I didn't want to get into the whole conversation but yes, that was the one other thing I clarified. He said yes, the whole thing, he clearly said "corporate"
He also mentioned not wanting to be a part of a pump and dump and that things were being negotiated.
Everyone do your own dd and call, verify things yourself, this isn't to be taken as a suggestion to buy or sell.
No, he confirmed on the phone, I also have an email from the other contact that will be posted here shortly confirming negotiations. Key word being negotiations. They did mention the PR was "forward looking"
I can't get the screencap pasted, will you pm your email? Let's put an end to this nonsense.
I've spoken to him as well, it's true earlier today he wasn't aware but soon after got out of a meeting on the subject.

I guess I will have to post the email I received from the other contact listed on the website since there is so much misinformation going around, but I don't feel like learning how, is it easy or can I email the screencap to someone so they can post?
Got you on this one. I emailed him today and also spoke with him on the phone. The first time he said "nope!"
I called him after that and he said he just got out of a meeting on it. All I can say is try contacting them again, you might get a "no comment" but you will not get a "I'm not aware" or "no" answer.
I also emailed the other person listed on the website and got the same response.
You posted many messages demanding someone contact the company earlier. I did that, verified with two company contacts that they are in negotiations for the whole company (corporate).
Will you please contact them yourself? You keep saying end of story, you clearly don't have the story and haven't even tried, I'm asking you to get it. Both contacts are on the public website.
Haha, ok I'm mostly for dd on these boards but this made me laugh.
Not sure but it could be anything, just looking at the balance sheet of uhln is a mistake in my opinion, with people like Sal involved, who know's who is doing the funding or what the structure will be.
I have just verified they are in fact in negotiations to acquire the whole company. Two different contacts at the company. I suggest emailing Melissa Spencer at mspencer@charliegraingers.com although I can't say she will reply to everyone.
I also spoke on the phone with the other contact listed on the website. He said they are in fact in negotiations for the whole company ( not just a single store) but mentioned he couldn't say more than that. Melissa said the same thing, this was her whole reply,
We have no idea how this is being structured or funded yet. The important thing is no R/S.
Take a look at Sal's bio. You think he's getting involved for one dinky hot dog restaurant? Makes absolutely no sense.
Their previous PR on the 23rd said they were acquiring a
The website for UHLN is registered by Sal as well.
Then you admit you haven't talked to anyone, neither of those numbers work, you posted a message earlier stating thus,
Dude, those are both numbers for individual franchise stores, the CEO is not there. We have DD experts from the fraud research boards who have bought here. Try finding the right number and calling yourself.
Sure sounds like an acquisition,
Anyone have updated number for o/s? OTC says 58 million as of August.
Mr. Sim's bio, anyone care to add to the ibox or sticky?
The next Q is due on Aug 15th, so if they do another earnings call it probably won't be until late July. Looking forward to it!
Anyone been in contact with the company about possible getting updates on sales before then? Anyone been in contact with the company at all?
You think they are short?
On the new CEO's linkden page it says they look for businesses with at least 5 mil annual revenue who have been around for 3 year or more.
Current market cap is $850,000
It looks like they have more than one location,

bgce just loaded 7 mil shares in under a minute, what was that
Why though? I see BMIC on the L2 is he shorting? It looks like it to me. Has anyone been watching? GLTA, Bitcoin is pretty hot right now. Hope Iron Mike is still involved here.
Fell over 1000% during the month where bitcoin was making huge huge gains?
omg this is the mike tyson bitcoin play? lmao. Non reporting. No filing in two years. Wow.
195 mil share float?? Bloated pig??? 250 mil o/s as of May 7th.

How many bitcoins they own doesn't matter. That's like saying the only MJ companies worth investing in are the ones that own some weed. Who cares if they own some weed but don't have a way to make a profit off the MJ industry? They could sell it for cash but then what? Your investing in a business, not cash.
Where do you see that? What page?
With the net income of their second quarter they should be able to pay off any of the debt that was mentioned in your post here regarding the a/s no?

Thanks. Something I missed was the CEO did an interview for Small Cap Nation on April 24 where he mentioned buying the shell and the opportunity to go public.
Around 2:30
Wouldn't this be a pretty decent buyout target as it would improve any company's top and bottom line? They are only 6 years into their existence and they built 50 mil in revenue.
Rain, I have a question if you have time. Hopefully you get a look at an interesting biotech reverse merger stock in the process.
The companies name is Oncolix. Their phase one candidate, prolanta, has orphan status for ovarian cancer, is in pre clinical for other cancers and they have raised 16 million to date.
They bought the shell AEPP (.04 93 mil o/s). However they used specific language that said they weren't sure whether they were going public and still evaluating their options.
Now yesterday on their website they posted a new document that mentions they plan on going public in 2017.
https://nebula.wsimg.com/958d9ddf6832c4839ad62b613bbc5288?AccessKeyId=D34B304F5C474C27E878&disposition=0&alloworigin=1
When they bought the shell the o/s I believe was around 30 mil and they purchased around 60 mil shares from the CEO for 300k giving them 2/3 control of the o/s.
Since then they've filed a lot of filings like this where the officers disclaim any beneficial ownership of the shares, it also lists the 61 mil shares in each of the officers names
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=74351577
My question of course is about the possibility of a reverse split. I believe I've seen r/m stocks reverse commons to death then just issue the officers preferred shares so they keep majority ownership. Do you think that is a possibility here?
I ask because any gentle reverse split where the 60 mil shares they own keep them in power would still lead to big gains if/when they go public.
Sorry to impose with this long question, if you had time to read what do you think?

Pretty damn thin to .0112, lots of bid support, let this one go guys don't crash the bid.
This is up from .002's, we closed great and it was a great day, 25 million bought above .01, one or two nervous sellers dumping at the end of the day, hopefully moving north again tomorrow.
Honestly it should be higher though, not many people posting on any other boards.
According to the ibox the float is 472 mil.
