OldBlue, as of this morning,
there still was nothing new about this pos. Same ol powder puff N fluff pr's with no substance. I find it rather amusing how tg has changed his story from "profitability in 2002", to now "being cash positive in 2002".
I can't wait to hear more pathetic sales results, and rounds of excuses in the next filing.
Who, or what venture capitalist group would take even a smidget risk on this pos given the pathetic results we have only seen. Unless that is, they have already hedged their bets. Some real interesting math in the volume levels since hitting .03.
Still no comments about CEDE, here or on rb. Berry, berry interesting.
Anyone care to comment?http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=AVBC&read=35032
Bird of Prey.... one more thing!
Watch for the whammy $$'s at 10:00central only to hold till 10:15.....and then will start all over at 10:30...maybe, if I feel like it. Printed all those changes and documented the time printed at 1 minute intervals.
Whoaaaaaaaaaaaaa! Verrrrryyyyyyy creepy.
I'll make that 3 words!
DE Sha Vue!
Can't help some lingo, and grammar from the old neighborhood! hehe
Thanks for that spelling lesson Bird of Prey.
Sleeping at the wheel?

Long
"..... after the P&D of summer 1999 that the many posts from long timers at that time were correct that this was a scam from the beginning with only one goal of getting people to buy company shares to benefit only the company owners"
Thats exactly what I told the Idaho Attorney Generals office when I reported the kbob situation. Notice how he has gone so quiet?
Wonder if we will ever learn even a smidget of the truth about this pos and the shenanigans of tg.
Gary, with regards to avbc
It's amazing how the largest (almost 30% OS)investor syndicate has gone quiet. Except for the normal distractions.
Hmmmmm! It was just starting to get berry interesting.
Birdofprey,
I must respectfully disaggree with you. Gary , and Kbob should decide for themselves wether to post to each other or not. If it does turn into a slight p###ing contest....then so be it. Those posts should be subjected to the rules of IHUB, and be deleted by the violations. If they are not, then we learn something relevent to avbc each one.
Just my humble opinion.....but then again, I'm only a city kid turned country boy who likes a good brawl.
This den is full of flames, ye mates!
Wish there was more to say.......discussions have been intense over here with excellent points made on all sides. I am glad to see that the kbob/Gary brawl is still alive and going with posts remaining. They are very pertenant to avbc, and if this situation is true....I'm sure the authorities are looking into it. I was even one of those who reported it to the Attorney General of The Great State of Idaho.
It shocks me that if these alligations are true, kbob keeps posting... as we learn something new with each, and every post. So keep em coming, any everyone sit back and enjoy.
Now has anyone calculated avbc sales versus remaining inventory (based upon raw filings). That inventory is being converted to cash, and if there is a stopage in production will soon run out. If it keeps on going and going.....the pipeline has to be getting restocked somehow.
On a final note, sure are some great lessons on political correctness in here!
Vegas, that not hard at all!
A simple phone call to the stock transfer agent asking what the currant os will do. For avbc it is Atlas Stock Transfer @801 266-7151.
That was berry berry interesting Gary!
I hope the right people are paying close attention.
Well I am biased.....
but I would say this situation is just another one of those blame others for being incompetent things. Just like WallMart, Target, and so many, many others. IMO, this time, the house is falling, and tg is looking to unload just a little bit more stock, and remaining water inventory (three quarters worth), before he leaves town.
Gimme a break people! How many more utter failures is it gonna take for everyone's eyes to be opened. This tg & company defines the word POS. Hold up orders, and "reconfigure packaging", for a little dinky account like Ralphs. Yeah right!!!!!!!! Whatever.
Gary, and Birdofprey,
How can we get a good approximate number of how many shares tg unloaded (real live sells) during the two-four weeks after that March 28, 2001 pr.
LMAO, How about this one!
Sales went from $600K+ two quarters in a row...........then dropped off to $40K. All the while tg is putting out rosey (no pun intended)pr's telling everyone the expansion is rolling along......even announced FLemming Supermarkets. Poooooooooooooooooooooof!!!!!!!
Now go look at this pr dated March 28, 2001
http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/010328/law053.html
Whereas The strategic production financing agreement provides for the sustained and continuous financing of production and shipment of the company's complete line of products
Furthermore AVBC recently finalized product placement with two large southern California grocery chains. With initial purchase orders having been received,
tg knew on March 28, 2001 sales were no higher than $40K, but yet he is telling the world this baloney. Additionally, where are those initial po's. For two months are we to assume they have not been filled, or should we assume that orders have not followed(or exceeded 40K) since this pr.
Read that pr very closely folks, and keep in your mind that sales on that day were a maximum for the quarter a measly 40K, compared to $50k+ per week the prior quarter. Something was gravely wrong, but yet he is telling the world that product would "be on the shelves of over 300 Albertson's stores (albertsons.com) within the next three weeks".
The party is all over folks!
Gary,
Is it possible this is the time period when cracks in the syndicate occurred as the price was around 8 1/2 cents.http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=AVBC&read=28416
Some serious implications in that scenario.
$40K sales!
The production problem occured in april. What happened to the first two months of the quarter. Not to mention while all this is going on real time.............tg is putting out new pr's telling the world that the expansion continues. Expansion does not mean 600K+ to 40K on the next heartbeat. Yeah right. He ought to be hung just for that item alone.
Do you think that after all the excuses, and statements of how long it takes to set up the distribution network.......that it will just be shut off on the drop of a dime.
I don't buy none of this hogwash. More tg excuses for his miserable failures. Nothing adds up.
Old Blue.....Frank......
you just refuse to open your eyes that avbc is merely a stock producing company. If what you said in this post is the case....are you not implying that the revenue stream will not be disturbed. 40 grand was the revenue stream for the past 3 months. What is so hard to understand?
Pretty elaborate story to buy another quarter from the emotional types hanging on to the pipe-dream. tg out did himself this time.
Now that we have that cleared up........
who needs production anyways when you have no orders. Part production of nothing is still nothing!
Gary, it gets very interesting reading the post logs!
This one is in direct conflict with recent statements made.
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=AVBC&read=25619
More to follow later this evening. This stuff is blowing me away. I would'nt want to be Kbob right now. I'm sure the syndicate is poed big time that their cover has been blown.
Kbob, I am having trouble with your story.
A syndicate by definition "is a group of persons or concerns who combine to carry out a particular transaction."
15 million shares is more than 25% of the outstanding, and by sec rules would trigger disclosure filings.
What is wrong with this picture?
OB You are absolutely right!
We don't know! However, tg is so good about writing pr's about future business........don't you think it would have been wise to announce how he is going to fill orders effected by the reported production problem. Like now?
Of course, I know he is still learning the business...... He'll see these posts, and realize he forgot to cover his butt. We'll have a pr next week (monday before the open). Can't do them all at once now.......gotta figure out how to get one more production run out of that stock printing machine.
Birdofprey, you made a great post some time ago about throwing good money at bad money.....it might be wise to read it before you make that purchase at .03. I will not even think about it until tg is out of the picture 100%.
Good question OB!
When all the investment money dries up, the stock becomes insolvent, and there are no more poor souls drawn in by the pumpydumpy/pr' game. Not to mention, no one will agree to buy product due to tg's piling up failures, and flakyness. Why take the chance? If it looks like a duck, acts like a duck, and especially has the history of a duck.......it must be a duck.
The $40K sales was a slap in the face for every share a shareholder owns. Rosie gets a paddle on her cute buttock for every share she owns! hehe Smitty gets 100 paddles for every truckload he THOUGHT he saw.
I am also very curious to hear more about this kbob situation. Wonder if his investment pal is, or related to, or connected in any way to David Frederick Bahr? (State of Idaho Civil No CV-95-2573, Blain County) Yikes!
Think I will be in the top 3 by this time next week.
It seams that we are missing two months of revenues before the april event. $40,000 sales for feb-march? Hmmmmmmmmmm!
Yep, only a matter of short time.
Frank
tg is so good at playing the time game.....is'nt he?
Nothing has changed about this POS
tg just making excuses, blaming others for his no skill ceo abilities to sell $40K sales. This time it is the supplier's fault. (I suspect that there is much more to it then has been stated)Another summer of lost opportunity. And yet we have no statements about where the company will find production to meet demand. Only that they will need additional capital. hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahha!
Think I'm gonna have to review that .03 prediction. This guy has done everything to take shareholders money, and tank his pathetic pipedream, becoming a millionaire in the meantime. And look what we have to show for it? Besides truckloads of toilet paper. Smitty, I'm thinking of you now buddy.
The party is over tg.......Only a matter of short time!
You two saved my butt!
After reading Franks request, I was gonna make a big mistake and post to Frank , "you're starting to sound like a liberal there buddy".
Those posts, as well as Franks responce to them were very positive, professional, and politically correct.
Nice change from the usual brawls on RB.
We have work to be done!
Anyone care to discuss expectations for the next filing?
Rosie is now in self destruct mode!
I wonder if she will ever have enough gumption to bless us here with her infinite wisdom? I would love to hear about the elevator going up.
Kbob....just LMAO!

As a former long, you hit that one on the head.
Also add to that we discussed sales expectations, and those numbers were hit on the very minimum side for the expectations. Remember we had very good d$D on the thread from many folks.
Many of us also complained about the many pr's and at one point they finally slowed deeply.
And many many more issues. Then we here from axeman how tg listens! Yeaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I wonder why?
I think it is about time you post that article Birdofprey.
Great commentary folks!
Longandlean, I am in total agreement with your comments. really like the franchising and partnership ideas. I do feel the $20 million dollar bottling plant was another pipedream pr. Especially with the currant bottling capacity in the industry, and the track record of tg. Just have not figured out the purpose of that one.
Birdofprey, are you suggesting the stock structure of avbc is invinceable to shareholders taking matters into their own hands (assuming 51% were in accord). I have also been baffled as to why the absence of any known board of directors.
Vegas
Would you care to elaborate on the cd effects on the share price of this equity as the news was learned by the investment community?
Lets have some fun analysis folks!
Since there has been this recent speculation of one of the "big boys" buying avbc, lets explore this notion on the thread.
A. What assets would a suiter be willing to pay for?
ie. the bottling formula, process, or distribution network, BRAND recognition, intangables such as elliminating competition (only kidding).
B. What strategy would a suiter employ to achieve ownership. Would it be to obtain 51% of the shares to gain control, or outright ownership. I sure wish Delite was around to answer those legal questions. Wonder what the real scoop on her being was.
Anybody want to get the ball rolling?
I second that!
And it seams I have a lot of catching up to do ladies and gentlemen.
Enough food for a dozen hungry dragon says eye'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyone want to take a guess at what Gators new alas will be over here? hehe
Gary, look what I found!
The Series F Convertible Preferred Stock
On January 27, 2000, the Series F Preferred Stock Certificate of
Designations was amended to obligate the company to issue up to seventy-seven
million shares of its common stock upon the conversion of the 12,500 designated
shares of Series F Preferred Stock, as noted above. Such increase in the number
of shares of common stock was made in the interest of investor relations of the
company.
Under the terms of the Series F Subscription Agreement entered into August
10, 1999 that the company would be required to make certain payments in the
event of its failure to effect conversion in a timely manner. In connection with
the Series F Preferred Stock, the company would be obligated to redeem the
excess of the stated value over the amount permitted to be converted into common
stock. Such additional amounts would be treated as obligations of the company.
At various dates through December 31, 2000 the other 7,526 shares of Series F
Preferred Stock have been converted into 48,776,638 shares of the company's
common stock. Presently, there are no shares of Series F Preferred Stock
outstanding.
And there are more! Although it appears the conversions have been done for some serious cash. $2 million converted to $6.6 at todays stock price close,in only monthsNow I am evaluating if the worst is behind....one's still on books have a .12 bottom, and there are some other good things in todays filing. This friggen #@$&*#@. Another gd cd problem.
These instraments ought to be illegal. And another thing....it would seam to me the returns on those debenture mutual funds should be much higher. Am I missing something....or will they be showing some tidy returns the next 6 months.
A brand new form of manipulation!
Clicking on the link in this post automatically membermarks this person.
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=NCTI&read=59797
In addition to the membermark manipulation, I wonder if there are any other agendas to this situation. Is there a way someone can monitor how many membermarks they get on the RB boards, and thus get a reading of how many people are watching but not posting in a particular time frame/
Any ideas?
Never seen this one before.
Here's a WHOPPER!
Gonna get interesting.
http://www.sec.gov/news/headlines/internet5.htm
Very quiet over here lately!
What gives?
Gary, nothing new here!
I even made a post on the avbc board awhile back about certain posters having the exact same typo's.(Right around the time of the ratings games) The only problem is I have never been able to carry it to the next level, and use the computer to do the tracking. Only some observations about typos, and common syntax.
Very interested to see how you have that system set up.
I have used a combination of similar typos, and message log spreadsheets over the years to figure out who I thought were the culprits. By spreadsheeting timelogs (time stamps for a particular post), and then overlapping them........I could get a pretty good picture of how a person just switches from one alias to another throughout the day.
Of course, in 2000, I noticed many of those suspects were doing something different because their multiple alias posts were becoming more inner-twined, and some of them even posted at the exact same times.(really threw me a curve ball, and I thought I had been wrong all along.)
Then one day you made that post about having all the different computer screens in your office...... remember I went balistic on you thinking YOU were one of them. I thought this was the answer......that they set their sweat shops up differently, with just multiple computers, rolling their chairs from one computer to the other.
Sure is a constantly changing game of cat and mouse!
Been thinking very hard about that BOP proposal. Love the idea. We just have to figure out how to make some cash with the concept. Have some ideas there too. I think there is alot of opportunity in the arena with all the deception going on.
Dave, I aggree 110%!
Although with you always flying around looking for that dead meat, I don't expect you'll ever have your feet firmly planted on the ground.
We'll see how many of them change their tunes after an easy view of some of the archives. Just love all those expert technical analysts over there lately. Been fun watching the brawls. Reminds me of a street fight when I was growing up in the windy city.
