Hi all, I am still here as well and feeling the pain. Down a considerable amount as well since last year. I called Tom today and left two message. Not sure what he could tell me other than a press release is coming out this week and the numbers are ready and the SteMixx is heading to the store. A lot of broken promises.
Hope these guys can turn this thing around.

Hi All I am still here. Thanks for all the info it's all food for thought. Since we do not have any info from the company it's easy to "manufacture" various scenarios. I try to be positive for the most part. It's more fun looking at the glass half full.

Thanks Rocky there is a lot to consider when putting down your hard earned money. I was in EMAN about a year ago and I rode it up to over $5.00 per share from $0.25 cents. I think it's making another run to the $10 level. The difference is they always seamed to do there homework and do proper reporting all the time.

Sorry for talking about another stock on this board just need some positive reflection.

That could be the case. I am going to see if I can chat with Tom Thursday or Friday this week. That should not keep anyone else from calling and comparing notes with the rest of the board. The fact that they hired this guy at least is a move in the right direction. It sounds like we are not the only ones looking for some progress.

I am looking to purchase some more share as soon as I free up some cash in the next few weeks.

I think Tom told me he has had a number of conversation with the new represenative. He told me he has good business credentials and is on the same page with Tom as far as moving the company forward as quickly as possible. Sorry I did not get a name but the person is Korean.

Had A Quick Chat with Tom

Hi Guys I had a quick chat with Tom at Hawks. They are as fustrated as we are given the current situation. I was told that a large share holder of Koreans division HistoStem had appointed a person with ample business experience to get the Koreans going on getting things done. That's about all I got. Sorry I did not get more info. I am going to give him another call this week.

I got Tom on his cell phone yesterday but he did not have time to chat. I am waiting for a call back or I will try him again on Monday. For the most part I have been able to chat with him from 5 or 10 minuites.

Hey people let's not come apart at the seams here. We all understand the very high's and extreme low's that pennies can provide. I am not looking for a love fest here just civil honest discussion on this board. With the lack of information the only thing we have is opion and discussion.

I talked with Tom at Hawks Associates last week and he shared with me that they would have a report out by Feb 2, 2011.

Just because you have hope in a company does not mean you are a mouth piece for the them if so then I am a mouth piece also.

I am still holding. It never fails as soon as I sell out of a stock the good news hits the wire and I miss the run up. Either we will be rewarded handsomely or go down with the ship. Looking for good news in the near term. I still like the management and the business model but desperatly need to see some Execution going on.

Again I need some SteMixx to put on the wrinkles I have developed from not hearing any News in Months! I could also use the hair cream to rub on my head from pulling out my hair.

The Business knowledge that Dwight brings is a major advantage with this company. I asked the company about the possibility of being bought out and of course they could not comment. I will be accumulating as soon as I get some extra cash.

I agree. I would think all those high powered advisory folks would do some buying and tell their highly educated friend. The stock just is not getting enough exposure and needless to say without any reports or word from the company rightfuly so.

Just saw an advertisement for a company named BioLogic Solutions out of NY. They have a Stem Cell based Therapy cream product.
Funny thing is they are giving it away for free at this time?
Maybe they are trying to get some market exposure?

The board is turning a little negative these days. It's understandable given the downward slide of the stock. I really don't expect to hear anything until next year given the holiday season and the issues they are working out.

It's good having some folks to chat with from time to time and to share infomation with.

Looks like we are all in unless we sell for big losses. Not even sure there would be enough buyers out there at this point!

At this point I don't think management is concerned about our time table. As long as they are getting the job done. But who knows if we don't hear any news.

I am still holding. Most penny stocks are gambles as a rule. some have better products and some have no products but talk a good game. I am hoping that AMST can get their act together and start making everyone for everyone.

I call their PR firm as well and have not received a call back.

What about the guy(s) that provide some "bridge" cash?
