I am trying to be careful to not "hype" the stock by discussing contracts that may or may not be in the works and that may or may not happen. As such, I would rather under promise and over deliver than do the opposite.

the company's attorneys are working to have yahoo corrected but as you probably know, getting a big company to move is not easy or quick.

you are free to speculate about whatever you want. you seem to know a lot more about stock swindles than the average person, and as i have told you before, the company not interested in your "advice".

All material actions that the company has taken has been disclosed in 8-k filings. The company did pay to ZA $150,000 in cash and 20 million shares of restricted stock, and nothing more.

Again, I cannot disclose non-public information, so if you ask me a question that relates to such information, I clearly cannot answer such a question.

No one has asked any questions that I have "ducked" as you so politely put it.

However, the questions you ask demonstrate that you do not understand the basics of how an acquisition works, and your statement that money was raised by a promotion to pay off creditors is nothing but false speculation which if you understood that companies cannot sell their own shares into the market to raise money, I would hope that you would not have made such nonsensical statements.

The issue of a reverse stock-split is simply people speculating perhaps because they have nothing better to do, and you should at least understand that I cannot use this forum to ever disclose non-public information.

TADF is actually acquiring TAC AIR, not merging with it, but thanks for making the observant points that you did.

Thank you for noticing and for pointing it out. From what I read on the boards, it seems that most interested parties still just don't get how material this acquisition is. If they would take the time to understand it, I think they would be as excited as we are by the facts and the implications.
