You posted many messages demanding someone contact the company earlier. I did that, verified with two company contacts that they are in negotiations for the whole company (corporate).

Will you please contact them yourself? You keep saying end of story, you clearly don't have the story and haven't even tried, I'm asking you to get it. Both contacts are on the public website.
