No one has asked any questions that I have "ducked" as you so politely put it.

However, the questions you ask demonstrate that you do not understand the basics of how an acquisition works, and your statement that money was raised by a promotion to pay off creditors is nothing but false speculation which if you understood that companies cannot sell their own shares into the market to raise money, I would hope that you would not have made such nonsensical statements.

The issue of a reverse stock-split is simply people speculating perhaps because they have nothing better to do, and you should at least understand that I cannot use this forum to ever disclose non-public information.
