I would guess that the reward was not worth the risk. Meaning if you have a strong company making $ why would you take on a contract that could put that at risk. Many contracts have clauses that put the company at risk if X is not completed on time or by a date; no matter if you finish the job or not. No matter you are right you can not turn anything down that is not offered.

You post this like it's the truth about BIHC. The cards are not all played so how do you know this is a scam? Would you post something with a solid foundation to prove that BICH has not finished what has stated other than missing dates.

I am a Mortgage Broker and Real Estate Broker in CA and AZ and nothing to do with Banking or the Stock Market is on time so why is it so upsetting that the correct dates are just coming down. Some CEO's shoot from the hip when running thier mouth and then set dates straight later. NO BIG DEAL and if we get our .005 and 1 for one then the below post is 100% wrong. Time will tell!!!! Many investors have more that one LLC. I have seen investors with one LLC that is a mortgate company and it rents from an LLC that holds the real estate. Its so if one gets in trouble the other holdings are safe// many people hold only one property in an llc so they have many single property llc holdings to protect investment. One llc get sued and the others are safe.
