Re: Theory on How to Kill VNTH Shorters
I read and forwarded your link to a former broker who for a time worked with one of the biggest professional shorting groups in the US.
This was his reply...

None of these Machinations ever, ever, ever work because:
The Brokerage Firms always, but always , allow unlimited Short Selling by their favorite criminal gangs!!!
In fact I know of a public company back in the 90's that bought up two times their outstanding shares; and their public stock was still shorted by the millions into the dirt!!
Their (VNTH) ONLY answer is to come with great news!
This will absolutely force the Professional Shorter's to quit their BS!!!!

Hey GC - Which heavy hitters?
Who are these heavy hitters in the OTC market that you refer to in your post?
Bacon
MSGI? Did someone mention MSGI?
Whatever happened to the original MSGI ownership of the NASA technology???
Lost my shirt on that puppy. About $25K in total.
Bacon
Seems to bounce from 8 to 7 to 8 to 7...
And sometimes it hits 6.
Hope it breaks out above 8 one of these days.
Bacon
Hey GC - Question
Who is they?
Bacon
Gater - Yeah, back down to 7 again
When will the bleeding stop and the stock go back up again?
I wonder if maybe the lack of interest is due to the "marijuana" investment crowd leaving? Maybe they've gone on to "greener" fields.
The board sure has become very inactive again. Seems like only the diehards are left.
Your thoughts?
Bacon
P.S. VNTH Long (as Shizl would say)
Hey Shizl – Good one...
"I have a friend of a friend of a friend of a half-sister"
Hey, I really do have a friend. In fact I have a whole bunch of friends.
Where have all the posters gone?
BTW, I too am VNTH long.
Bacon
Kzivann Thanks - Here's My Update
Too bad. I was wondering if you spoke to the prez or the CFO.
My friend that communicates with them said they are working on the 10K and it should be filed soon. But fare warning, when I heard that for the last one, it took about 9 months to complete. Hope we don't have a replay.
From all accounts, my friend thinks they are more organized now and that from what he was told, everything is moving ahead well – on the technology and the product production. Yeah, yeah, we've heard that before too.
However, I am still bullish on VNTH.
GLTA
Bacon
Hey Kzivann - Question
Who did you talk to at VNTH?
Bacon
Hey Gater
The only thing new about the VNTH website that I can see at a glance is they removed the squiggly moving stuff in the background that drove the viewer crazy because it was so distracting.
Bacon
I AGREE - NEW CFO VERY IMPRESSIVE
Hey OneBroke...
I published most if not all that info along with his photo on July 19th on this board...
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=133131712
But guess it doesn't hurt to repeat it for those who missed it. Let's hope he/they finance this puppy sooner than later.

Hey Dr. G, GC and Gater
I'm feeling very BULLISH on VNTH.
Having invested in MSGI and lost a bundle -- then up and down, in and out of VNTH, rolled back 10:1, etc...now I think we are on the verge of a home run here.

VNTH vs. Competition Cannabix CNSX:BLO
I looked at the stats for Cannabix Technologies Inc. (CNSX:BLO) and if you factor in that we have a BILLION shares outstanding (being generous) and Cannabix has $86 Million with a market cap of $41 Million, then VNTH should be trading at $0.041. And based on my reading of their website, they are no where near commercialization. Plus they only do Cannabis and not opioids and other drugs.
Stock Quote - Cannabix Technologies Inc. (BLOZF)
Cannabix Stage of Development
PLUS based on what I read and their video, their stage of development is no where near VNTH's. Just read their disclaimer on the bottom of this page):
In part it reads "Cannabix Technologies Inc. contain forward-looking information that involve various risks and uncertainties regarding future events....such as final development of a commercial or prototype product(s), successful trial or pilot of company technologies, no assurance that commercial sales of any kind actually materialize; no assurance the Company will have sufficient funds to complete product development...There is no assurance...that any proposed new products will be built or proceed. There is no assurance that existing “patent pending” technologies licensed by the Company will receive patent status by regulatory authorities. The Company is not currently selling commercial breathalyzers...Except as required by law, the Company does not intend to update these forward-looking statements.
And look at the HUGE size of their prototype
And this one which is smaller states in their video here that it is just a rendering, so I would assume this is just a dummy unit.

News and a Q2 filing coming?
Where did you hear that from?
Bacon
What happened?
Dead day in the market, dead day on iHub.
Bacon
Hey Gater
That was what I was led to believe.
Filing coming before the end of June, and then news thereafter.
It appears my source was wrong or the timing is going to be late as usual. And late timing is not new for this gang.
Bacon
GC -- Hope You're Right
But the last time it hit $0.30+ VNTH had around 100 million shares outstanding. Since then it's been rolled back 1 for 10 and now has 787 million or more out.
Would I like to see 0.10 or more, you bet. At this point, I'd be happy with 0.01

What Happened to the $0.001???
I thought it was going to break the $0.001
Now we're back down at $0.0006.
When are we going to break this up and down cycle?
Bacon
Probably. Never come here anymore. Lost about $75K on this one. Hope VNTH does better.
My Feedback to PTC and Stayinin
The way I understand the go-forward plan to be...
• Nanobeak is the master holder of the technology and gets all the applications, EXCEPT...
• VNTH gets the drug / alcohol testing side
When I learned this from someone close to company, I was initially very disappointed that VNTH no longer had medical and lung cancer diagnostics, etc. But now that Marijuana has become the big new thing in the junior markets, that application alone could have huge promotional value for the stock when they finally figure everything out, such as pay off the PIPE/death spiral investors, do the Q filings, and start to move forward.
Just my 2 cents worth.
GLTA that are long.
Bacon
P.S. Hey Stayinin and imgoingfishing1 -- thanks for doing a good job at getting this board updated and moving again.
Thanks PTC
Since you and a few of us have been forever, what do you think this excerpt from the 10K means?
Bacon
Hey Shiz -- Good Post
Hope it works out this time for us LONG investors.
I would not like to see VNTH do a repeat of MSGI and get mired in the mud like these vehicles did in the Dairen Gap.
By the way, how was your trip down there? If memory serves, a few years back when we were all haggling about MSGI, you said you were taking your motorcycle to or through the Dairen Gap. Or was that just a metaphor for where MSGI was?
Bacon

Ha, ha. MSGI is Dead, Dead, Dead
No filings there. Hoping for VNTH filings soon.
Bacon
Anybody know when they're going to file the financials?
Thanks imgoingfishing1 and stayinin for updating the VNTH board.
Appreciate your hard work.
Hope this stock finally moves. I've been in it since it was in MSGI. Hope they didn't take all of the technology and applications out VNTH and put them in Nanobeak.
GLTA,
Bacon
