Eric, got your PM, will take a look at it. Thanks for the heads up.
Rig, your old standby TRBY about to hit a penny. Hearing rumors of a buyout. Not sure about the rumor, but the company does have a great product it can't sell. Company been attending some Microsoft meetings...who knows, maybe something is in the fire. Volume hasn't hit yet, but if it does, it could pop up hard. JMO
SA, TRBY starting to wake up.
TRBY - Finally, the start of some very good news which should get this puppy rolling. Next couple of months could get very interesting.

Whoa everyone, let's keep this board civil. Like most people who have bought this stock last couple of years, I'm pissed at the stock price myself. At times it seems like there is light at the end of the tunnel with a decent PR, then there is no follow through.
Av8torak, I'm glad you are now working for the company, but I wish that was announced in a PR. Up to your message stating you were getting involved with the company, there were only two people doing anything there, and that seemed to be design with no sales. The company has a great product that could by the wayside unless sales pick up. Av8torak, when you announced your involvement, I was excited about the prospects of new sales, and I still am. A PR announcing you officially would have keep people's hopes up and probably kept the price stable.
Painesville, you need to back off a little on your negative posts...yes, you have to right to post your concerns. But, it does get tiring listening to the same thing over and over.
MACDad, I used to admire you quite a bit in the past. This past year you have gone a little more negative in many of your posts than what I've read from you. However, you do have some good points regarding TRBY. I would like to see you tone it down a bit regarding Av8torak. Give him a chance to help make the mouse a go with the company. Hopefully, Tom has given him some leaway to do what he needs to do.

WhiteSands, maybe it's the announcement of the Flip-Flop Mouse launch as stated in September's news release:
"Flip-Flop(TM) mouse is currently at a prototype stage and discussions with potential manufacturers are underway. At this time a first quarter 2007 launch is anticipated for Flip-Flop(TM) mouse."

Torbay Holdings, Inc.: Unveils Its Revolutionary Flip-Flop(TM) Mouse Design
Tuesday September 26, 11:38 am ET
MINEOLA, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--Sep 26, 2006 -- Torbay Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB:TRBY.OB - News) today revealed the new design behind what will become its second generation mouse, the revolutionary Flip-Flop(TM) mouse. It is a radical new design which allows users to work in their preferred posture by "flipping" the upper body of the device into an upright position to work in the less fatigue inducing "grip-less" position or "flopping" it down so as to be in the currently more familiar palm down position. A link to design images is provided below.
The current product, the AirO2bic mouse, has achieved good recognition in the ergonomic market and is helping thousands of its users to work with less fatigue so overcome some of the consequences which fatigue can create. Flip-Flop(TM) mouse maintains the advantage of its patent allowed grip-less design, and incorporates new features designed to be more attractive to the mainstream computer mouse marketplace. New features include:
-- Upright & Palm Down: Users can work in their preferred position.
Either palm down, if preferred, for more dexterity demanding task such as
graphic design, or in the upright grip-less orientation when performing
tasks such as word processing or surfing the Internet. Purchasers are no
longer required to make the choice between a palm down or upright mouse
product at the time of purchase, thus allowing the user to gradually
transition from the more fatiguing palm down position as familiarity is
gained with the upright position.
-- Left & Right Handed: Flip-Flop(TM) mouse, by a simple adjustment, is
convertible to either a left or a right hand mouse. Many users with
fatigue related problems own both a left and a right hand mouse in order to
rest one hand or the other. Additionally, households may have left and
right handed family members, in either case only one Flip-Flop(TM) mouse
would be necessary.
-- The Retail Market; a single product [SKU] removes the need to keep
inventory of, thus incurring the cost of, selling both left and right hand
models.
-- Another noteworthy fact would be, it has approximately half the
footprint of the AirO2bic mouse and in the flopped position will stow away
on a standard mouse tray.
-- Section 508 Law: TRBY believes it has further met the call by the US
Government for innovative design, by making a product that totally complies
with the design standards when in the upright position, but also allows
those who may not require the accessibility element put forth in Section
508, so by their choice, elect to work in the palm down position. Also, by
being a single product SKU, the decision as to how many left or right hand
mice are required is removed, thus eliminating that logistic if tendering
for larger Government contracts.
-- Corporate Sales: Employers will now be able to provide a single mouse
product which will allow employees to make their own choices of preferred
working posture, based upon their own perceptions of need, comfort and
individual dexterity. This will make general order processing more
efficient and ensure that all employees can use any corporate computer and
mouse in their preferred way.
Flip-Flop(TM) mouse is currently at a prototype stage and discussions with potential manufacturers are underway. At this time a first quarter 2007 launch is anticipated for Flip-Flop(TM) mouse.
Designer Appliances, Inc. is leading the way in the development of Anti.Fatigue(TM) tools and technologies to manage the impact that fatigue is now understood to have upon computer users. Anti.Fatigue(TM) design conforms to Universal Design criteria so produces products that are more "Accessible and Assistive" to all, including persons with dexterity impairment or disability. We are all capable of fatigue.

Hmmmm, some activity going on with this puppy. My thanks to you, Av8torak, for all your effort to get the ball rolling here. I since you may have more of a marketing background than Tom does. Don't get me wrong, he is a sharp buy for design, but I don't think he has the know how for marketing.
The news a couple of weeks ago was a nice start. I think it could have a nice domino effect within government organizations. Many times various areas of government won't make a decision on a product or design until others have taken that step. That first order placed can and should have some serious, positive effects for Torbay. This being the end of the year...we could possibly see another order or two by the end of the month, being as many capital and expense budgets have to be used before the year is out. This happens with many, many companies as well as government entities. There is no promise, but this is what I have seen in years past, coming from the high tech industry (Big Blue). But, On the other hand, I've also see some organizations wait for new funding in the new year to place orders for capital and expense expenditures.
So Av8torak, I applaud you! I can tell my your previous posts, that you know a good product when you see one. I'm sure you're not spending over $10k of your own money for the fun of it. I know you are convinced of the mouse and the potential for it.
As for this next year, I believe Tom's problem will be how to handle the possible many orders that will likely come his way.
One final note. Avi8torak, you may wish to run it by Tom to give a mouse to the office manager/receptionist/secretary of organization to try out. This is an easy way to get the product displayed and for the mouse to deliver on how it can help with fatigue and other computer related problems. The office manager has a big impact on what his/her company will purchase.
Remember this statement from the following September 2006 PR: "
At this time a first quarter 2007 launch is anticipated for Flip-Flop(TM) mouse."
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/060926/0166817.html
I think 2007 will be the year the ship comes in for Torbay.
Good news indeed. Now, let's see if Tom can market the product. The presentation he did at HP a few weeks ago should help boost the potential sales for the mouse.
WFWL- I'll say it broke support. What a drop, I guess stock analyzer sold not just a few, but a lot of it. Well, life goes on.
Painesville, you are very new here but indicate you have some info that the company is not going anywhere. How about sharing this info with the rest of us.
OK, what's up with the painting of the tape these past two days with 500 shares. Looks someone may be trying to getting in cheap and then expecting a run. Doesn't make sense. Any other long timers have an idea of what's going on?
SWKJ - The S-8 should just about be over now. I believe a run will be happening very soon.
Man, this one sure requires patience. I think she takes off...probably a few weeks off, most likely next quarter. In the meantime, take a look at SWKJ. When it crosses the 200dma, it should rock. Expecting it to happen anyday. .
TRBY- a runner in the making . Read these two posts by ballyhoo on RB(yeah, I know he pumps hard, but he has something here). Looks like the stock is beginning its northern journey. Slow and steady...very good.

OT: ballyhoo, I'm a long time member here on Ihub and reply PM; but, you're welcome. GLTY and the other longs. Our patience will soon pay off.
TRBY - Stock does look like it is bouncing off it's lows finally. Todays news is going give it a big boost. Me thinks the presentations in early December will finally get this puppy rolling.
I like these two items in PR:
The First is a Vendor presentation day on December 8, 2005 during a Section 508 Coordinators Training Conference in Gettysburg, PA. Vendors will be given the opportunity to present their products to explain and validate their compliance to conference attendees. Section 508 coordinators, of which there are over 150 listed on the GSA Website, are locate in all Government Agencies as a part of a program to help Government Procurement Officers meet compliance requirements.
The second event is an Assistive Technology Showcase taking place on December 15, 2005 at the GSA Central Office in Washington, DC. Designer Appliances, Inc. will be the sole presenter throughout the day that will feature the Virtually Hands Free mousing system, which is Assistive Technology for persons with disability. This includes persons with Arthritis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and other hand impairments.
I believe stock will move next 2-3 weeks. .
ETLC on the move. News today about trading on the Frankfurt exchange. It is supposed to complete the filings of all outstanding financial statements by Friday. If it does, the merger should happen and the stock can make a nice move up. .
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/051109/0100733.html
the_unknown_factor, here is a partial post of mine from RB to another poster.
http://biz.yahoo.com/pz/050929/87004.html
Designer Appliances, Inc. is the only computer mouse company attending this Section 508 focused conference.. This has given the company the opportunity to demonstrate its belief that it is ``the most fully compliant'' input device by virtue of being ``gripless and not twisting the wrist.'' From comments received, the company's presence at the conference has been recognized as its preparedness to demonstrate its claims of compliance face-to-face with those who make Section 508 procurement decisions.
http://biz.yahoo.com/pz/051007/87502.html
Tom Large, President and CEO, stated: ``We are establishing a shorter between-production run cycle as we see our distributors place more frequent orders of increasing quantity. This is positive as, while at a lower margin than direct sales, volume is important to us in obtaining a better market position. We believe each mouse sold is an ambassador for the company and our Anti.Fatigue message. Left-handed sales are beyond that anticipated by demographics and past demand.''
The company will once again exhibit at the National Ergonomics Exposition in Las Vegas at the end of November, and this year the company has doubled the size of its booth to accommodate its increasing product range.
When the FTC forces compliance with Section 508 (which TRBY is the only one that does) as stated in this PR:
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/051014/098014.html
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/051020/098647.html
MINEOLA, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 20, 2005 -- Torbay Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB:TRBY.OB - News) announced (reported July 20, 2005) that the audio and a transcript of an interview with Tom Large, President and CEO, to be aired under Sky Radio Network's Ergonomics Roundtable, has been released. The program, part of an ongoing series called "Best Practices In Labor & Employment" and presented by the U.S. Department of Labor, will be aired on American Airlines throughout the month of December, 2005 and Northwest Airlines throughout April, 2006.
ne14atrade,
Overall, I like your posts. However you come across too strong with the pump (nothing wrong with a little pump, but yours is too strong). Plus, it might help some investors here if you elaborated on your conversation with Mike.
The PR was nice, but not a lot of meat on it. I'm expecting more from the company. It could be a few months, but I think it will worth it for the longs. Winter is coming, expect Natural Gas to go high; Oil will soon follow.
IMO, the stock will stay at this level until some stronger news comes in, which I believe WILL.

talked to mike m...hope everyone is loading the boat the time has come in my opinion and we are ready to take off and stick this time in the double digit range it may take a couple days but weell worth it company is working on to many things not to be in double digits as of right now however alot of the publis has no idea how big they really are or INTEND TO BE BY NEXT YEAR!!!
PowerPole, there just wasn't enough meat in the PR. Assuming the test well goes well (no pun intended), then look for some very promising activity in the stock, like upwards .
tuf,
yeah...the volume is decent too. A few more days of this volume and more news, and this puppy will fly. .
the_unknown_factor,

Torbay Holdings Inc.: U.K. Prime Minister's Strategy Unit Publishes Designer Appliances Inc. Response to 'Improving the Life Chances of Disabled People'
Friday September 9, 11:00 am ET
MINEOLA, N.Y., Sept. 9, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Torbay Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB:TRBY.OB - News) today announced that it had been notified by the U.K. Prime Minister's Strategy Unit that a response by Tom Large, president and CEO, to an invitation to comment upon ``Improving the Life Chances of Disabled People' has been published along with other responses, on the U.K. Cabinet Office's Digital Strategy Unit website (links below).
About the Prime Minister's Strategy Unit: The strategy unit provides the prime minister and government departments with the capacity for longer-term thinking, cross-cutting studies, and strategic policy work.
The unit has three key roles:
-- To support the development of strategies and policies in key areas
of government in line with the prime minister's priorities
-- To carry out occasional strategic audits to identify opportunities
and challenges facing the U.K. and U.K. government
-- To develop as a 'Centre of Excellence' to enhance strategy across
government
ADVERTISEMENT
The unit was established in 2002, bringing together the Performance and Innovation Unit, the Prime Minister's Forward Strategy Unit, and parts of the Centre for Management and Policy Studies. The Strategy Unit reports to the prime minister through his cabinet secretary.
Tom Large, president and CEO stated, ``We consider that raising the awareness of legislators and strategic thinkers to the issues as we see them, accompanied by our suggestions for some solutions, is as important to us at this time as market awareness will be in the future. Therefore, having our views and opinions acknowledged and made public on a U.K. government website is one indication of governmental recognition of the need for change and, in this case, the U.K. government's pro-activity in attempting to change it. The response, which was in a personal email form, and further information we provided in separate dialogue, including a pre-publication copy of the clinical study on the use of the AirO2bic mouse and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, have been forwarded to the Department of Works and Pensions who are charged with implementing the report's recommendations.'
Designer Appliances, Inc. is leading the way in the development of Anti.Fatigue(tm) tools and technologies that seek to address the hidden issues of fatigue so as to manage the impact that it is now being understood to have upon computer users. Anti.Fatigue(tm) design also produces products that are more 'Accessible and Assistive' to persons with dexterity impairment or disability.

Torbay Holdings, Inc.: Debenture Settlement Agreement Perfected
Tuesday April 26, 12:19 pm ET
MINEOLA, N.Y., April 26, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Torbay Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB:TRBY.OB - News) announced today that the last payment required to meet the company's financial obligations under a Settlement Agreement (Feb 11, 2004) with certain of its debenture holders had been made (and funds cleared) thereby removing the company from that burden and any jeopardy under the agreement and so the company is now clear and unencumbered by debenture debt.
Over the last 12 months TRBY has faithfully and timely paid the settlement agreement, amounting in total to $200,000. The conclusion of this transaction and the extinguishment of this debt not only puts this issue and debenture financing behind the company but also reduces the large monthly cash drain associated with it.
Tom Large, President & CEO stated, ``We are obviously delighted to now have passed this point and come out of the other side.''
``We have had approaches of similar financing since but believe this is not the instrument of first choice for this company or its shareholders. Consequently we believe the Warrant with the Nutmeg Group agreement, we refer to as a fixed price equity ladder, we believe puts us in the 'driving seat' to finance the growing activities of the company at a predefined, so determinable price and cost and when needed.''
``Recent unfortunate delays resulted due to uncertainty as to how this agreement should be posted to our accounts. The transaction could either have been fully expensed or expensed as and when each stage of the agreement was enacted. The impact of expensing the transaction now was to load an additional $846,033 to the loss account increasing it to $1.13M for FY 2004. As we had worked hard to reduce the company's losses from the $875K in 2003 to (net of this expense) less than $300K in FY 2004 we thought it worthwhile to have our auditors fully investigate our options and so an extension was filed. Our auditors sought the opinion of others, which resulted in 'no formal' opinions being received from those asked to opine and so we took our auditors advice as to the handling of this transaction and posted it as an additional loss. Unfortunately this and our auditor's workload at this time of the year conspired, despite their hopes and assertions otherwise, to result in our late filing, for which we apologize.''
References to issues cited herein, as forward looking statements, are made in good faith though cannot be relied upon as occurring, achieving an acceptable outcome or contributing towards the business of Torbay Holdings Inc.

ballyhoo, Lane, that's it. Thanks.
Just got off the phone with a “Gordon”, could not hear his last name clearing due to my cell phone and/or his phone. He was not mean or ugly as some have posted on the boards. He could not speak to me long, but did mention to me that he is working on the 10k. By his tone, he seemed like he was under a lot of pressure to get the 10k out. As we closed, I thanked him and he said “no problem”.
The guy sounded like he spoke with an accent, possibly from another country; and there is nothing wrong with that. Keep in mind that many people from other countries are blunt and to the point (which Gordon was). However, he was not rude! Granted, you would hope that someone who answers the phone for any company would be more professional. Personally, I did not finding him insulting. I’ve been in many instances where I was under the gun; and, I sure didn’t want people bothering me constantly on schedules, when that is what I was working on.
If you want, you can write to Tom Large, President and CEO, at tom@trby.com. The company’s correct number is (516) 747-5955, not 516-747-5665. The number is straight from the last PR issued last month: http://biz.yahoo.com/pz/050308/74034.html
My advice would be to wait a few days before calling. Give the company time to finish the 10k.
Delays, delays, delays, it happens when dealing with the government. The investing world sure doesn't like it though. Need to wait for next quarter financials for the stock to actually run.
