Bob has worked as an investor, entrepreneur and advisor in early- and growth-stage businesses for over 20 years. He focuses on exploring and evaluating new investment opportunities and working with entrepreneurs at our portfolio companies to drive growth and create value.

Bob has helped build several businesses, including i2i, World Energy Solutions, EPV Solar, Umagination Labs, Speyside Distillers and Tauntr. Prior to joining Saturn in 2010, he was managing director at Junction Investors Ltd., a family office focusing on direct private investments in a variety of sectors and geographies. He has also advised leading organizations such as Pfizer and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Besides serving on the boards of portfolio companies, Bob is an advisory board member of the Florida Institute for the Commercialization of Public Research and the Colorado Institute for Drug, Device and Diagnostic Development.

Background
Mr. Robert J. Chicoski, also known as Bob, has been Chief Financial Officer and Director of Nano Mobile Healthcare, Inc. since May 30, 2017. Mr. Chicoski serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at industry2industry. He is responsible for market analysis, penetration and growth in vertical and horizontal market spaces, development of strategic partnerships and assistance with strategic visioning at the firm. Mr. Chicoski is also a Partner at Saturn Partners. He focuses on advanced materials, Marketplaces, Networks,, digital media, enterprise software applications and services, mobile security and services, specialty energy and clean tech sectors. He is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities as well as working with portfolio companies to drive growth, performance improvement and harvest alternatives. He was the Founder, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of World Energy Solutions. From June 2012 to April 2017, Mr. Chicoski was the Controller, Acting Chief Financial Officer and Private Investor Mentor for GVP Global Corp. Since 2004, Mr. Chicoski has been the Acting Chief Financial Officer for two Boston-based businesses providing contract Chief Financial Officer services for all accounting, finance, tax and bank financing matters as well as other strategic business and corporate matters. He was a Managing Director at Junction Investors Ltd. Mr. Chicoski was a Management Consultant at Braxton Associates as well as a Senior Research Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. His previous employment experience includes working with the Domestic Peace Corps. Mr. Chicoski has served as an Advisor to several leading enterprises including Pfizer and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a Board Member of the Trinity Yard School. He is an advisory board member of the Florida Institute for the Commercialization of Public Research and the Colorado Institute for Drug, Device and Diagnostic Development. Mr. Chicoski has helped build several early and expansion stage businesses as an Operator, investor and Advisor including World Energy Solutions, i2i, EPV Solar, Umagination Labs, Speyside Distillers and Tauntr. He has worked as an investor and advisor in early- and growth-stage businesses for over 20 years. Mr. Chicoski has over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur, venture capitalist and management consultant in the clean tech, specialty materials, life sciences, digital media, financial and information technology and consumer products industries. He has extensive experience in a variety of industries, primarily focusing on financial services and electronic business, most notably serving the leading international electronic commerce capital markets participant. Mr. Chicoski has received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he was awarded a Horace W. Goldsmith Fellowship and a B.A. in Economics from Georgetown University. Mr. Chicoski has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1969. Mr. Chicoski received a BS in Accounting from Bentley College of Accounting and Finance.
