Longandlean, I am in total agreement with your comments. really like the franchising and partnership ideas. I do feel the $20 million dollar bottling plant was another pipedream pr. Especially with the currant bottling capacity in the industry, and the track record of tg. Just have not figured out the purpose of that one.

Birdofprey, are you suggesting the stock structure of avbc is invinceable to shareholders taking matters into their own hands (assuming 51% were in accord). I have also been baffled as to why the absence of any known board of directors.
