the company management and see what is going on first hand. If anyone has gone to an annual meeting previously and done the tour/sightseeing did they find it of benefit? Just curious.

Good day to all.
adanac, thanks for continuing to expend time and effort to produce your daily trading reports. Every once in awhile I review the contents and check the numbers. I know you want to keep it as accurate as possible and many folks, including myself, rely on it being accurate. That said, I found an item that you might want to double check and update as required concerning the MTD total.
The MTD total looks to be currently under-reported by 1 million when compared to the listed numbers being summed individually (so either the total is incorrect or one of the days during this month is incorrect by that amount). The other noted item is about the summary line for yesterday, but it's a nit as it won't carry further because the correct number is being listed properly in the MTD summary, however, the date should be changed to the 19th, versus the 13th.
