My question is, is Dan Ferris that good of a salesman or do these investors really see some potential in the company? Since January there is the Deer Valley deal, this new deal with KVM and the $50k loan that is payable by the end of the year. I'd like to think these companies are not just handing over financing without some assurance of repayment or return on investment. I'm willing to give another month or so until the second quarter financials before I decide if I'm still in or out.
I also like to think that if it was a scam, then the new shares would be sold over the market rather than in financing deals.
