They have all of 2018 to file a years worth of filings to qualify for nasdaq we will see what this Company is worth.....GLTA....
Pubic offering we need the stock price higher where does dilution even make since. The Company is worth millions and established how are they going to do a public offering with diluting the stock down. They want growth and investors not quick cash. GET OUT OF PINKYLAND....
This Company is worth a lot and the reverse get them out of pinkyland. At the least the find have to come out soon in order to attract real money. This Company grows through acquisitions and with real investors and big money they can grow faster. What's the company worth now, 10qs and we have a sky rocket with a low flow, it will increase to satisfy Nasdaq but it's in the Companys best interest to have it as high as possible and trading at the required levels to meet the nasdaq requirements.
R/S then 10qs and we see what 120 thousand shares are worth. They have to bring the stock price up high for the public offering. Flippers out long and strong....
Not having a r/s would not make since, from the beginning it was a merger with public offering. This split takes the as down so they can do a public offering, raise the 50 mil and grow the company... That's my understanding.
Almost half the float traded hands yesterday with no one making money, keep this up come Monday all 80 thousand share locked up......hmmmmmm
Split or no split your money is the same value....Split would be good gets to a dollar quicker then big money can flow in.
Est. 2.5 mil in rev last year.........
