So because it is bouncing off of 3.09 you are able to infer that shorts are covering there? (I am not saying that is incorrect, I am just trying to learn and understand how this all works)

His thought is that 10 other states will file suit as well, thus making it 3 billion. However Sprint did just file a motion last week to have the suit dismissed:

In my opinion, based only on the chart, I see $2.30 as the short-term bottom. However you never know what will happen. I would like to see it at $2.15 so I could grab some more shares, but I just dont think we get there without news.

Anyone else not filling at .0001 ? I have had a million share order in since mid June at .0001. I saw that 33mill traded today at that price, i was for sure i was going to get filled today, but no such luck. Anyone else have the same problem?

I am a little confused here, how could Ben even mention moving up to a bigger board while they still dont even have the DTCC issue cleared up? This is a big red flag to me, makes me think he is just saying what he believes share holders want to hear....

For sure that deal goes through AT&T is one of the top donors to both political parties, they do what they want....

I dont think Sprint needs VZ to buy them, plus that deal would never go through. If they really need a buyer it would have to be someone currently outside the Wireless industry, like one of the big cable or internet companies.

Everyone says this deal is bad for S because it will raise prices and reduce innovation. I guess i dont get it, if AT&T and VZ raise their prices and stop innovating, wont that help Sprint? I mean if they have the lowest prices and most innovative devices, that should be a positive right? What am i missing here?

There is still the group of people here who get really worked up when ever someone mentions NSS....hmm i wonder why....they should have covered when they had the chance. But the truth is probably nothing will happen. If the government wanted to prosecute them we would have heard how many share are actually out. Everyone knows there are more then 3bill shares out but no one will give a definite answer to how many, because they know if they do, they will have to answer the question of where those shares came from, and they cant throw their friends under the bus like that...

I do agree that this one is dead and M&M need to put in jail. I also know that all the Naked Short Sellers need to put in jail as well. Just because it was a scam company does not make it legal to sell Billions of fake shares to the Market.

It is the company selling shares. Take a look at the OS, it has gone up every quarter for the last 2 years, i dont see the trend stopping now.

If there are illegal shorts they are not planning on covering EVER. If i was convinced this stock was full of Naked shorts i would be out in a heart beat, they only attack companies they know will fail.

There was a time when i would have agreed with this post, but it seems very clear now, that the shares we thought were coming from NSS were actually unregistered shares being sold into the float by management.

Company is selling shares, we have no hope to go up only down as the supply seems to be ever increasing....stupid laws of supply/demand.

I thought they said they were not going to do this? Would explain why we can not move the price up. Typical penny stock...not sure why i mess with these they are all the same. The company says one thing then does the exact opposite.
