This is all speculation but travel and an update this week, could this be a deal being made in Colorado or a stamp of approval for machines to be placed?
either of those could the jump we're waiting for
the price of gold has been going back up recently after the fed decision. lets see if LSTG starts doing something now.
Thank you.
I was in the mall last weekend, I think it was the 8th. Next time I go I will look at the terminal and see if I can get an idea for how it works.
I have been watching this penny for a while now, waiting for the right time to jump in. I live in the Boca Raton area and can have seen the machine at the Town Center mall. I'm not at the mall very often but so far I have not seen any one use the machine but it is there and looks operational.
Exploration costs were zero in the second quarter and a fraction of what they were year to date compared to 2012, which means they aren't even digging. I can't remember how long ago it was but Tomas found an interview with the head of the Parral plant who said they were up to speed at 300tpd, which means there is no more back log and no excuse for the tailings not to be processed.
Also, there is no Construction in Progress or new assets on the balance sheet which makes me question the existence of the processing plant they were supposed to be building back in March.
Any one else see the story on Google business news? Said gold buying is at the highest level in 5 years. Hopefully that means LSTG has some incentive to get their material proceesed and sold.
When are the second quarter financials expected to be released? Does anyone have any idea what we can expect to see from the report?
My question is, is Dan Ferris that good of a salesman or do these investors really see some potential in the company? Since January there is the Deer Valley deal, this new deal with KVM and the $50k loan that is payable by the end of the year. I'd like to think these companies are not just handing over financing without some assurance of repayment or return on investment. I'm willing to give another month or so until the second quarter financials before I decide if I'm still in or out.
I also like to think that if it was a scam, then the new shares would be sold over the market rather than in financing deals.
The way I interpret it, I think it is a good thing. Deer Valley is equity financing, this appears to be a loan which I would like believe means that there is confidence on Dan's side that there will be cash coming in to pay it back by the end of the year.
is there any reason or merit to why TD Ameritrade has the ask at $.15?
In the annual report, it says that the government plant will be processing 200 tpd, but that they are also in negotiations with a second plant in the area. Does anyone know about this second plant and why wouldn't the negotiation been a bigger priority during the shutdown of the government plant?
It's been almost 2 months since the last release, how would we go about finding out if there has been progress on the construction of the processing facility?
is it also a good sign that the volume has been much high than normal the past few days? Perhaps there is an increased interest in this company by investors?
It says that it costs $400-500 for a PR release, but couldn't news like oh lets say the grand opening of a flagship store be worth quite a bit more than $400-500 when released to the public rather than making the public search for it?
Part of doing proper DD is to share your information with others. If I ask which wineries have been called, it's not asking too much to actually get a name rather than "call them yourself". I don't have the time to do all of it myself and would like to rely on some of the people here but very few are willing to share information with the group.
Has anyone contacted investor relations recently to find out what is going on with the first payment and the company projects?
Has anyone contacted Investor Relations recently to get an update on everything or is all this just speculation coming out of thin air?
Kind of like all the people who called these wineries, supposedly finding out that they have nothing to do with CAGR but refuse to tell us which wineries they called.
Do any of these so called "experts" on CAGR know anything about business and finance?
Name 1 company that has shown a profit in it's first year of operations. It just doesn't happen, there are too many start up expenses in the first couple of years to possibly show a profit and positive cash flow.
The reason why the gross margin went down significantly is not because they are selling each unit at a loss, it's because there are other expenses associated with "Cost of Sales" (thats a term we accountants use). Cost of Sales includes inventory purchases, freight and shipping costs, direct payroll associated with sales, and could also include trade shows and showcases directly related to sales. Put all that together, and yes it will reduce their gross margin when they only had inventory purchases in the prior years.
