Nice chart Phil, thanks much. Glad to see Caledonia is moving forward as scheduled with their shaft expansion efforts. The dividend increase is a great start and speaks of more things to come. I expect next year to be quite awesome with the gold production ramp up and higher gold prices. Have a good one.
What a joke, this company is just a diluting nightmare, ready to serve as a piggy bank for insiders and management. Every once they produce they lose money. Great5 business model indeed LOL.
Good luck to those remaining in this POS stock.
Yes, time for the next cash dividend. BTW, Caledonia pays one of the highest dividends in the industry. Very nice to have this benefit while the gold and mining sector complete this consolidation phase. I think next year will be solid for the metals and miners once more people and governments realize that king dollar has no clothes.
Good day to all.
the_cork, I, like many, thought that $3 was a good price for HL shares just a short while ago. Now, at these prices it should be a screaming buy. Just how much more carnage is due in the mining sector is anyone's guess. Definitely would like to see some stabilization and hope the 3rd tap on lows for gold will bring it.
Anyway, good day to you.
stocktrader, yes, tough times currently for gold and the miners. LODE needs to tighten its belt further and slow the dilution until this all turns around and this consolidation phase finally ends. The chart on this stock is terrible. Oh well, there will be better days, just don't know when lol
Have a good one.
Hard to believe that CDE is trading at these levels. Can't help but think this is like a coiling spring that once the gold price consolidation finally ends we'll see explosive share price appreciation. Certainly good levels for accumulation.
Good day to all.
Prophetable, CJTF will likely return to the pre-pump and dump level, so I'd say around $0.003. So, it still has some ways to go down the ski slope. Of course, if the financing deal falls through in early September, then who knows where the bottom will be.
Montanore, I'm with you. The official SEC bi-weekly FTD report is the reference when looking for shorts, including CJTF.
This is a just a run of the mill pump and dump stock. Look at the early June pump and the stickies. What a joke!
The company puts out fluff, forward looking statements in their PRs looking for marks to buy this worthless junk. Their financials prove the company is worthless, with no revenues, and what, they had a couple hundred bucks in the bank at the end of last year. LOL NO wonder they've agreed to give up half of any future production, not that they're likely going to produce anything for years to come.
This is absolutely a nothing company, with insiders obviously bent on selling shares to fill their pockets.
Nice little end of the day paint job to close green. Good luck to anyone buying into this POS.
Looking forward to reading the upcoming NWGC financial report. Hopefully it will clear up and answer some of the questions folks have. I'd also like to hear more on the increasing of ore processing happening in August. Lastly, we need to see the POG take hold and start some upward momentum to help all the mining companies, including NWGC and its subsidiary AGCZ.
Anyway, things are looking pretty good so far.
Good day to all.
Yes, nice move today in the BLTA share price. I fully expect to see a PR prior to the airshow. Would be great to hear the company intends to fly their aircraft to the event, even if it was only a fly-by.
Good day to all.
jlwcat1, please reread what I posted. I provided the board with what the codes mean, period.
PayChest, due to their continued INABILITY to perform in almost everything required of them, was late on their financial report. Most REAL companies file for an extension BEFORE a delinquency happens, but being PayChest, they didn't even bother to do this simple measure (pure negligence). As such, I'm NOT going to do more due diligence on this topic for anyone, and go scour the Pink Sheets stocks looking for another company that performs as badly as PayChest.
Thanks for the reply Janice (Rene also was kind enough to send me a PM with the info).
Have a good day.
Here is the response I received from IHUB regarding what their added codes represent. And some wonder why they could only find PayChest with the code of PL? Something to do with inability of dotting i's and crossing t's. LOL
Some stocks have codes inserted between the company name and their ticker symbol in the detailed quote block (i.e., (PC), (PL), (GM), CE), etc.). Examples are found in the links below. What do these codes represent?

Thanks much.
Just take a guess at the likely source for this latest absurd rumor of an impending $0.0050 PYCT share price, and by next week no less. lol
Looks like the FSLR share price wants to go higher. Maybe it will break out of this multi-month trading range and finally start its move towards $100.
Good day to all.
I'm continually impressed with the high trading volumes in PCFG. One would think that is there was buying interest the share price would be rising, but that just isn't the case. Looking at the chart, and following the reverse split events, all one sees is a never ending falling share price indicative of massive dilution from the company. It would be one thing if the proceeds were used to pay the IRS and actually get the infrastructure sufficient to running mining operations, but that appears to not be happening. The $64K question is, just where is all the money going? Inquiring minds want to know.
Good day to all.
P.S. l2_hunter, we both did well on that other stock, but I'm afraid this one is solely geared to burn investors. Good luck to you.
CALVF cash dividend payout this week.
The quarterly paid cash dividend is certainly a positive while investors wait for the POG to ascend to new heights and move CALVF and other mining company share prices higher. I also expect to hear something about a JV or acquisition at any time as the company has expressed they want to put their $24 million sitting in the bank to better use. Put this all together and it could be an explosive situation by year's end for this stock. Time will tell.
Good day to all.
mikec007, I agree, a breakout is imminent. The NWGC chart shows a descending wedge pattern and it's close to hitting a decision point. The share price basing of this last month has only served to build up strength and large support at this one cent level. Just need a positive news item catalyst, or an additional large buyer to step in, and the upward momentum spark will occur. I believe NWGC did say that they'd be bringing on line additional ore processing capability in August. That, or the upcoming financial report, may support a move beyond this share price level.
Anyway, have a good one.
Looking forward to seeing the maintenance cycle completed on the plane. The full power engine runup was a good accomplishment.
The upcoming August air show certainly is a positive as it will bring in greater awareness of Baltia to more of the traveling and investing public.
IMO things are looking better all the time.
Good day to all.
poopscooper, some folks may believe that small public listed companies such as PayChest don't have to be diligent and report complete and accurate financial information. The streets are littered with company execs who for one reason or another didn't furnish complete or truthful information in their filings, and their companies, and the shareholders, eventually paid the ultimate price. Just refer to the SEC website to see how many were busted for publishing and submitting fraudulent information, and subsequently died by having their ticker revoked.
The disclosure statement that CEO Pete signed in the last annual financial report is found on Page 16. It's pretty straight forward in its content and meaning. Does anyone REALLY believe that Pete would commit fraud by not including revenue in their reports if PayChest was actually selling product in SA for the last couple of years? I sure don't think he'd risk his livelihood on such a move. But, that's just me.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=PYCT&id=120132
Anyway, have a good one.
So, PayChest is actually spending time and making efforts to move around the "coming soon" sticker. That's sure some value added activity. LOL
Great find, poopscooper, I thought that list of activities looked familiar, when PayChest was first touting producing some limited product samples a few years ago. lol
I'd be amazed if anyone ACTUALLY thought PayChest performed all that work recently, while the best they could do is just write a PR of forward looking statements concerning making some phones calls to check on some things. What a sad joke! PayChest certainly does have a history of dismal performance and demonstrated lack of business acumen. The ones having credibility issues is PayChest management and Tom Hands.
Anyway, please keep up the posting to counter the obvious desperate attempts to mislead potential investors (e.g., mythical massive shorts, PayChest selling products in SA, renewed Flushaway tech license agreements, patents, etc.).
Have a good one.
I wouldn't be too surprised to find out that Tom Hands (PayChest IR) is clowning around on this message board.
Winners, sorry, but I don't believe PayChest is willing to commit fraud by not reporting revenues in their published financials. I'm sure the IRS and SEC both would be interested in hearing of falsified reporting by a publicly owned and traded company. I guess the part where CEO Pete signs off on the financial report that they are complete and accurate doesn't really mean anything? I suppose the same goes with the attorney opinion letter, right?. The guys at Enron would be proud.
Another excuse to sell on the good news it looks like to me. Boeing is solid. Not many companies can boast of having years of backlogged orders.
Good day to all.
Just like I posted a couple of days ago, NVGT, or a news service contact, evidently tells one the four musketeers that there is an impending PR, and then this board gets spammed big time just BEFORE the release.
Notice who is now absent from the posting campaign, and how the board just went dead within two days. This operation has happened twice already, with the first occurring in late June.
These board spam campaigns, whether intended to do so or not, make this company just look like a typical pump and dump. Someone is dumping shares into the news, whether it is compensated board spammers, or the company insiders. To bad too, because it does look like they may have a decent vaporizer product.
Anyway, good day to all.
Andes is now processing gold, enough for paying their bills and even making a profit. So, no need for further appreciable dilution. In fact, Talbot is now purported to be considering a share buy back or initiating a stock dividend. Look at their PRs and see where they are heading now, even increasing their processing capability again next month. Folks can keep barking all they want, but the company and its stock should do very well, especially as the POG increases into the fall.
Lastly, please stop spamming that other stock on this board. As far as I'm aware Talbot is not a principle in it, and the only weak connection is that the companies share an office suite (which is becoming popular nowadays, where several companies lease individual offices and then share the suite's common reception area and conferencing rooms).
buckyeffindent, I appreciate this input and FWIW I do believe folks are putting money where their mouth is, which means a great deal. I just question why basic information isn't being shared to help foster greater interest in NWGC stock, especially when efforts are to be put forth to help get the share price to $0.25. Just seems like actions aren't in line with the objective being stated.
Anyway, have a good one.
sassanb, I'm surprised that the no-bid arrived so soon since the last reverse split happened.
Based on the speed of the falling PCFG share price, the company couldn't have made very much money with their massive dilution efforts. If the company could have diluted slower and let the share price remain around a half penny, they could have brought in bundles of cash for those hundreds of millions of shares. But, no, they had to go full throttle and destroy any chance for anyone to make decent money, including themselves.
I've only seen a couple of stocks where management appears intent to obliterate their companies in so little time with multiple back to back R/Ss to squeeze out every potential investment dollar that the market can bare. Truly a sad situation for PCFG shareholders who have endured this fiasco.
Anyway, I wish better luck to those that have stuck it out thus far.
Good day to all.
linktheory, this brings into question whether the purported conversations with the NWGC CEO are factual or just made up to entertain the masses. Based on the non-response I'm getting from just a basic, straight-forward question about updating the obsolete website data, I'm more inclined to believe the latter. Heaven forbid if I ask a harder question about who is Roy Meadows and what does the company still owe him and under what terms. If Talbot wants this stock to move appreciably higher, he probably should consider calling in the A-Team because the current one just isn't cutting it.
Sorry all, I'm now starting to doubt what is really going on here.
If my simple question, about whether the obvious obsolete information on the NWGC website is going to be revised/statused, goes unanswered by anyone who purports to regularly talk to the CEO, and also vows to do all they can to get the share price to $0.25, then I need to step back and question all this.
This is beginning to look like a basic run of the mill pump effort when I see things like hey, I just talked to the CEO (but gives not one iota of information) and only says "more later". I mean, why even bother making such a post?
I was thinking I'd be a buy and hold long on this stock. But, now because of these highly suspect actions, I think it'll be best to become a flipper and shoot for making a 10% every other day or so. To bad too, as I thought there was more behind those who keep professing they're in the know and the skies are the limit for NWGC.
Anyway, good day to all.
silky, did Rob say he was going to spend an hour and update the website with the latest status regarding milling and production levels? TIA
silky, if this is the case then please have Talbot update the website and revise/status the references of things that were to happen in 2012. Without doing so looks kind of shoddy and as if they don't really care about keeping investors abreast of the latest happenings.
With 413 current followers of the NWGC board, there will be a time when this share price takes off to much higher levels than most currently expect. I don't know about any $0.25 price target, but I could see many multiples of today's price. Just accumulating while the going is good.
Good day to all.
silkyballer, if the NWGC stock is to do as well as is being portrayed on this site based on fundamentals, then it really shouldn't matter what some flippers are doing at this time. Those that are selling in the 10's or 11's will eventually be out of position and put in the situation of missing the boat when the stock turns and gaps on good news. Then they will be chasing and taking the share price even higher. Just like those that are opening short positions.
What will be interesting is when the float is all but consumed by the buyers here. Increased volatility will ensue along with rapid price appreciation. As long as the company continues to do what it is doing and expanding their production levels and folks on net keep accumulating shares, things should work themselves out with the result of many happy shareholders.
Anyway, good day to you.
123tom, good call. Today, the shareholders are being rewarded. Always nice to see. :)
oxnous, if FSLR get back to $58 and holds that support level I'll have to pick up some more shares for a trade. This stock seems to be pretty consistent in this cycle (at least for a greater part of this last year).
I must admit, I would have thought the share price would be higher by now with all the good contract announcements and the stock indexes being so elevated. I would have thought they'd be at a price closer to $100 at this time. But, if predicting prices was that easy everyone would be millionaires. lol
Anyway, good day to you.
