The ceo went to another company, from the research I was able to do I saw the office space they were using was sold website was taken down and phone number for the company no longer works..

Yes, several companies that had their SEC registrations revoked successfully submitted a FORM 10 to reregister with the SEC. Only a few ever tried to reregister.

Perhaps contact the company to know what their plans are.

They closed buying for regular traders on OTC stocks that have a Caveat Emptor placed on them. Only allow liquidate trades from now on, so only sells allowed.

Go to OTCMarkets.com and check status of any ticker trading on the OTC> If it shows skull and bones(caveat emptor) it means they are "PROTECTING US" from spending our own money. Not like regulars get fu$%ed with enough on here lol.

Genprex is a cancer and gene therapy company. The company's lead product, Oncoprex, is in Phase 2 clinical trials. Hmmm, ONCOprex...Oncolix.

Oncoprex (Genprex) has a multimodal mechanism of action whereby it interrupts cell signaling pathways that cause replication and proliferation of cancer cells, re-establishes pathways for apoptosis, or programmed cell death, in cancer cells, and modulates the immune response against cancer cells.

The Company‘s (Oncolix) Prolanta is a genetically modified form of human prolactin, a hormone associated with various types of cancers. Prolanta is designed to bind to the prolactin receptor on cells to block the effects of human prolactin. Human prolactin has documented to cause cancer cell proliferation by interacting with cancer cells.

Does Oncoprex or REQORSA use any prolactin-based research from Oncolix in their matrices? There isn't much of a description given on the Genprex site.

May 6 2021 deadline for filing has passed for Oncolix. No Board or business leaders mentioned as active for the company.

I have no information on this company. My prior post was a request for information from anyone out there who has information.

My suggestion in that post was that if Prolanta is a cure for the variety of cancers listed, this is a multi billion (if not trillion) dollar company. ONCX is suggesting, or is in phase II trials that suggest they may have a cure (monotherapy) for cancer.

The company however has gone dark, apparently according to others, during the phase 2 trials of its Prolanta cancer treatment.

Obviously, if the company goes dark and is delisted, which appears likely based upon your links, with what might be one of the most valuable assets in the WORLD (a cure for cancer) I will be very concerned... to the point of action.

It will be a clear attempt to cheat the shareholders of the benefit of ownership.

I am already in but, buyer beware.

New info Oncx Oncolix Inc. March 22, 2021 FDA approved Prolanta to begin Phase 2 trails on Ovarian cancer, Breast, Uterine cancer in humans.

I read where they were doing human trials Phase 2 I do not have any results as of yet, I know Anderson cancer Houston Tx. and Greenville Sc. hospital are involved. The side affects of Prolanta are a rash and itching compared to the chemo of today. Mr. Redman has been in the business for a while. Best Jimbo

Hey jimbo a couple of things: 1st the prolsnta study apears to date back to 2018 in January which means that the study is over 3 years old in phase 1. Do you have any information of phase 2 studies or phase 1 results or any updates of that nature?

2nd oncx is suggesting prolanta is a monotherapy or combination therapy for a host of horrible cancers. If this becomes a monotherapy read Cure. I think that this would be a $30 to $40 per share stock.

However everything here is a long shot with a skull and crossbones and dated phase one study with no available results of which I am aware.
